Not the best experience.This was my first time getting carpet installed.The owner, Nick, is very nice.However, it took almost two weeks of us calling for an estimate for a single room, very unorganized and when it was all said and done, it was very sloppily done. The installers, though very nice, didnt even carpet the sides of two steps into the room. The area was maybe 15 by 12, and it cost us over $500.Maybe Im missing something.

I had laminate flooring put in my front room,little dining room and hallway.It looks wonderful .The guy that came too put it in was very nice and knowledgeable.5 stars too him as it looks great 👍The price was very affordable.

Decent for bedrooms, although basement could have been better and stairs to the basement wasnt good.Customer service could be better as well. Ive been waiting several days for a response to have them fix the stairs.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have never been so frustrated or felt so disrespected.Abel came over 3-4 times and fixed multiple spots that needed fixing. Between flooring not being flush and lifts in my floor. After he came back the 3-4 times fo fix the flooring, we noticed even more spots (pics below). Even a door was damaged. Our base boards were in beautiful condition- now, it looks like a dog chewed at them.Abel is completely careless, and will ruin your floors (and your home). DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORS DONE BY THEM. Spend the extra money and go to Home Depot or HJ Martin, and have them done right the first time.
