A younger lady helped me out with the personalized candle. She wasn’t talkative at first but quickly made a conversation. She recommended me the chocolate layered cake candle. Which is now my all time favorite, along with sage and citrus of course. Im 100% going back especially for the personalized candle.

My lady and I were asked to please not smell the candles we don’t care for...and how are you supposed to know what you care for w/o smelling them?? I will never purchase another yankee candle again... thank you south ridge store, hopefully this gets read by management. Tall round headed white girl with glasses if the employee needs to be identified.

Customer service horrible.Very rude. There is supposed to be a AAA discount. We were told there are no discounts. Denied. We will never shop here again. Lucky for one star. I will go out of my way so customers wont shop here.Weve spent hundreds of dollars here. We are appalled with employee knowledge and skills.

I LOOOVE this Yankee candle. I have been going here for a while. The selection is always good and the staff are usually nice and helpful!

Always has very good deals. Also the workers there are fantastic. Very kind and passionate about the candle scents. The only negative it that they usually only have one cashier, which makds everytging kinda slow. Instead of a woker standing by the doors they should be on the other cash register. But overall its a postive place.
