I liked that this location has a separate vegan/health foods section. We enjoyed the vegan and gluten-free desserts by Naturally Delightful Bakery brand in Festival.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the food and produce always looks fresh. I only gave it 4 stars because they have even less variety in the grocery isles since they expanded the convenience food /ready to eat section. I end up driving to Woodmans for brands they no longer carry.

Customer service really poor.No smiles. Produce dept. The person had such a face on her that she didnt want to be there. Wanted something that she was in my way. Couldnt even say hi .Then meat dept he training someone.And you could tell he was running of patience.Then check out. This one I started to put my items on the belt omg I thought I was going to get told other line.Because he sprayed the Whole entire belt .Like really it busy and you decide to do that now.Then I had to ask if I could start .Never did he apologize or ask if I found everything.Then I told him I didnt want an item and I placed it in front of him.Boy did I get the look like I did something wrong.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I saw 3 ladies by the door and explain to them how very disappointed I was.And just sorry.Wont go back

The high school girls who work at the help desk think it’s cute to ignore and be rude/disrespectful with customer who are looking for directions to find a specific product. If it’s really that hard to do your F-ing job, maybe you shouldn’t be working there. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. My family, friends and myself will no longer be shopping at this disgrace of a “grocery store”

Best grocery store Ive been to. Seafood fest around the holidays. Specials on meat, bakery, and grocery items weekly. Great selection of produce. Meals made to order and pick up. Great staff and great prices.

Everyone who works at festival is friendly and helpful. They seem happy and make my day to be greeted by them.

The staff is amazing and friendly BUT the prices have gotten a bit expensive on any non-sale items. They do offer a large selection of everything from bakery to deli to meats so it may be worth it if you dont want to go to several stores to get the most for your money. I do wish they did price matching but nonetheless I do enjoy shopping there for fresh items and their prepackaged 1 step dinners.

I used to go to Woodmans but do to some issues there we have stopped supporting them. Their loss is Festivals gain! Generally I go to the East Side one since its right down the street from my house, but their organic section is not as big as the one on Steffens CT so I went there today. Had almost everything on my list! I was hoping to find Alulose but it seems they do not carry that. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you for respecting customers rights to religious and health choices regarding face coverings. I do have one request, please train your staff that when someone says they are hearing impaired and need to read lips they pull their mask down. It is very frustrating when I go shopping because I cannot understand what the staff is saying. I tell them I am hearing impaired and its clear they dont understand how these masks impact people like myself.

We stop to buy food for weekends in Door County. Always able to find what we want / need, rarely crowded and always friendly.

Nice variety, friendly staff!

The quality of the deli has gone down in the last year or more. Basic items like coleslaw are poorly made. Big chunks of cabbage. I think theyre chopping up the roots with the cabbage head. Just bought some prepackaged potato salad and it was more sauce than potatoes. We must have gotten the last of the batch and they cleaned out the bowl in our container. Shredded beef and gravy is really chunks of beef and gravy. You have to shred it yourself.Maybe one of the other Festivals have a better quality deli. I hope.

It manages to maintain the standard we expect from Festival. It doesnt blow it out of the water by any means, but it has everything youd expect and the people are as friendly as they need to be. Ive never had a bad experience - its about as much as you can expect from a grocery store.

Usually a big fan of this location, but the meat counter gave me all drumsticks when I got 2 lbs of wings in 2 different flavors. Seriously disappointing, I guess Ill have to specify I would like at least a couple of each type... seemed like common sense before today.

I had a short grocery trip today, but I was able to pick up fresh fruit and wheat buns. Festival Foods closed early. I used the self checkout, which was quick with my small number of items and only a few customers in the available checkout lanes.

This festival on the eastside has a good salad bar. The hot deli needs some work on. The food is always dry. Needs more chicken out there around supper time. Festival has good sales on the meet sale and the $1.00 sales are great.

Not great service with Click N Go. Never got an email that order was ready, had to call, someone forgot to enter ready. Got to the store, texted, waited 21 min, no one came out, then I called, no one was paying attention to incoming texts, they finally brought the order out

I always like shopping here. They have great deli options. For example there dips (beer dip) is packed with flavor. Others grocery stores are so bland and boring.

I like the Festival foods in Bellevue better than the one by my house on University. They have a better meat department. Also they have Verns strimg cheese. The absolute best!

The festival foods up on steffens Court has got to be the worst grocery store around you buy stuff one week and cant get it the next week and have your produce is moldy and rotten. They should get a little more like the festival foods on University avenue.

Prices are a little more than usual, but Im sure its probably because of the pandemic. Also, variety is down. They do still have sales, just not as good as they used to.
