Been going recently and its amazing. Love buying one item and it last me weeks to a month. Every store should sell things in Bulk!

Don’t waste your time. Out of most produce with no explanation. The girl working was very friendly and helpful. She was super busy, running to come check me out after the manager sitting behind the desk (probably learning how to order produce) rang a little bell. The I’m assuming manger is a great example of how not to be a leader. I won’t be making this trip again

Some prices can be beat elsewhere. It is very convenient.

Found what I was looking for. Great place to shop for a big family or if looking for supplies for large gathering.

They have what a business needs to operate 90% of the time. The quality of the foods is mediocre at best. No usda rating on the meats which means its low quality select. But they have it.

CLEAN! Nice store with great products. Restaurant style foods available to the general public without the name brand other store ludicrous membership. Nice to see a place to park the dirty carts and always appreciate businesses playing it safe during the everlasting pandemic.

Stopped by for some chopped Romaine and the shelves were almost completely bare?? Asked and was told someone came in and “purchased” just about everything they had......this used to be a great store but in the last year or so they have really scaled down on options and variety, save your time and go to Woodmans!

Not so great service, I usually dont complain but these past 2 times has been unacceptable. On March 5th I called to place an order for 8 bags of rice. Was told that it will be in on tuesday March 10th by 12pm. On tuesday, drove from manitowoc to pick it up. Got there and no order was made, none in stock either so I couldnt even get any. (Mind you, I drove there just for the order) Lady I spoke with ended up putting in another order for 8 bags to be picked up on monday march 16th. Said it will be there on friday march 13th so I should be able to pick up on monday since Ill be in the area anyways. On wednesday, march 11th, get a call stating that the system cancelled my 8 bags, but theyll be getting 5 bags for in store sales on friday and will save those for me to pick up on monday. So today, march 16th I get there, and theres nothing to be found saved for me. And was told by manager on duty, that they can only hold items for 48 hrs before putting back on shelf to be sold, and they are out of the rice that I was looking for...so there wasnt anything that could be done. Frustrated enough I walked out, Im done with this place. I mean, policy is policy, but at least inform the customers of it. This isnt the first time theyve messed up on my orders. I usually order chicken wings from here and more than once theyve messed up ordering the wrong ones. Not worth the extra couple bucks I save when I have to drive 40 miles just to get a messed up order or not getting anything at all wasting time and gas. They need to train their employees better.

Great store and have a good variety,if there is something you want that they dont have in stock the employees will go out of there way to help you and even order it. The prices are great,the store is bulk food like at samsclub but you dont need a membership. I highly recommend you try this store at least once.

First time there, great prices and selection

It is a ok store. The food they have it not good for you. Sometimes you can find it cheaper at a none bulk store. And healthier. One good thing. For a shopper. Its always dead inside.

Store is always clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and helpful.Because of the shared parking lot with numerous other businesses, parking close can be a challenge, and having to bring the cart back inside can be a nuisance when you have small children with you (which I almost always do).
