Stopped in for the first time to get a few things, it was my birthday and I was running around looking for sausages My bf told me not to get lolz, was having a hard time finding and was stopped by a giants employee who wanted to help. She was so nice and showed me the aisle and asked if she could help with anything else. Awesome service, mad I didn’t catch her name, but very nice lady with the pretty grey locs made my day!

Stopped in looking for Half Smokes. Didnt have any, not sure if they sell. Usually get from Giant on route 450. Got some fresh sliced water melon, good and sweet.

Located inside of the mall, this giant is large and stocked with everything you need. I love that this giant has hair products that you cannot find at other grocery stores!

They sold me spoiled pork. The label on the package said it was packed the same day. They did honor the refund, but I will not trust their meat department anymore.

I went here for the pharmacy after my friend had his wisdom teeth removed and we were the only ones in the store before closing. The technician said that they were out of the pain killer T3 until Friday (this was a Monday) and said the other three prescriptions would take 30 minutes to fill. Thats only because the pharmacist decided to finish every other order for the day first which no one was coming to pickup as we were the last to be served and no one came in the 40 minutes we waited. Just poor choice of priorities of the pharmacy. Certainly dont come here if youre in pain and need anything in a hurry.

I would never recommend this place to anyone .They are not checking the items in the Deli. Took a loaf of garlic bread home to see it was covered in MOLD. What if I allowed by child to break a piece before I inspected it. They wouldn’t known any better and consumed something that could’ve made them extremely sick. This is unacceptable for a food establishment. This has never happened to me at any other store including Giant in Hyattsville. Moved to the area a few months ago and had several bad experiences at this Giant multiple times I have gone in and not been able to find produce or good quality produce ( ginger,eggplants organic kale or greens) . I was also accosted by a small clerk at the self checkout one time . She disregarded all the other customers and micromanaged everything I scanned.

This place is quite good. They have a collection of different brands which is something you wont be able to find in other grocery stores. The only issue is if you have any questions, its hard to find someone to ask. But I would still recommend this place.

Still the same shopping center place, from the last time I was in Maryland back in 2010.

The store was clean and provide wipes for the basket at the entrance. The sliced pineapple and deli sandwich were fresh and delicious. The lines were super short too!

First time shopping in store in 9 months. Wasnt as crowded as I expected on a weekday evening and I was able to find everything I wanted. Everyone was wearing their mask properly as they should.

My favorite Giant since 1989. I Love❤this Giant. You can always find what youre looking for plus food and products other smaller Giants dont have. Shop with them you wont be disappointed.

3/20/2021I had a great experience at this Giant Foods Store in Greenbelt, (Beltway Plaza) today.I found a lot of great deals on sales and clearance items.The store was fully stocked in every department and the produced dept was looking great.The store was clean and isules were easy to move around with my cart. The store was not congested for it to be a Saturday.Self check out was the fastest and that is where I went.Customer Service was ok, but needs some improvement! Two of my items did not ring up the price posted on the shelf in front of the items. The person who was called to do a price check did not do a good job in explaining the situation with the price mix up. The item I purchased had a old sale sign in front of it for a different item, which should have been removed.I was told to leave my cart of food with my other personal belongings at the front of store to walk back to the meat department to show her the sign. This I did not like at all! My purse, medications, and merchandise from another store was in my cart as well.Other than that, I was satisfied with my visit here, and will continue shopping at this Giant Foods Store location.

The ground beef was not salty. Why would a butcher have acid in ground beef? Ground beef is already tender. Soooo the ground beef did not burn my throat.. (Whaaaaa?)

I truly love this Giant location better than any in the dmv despite the fact they do not sell any alcohol; I can look past that. They have the most unbeatable deals on great quality produce and an amazing variety of world/ethnic foods as well.

I enjoy shopping here. The area around the store leaves little to be desired. But, the store and the staff are pleasant.

The store is fine, but the fact that you have to go into the shopping center in order to access it (no direct access from the parking lot) is crazy.

Very large selection of food. Has variety of different ethnic foods, natural and organic food lines. Great deli, and precooked foods. Bathrooms need to be cleaner.

Clean a d friendly atmosphere

Selection and quality are good. Ive stopped coming here though (using Safeway and Instacart instead) because so many employees and customers lower their masks below their noses or chins, which makes the masks useless. Doesnt feel safe during the pandemic when you walk in and the first thing you see is a security guard with their mask below their nose, and the last thing you see is a cramped self check out with people not wearing masks properly.

Convenient place for me to shop. Prices are not bad.Good selection of vegetables and meat.Friendly employees.

The store and workers are great. The workers are respectful, friendly and helpful. But I wish the deli attendants when cutting deli products keep their masks above their nostrils, not below only covering their mouth. This Ive seen more than once. Please cover properly when dealing with food. Thank you.

Alway fresh produce and great service. There is a cashier I think her name is Brooklyn was so sweet and polite. She sanitized the area before taking a new customer. Also she was very careful organizing my items. I think she is a fantastic worker.

Wide aisles, large selection, typical Giant prices, the only flaw was too few human cashiers. This will be my new favorite grocery store.

This is my go to supermarket. Reasonable prices. Mostly fresh produce and meats. I also like their own organic line - nature’s promise!

Going early is great. Old folks hours. Looks like the paper products shortage is over. Still spotty in the cleaning aisle, and some gaps in the peanut butter and canned goods.

This store Anchors the Beltway Plaza Mall. This giant has made improvements and the improvements are all good. They have a really great produce section and the produce team members are fantastic. They really do go above-and-beyond to assist their customers. Thank you Giant! I would add a sixth star if it were available. ☺

The store is fine----staff are friendly and typical selection of stuff from Giant. Parking is a mess, though. Not worth going unless you live around the corner or are at this shopping center for other reasons.

The produce was moldy. The oranges were moldy, the broccoli wasnt fresh. Im disappointed with Giant.

They have done a lot in the past couple of years to make this store better. It is in the mall which is something new but it has pretty much anything you could ask for. The only thing it is lacking is a better butcher and seafood counter.

I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Mr. Terrance Ponds, he works at the Pharmacy in Giant. He answered all my questions making sure that I was charged my discount price for my medication. He was helpful and knowledgeable, helping me in a BIG WAY! I dont find this type of service often these days. When I walked up to the counter I asked was he going to be my savior that day? YES he was. Giant HR hired a GREAT employee when they hired you, Professional, knowledgeable and very caring. I hope we meet again you were a breath of fresh air.
