The coverage is good when they are added together, but they never selected the better between them. So when u swapped the SIM, and you are T-mobile. Done. Had issues with my phone. They were able to fix. Only one employee actually seemed to care about their job and had good customer service. The others looked like they hated their life. Havent had any great experiences with Sprint or its employees. Most are only trying to get the sale and will lie and deceive in order to do that.

Went to pick up a new phone, had 2 people offer me help and didnt have to wait to long. My new phone had a start up problem and they spent 20 minutes making sure I left with a working phone. Very personable and made good conversation with me while I waited for all my content to transfer. Great experience.

Been with sprint 15 years and their customer service sucks more every year. They DO NOT stand behind the products they sell and the so called customer care is non existent. Brand new s10plus quit after 32 days. They would not replace it so I had to use the insurance which sent me a refurbished phone which has old software that will not allow for the security patches samsung is releasing. The store offers zero help or support. you are on your own. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am going to contact the BBB.

It pains me to leave this review. We came here last year and the gentleman who helped me was phenomenal and left me leaving with such a high opinion of sprint. This year it was worse on every level. The girl who helped us the evening of 11/1/2018 was terrible. Short and clipped in everything she said to us. Didn’t seem to care about us. Didn’t provide almost any help. Worst part is losing my sons childhood because she didn’t tell me to make sure my photos backed up. The last three years of memories gone. I know there is nothing to be done to improve my opinion of sprint or my situation but I hope leaving this review causes the management to take an extra step in training ensuring the employees know the right questions to ask when dealing with a customer wishing to upgrade.

Horrible. Not helpful. Offered me iPhone 10s but I was not looking for an upgrade. Told me iPhone 10 was going to be $483/month. Can I afford? Yes. Do I want to? No. Why? Price is not reasonable, either this is incorrect information or I just don’t see a point to paying for a phone that costs more than my monthly car payment. Sent me to an Apple store for an issue with my phone and told me my insurance would cover repair from Apple store. Boy were the Apple employees confused when I showed up. I ended up taking Apple’s advice. Makes me really want to switch service. Are they dropping the ball? Debating after having been Sprint customer over 10 years.

I purchased a Note 8 from the Greenfield Sprint Store. The port to charge the phone was defective. When I took it back, the associate and managers were so rude and condescending and accused me of shoving something in the port and breaking it. I got upset after being belittled and accused of things I did not do. The manager Anthony said that he would have helped me, but because I got upset and said he was a bad manager, he said he would not return the phone. I left so upset after all the bullying. I immediately called customer service, and they were so nice and helpful and arranged for a replacement phone. Do not go here if you want working phones and good customer service. A company should stand by their merchandise and give the customer the benefit of the doubt. Worst customer service ever!

Very unprofessional, rude staff in this store. My husband asked about how long it will take and her response was that we could go to a different store if the wait was too long. A more helpful response would have been letting us know about how long we will be waiting, not telling us to leave. Also consider telling your employees to not use the word shortly when customers are actually waiting quite a while. There was also a nasty look and eye roll given to my husband by the same girl who suggested we go to a different sprint store.Wont be coming back here.. ever.

Not only is their service far inferior to Verizon or other competitors, but this store is very understaffed; be prepared to wait at least an hour even if you have an issue that should only take five minutes. Customer service is pretty poor. I came in to receive help on closing my account. I waited inside for about 10 minutes and not one person that worked there spoke a word to me. I saw an employee walk by. I said hi to him and he responded, you need to wait until Im finished with the other customers”. I just said hi!It seems that either the employees werent trained very well when dealing with customers. After a 20 minute wait. I was finally able to close my account which. I also believe I was given some bad information when discussing the details surrounding the closure of my account.

Ive been to this location 2 times. The first of the two was HORRIBLE; I left crying. Second time, My fiancee and I were met with a rude Technician, lying to us about not being able to look at our phone due to being too close to closing time (we left the store, got in the car, saw him leave, then decided to go back into the store to maybe just leave it overnight, but then the next sales associate told us they could work on it for us)!!? The first time, I wanted to treat myself to a new smart phone--my first smart phone--and one for my fiancee as well. This was our first time ever joining a contract, so I was very skeptical about even getting the phones. We picked out the phones we wanted, and since I picked a phone with a slide-out keyboard, I wanted to check it and make sure it was in okay condition. The Sales guy was new, and HE GAVE ME A HARD TIME about it. Thankfully I did check it out myself, because the keyboard got stuck coming halfway out, then I had to force it the rest of the way out. The guy kept trying to reassure me that the phone was fine, when it clearly wasnt. He grabbed a different sales associate, and she then tried telling me that the phone was fine, and PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE. By that time, I just told them that the phone was not in a condition to sell it to anyone. That same associate went to grab another Techs personal phone--because it was the same phone--and proceeded to show me that because it was a few weeks old, it would have to adjust. You could CLEARLY see that there was a scratch from something sticking to the phone when you slid it open. They STARTED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WERE STUPID. My fiancee got pissed, saw what they were doing, and took matters into his own hands. He proved them wrong, with the other phone, compared the new-out-of-the-box-phone to the Techs phone and the display. He told them to give me a different phone of the same model, STOP HARASSING ME, or we were leaving and reporting them. I expected more from that store, especially being one of the only few corporate locations. THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER AND NEW TRAINING STAFF! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Definitely will be going to the West Allis location from now on!**AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!!! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!**

I came in at 10:45am only 45 minutes after the store was open. Waited 45 minutes and watched a customer who came in 5-10 mins after me get helped first after he asked me how long Ive been waiting! I finally get helped and I tell the associate Im looking to get an iphone 7+ and set up an account with sprint since I will be new to them. Right away she cuts me off and tells me they dont have the 7+ in stock and theres no telling when it will come in and that I should try again in about a month. Instead of helping me set up an account and ordering the phone it seemed as she just wanted to get me out of the store. So I left needless to say Ill never be returning, and I now see why the reviews are so terrible for this store!

Stay away from this store at ALL costs. The manager is rude, obnoxious, and horribly inept. I had a problem with my phone. I made an appointment to talk to someone. When my wife and I arrived, the person she made the appointment with had called in sick. We had the name of the rep and a time. There was nothing the doorman would do. We asked to talk to the manager. The doorman could not do that, despite the manager hearing everything we had said. After farting around with these people for a half an hour, we went to the parking lot and called the Sprint Corporate phone number. They tried repeatedly to get a hold of the manager. He refused to come to the phone. Because of this service, our contract was canceled by Sprint. We were told that if we went to AT and T, that they would allow our numbers to transfer to AT and T service with no fee and no penalty. Sprint should close this store permanently. It would be the best customer service this location could ever provide its customers. If you live in the area and can only shop very locally, go to AT and T on 76th, US Cellular half a block away from that, or the five cell phone companies in Southridge. Stay away from this location at all costs. If you have a phone that needs to be seen by a Tech, you are flat out screwed going here. This is the worst store in the Greater Milwaukee area and ALL of Southeastern Wisconsin. Sprint should fire everyone here and close the store. It would be the greatest thing to happen to customer service world wide.

I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I was treated like a nuisance when my phone order was messed up on a corporate level. They told me to step aside while I watched them take care of EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STORE for an entire HOUR while they did NOTHING to solve my problem. I ended up calling corporate while I waited, and they tried calling the store TEN TIMES. The 2 reps never answered the phone! Even after I brought it to their attention, the calls were still ignored until I spoke up twice. The only person over the 4 1/2 hours I spent in the store in the 2 days I was there TRYING to get my phone (problem was never resolved...) that deserves a medal of honor is Randy. Everyone else should be fired.

I wouldnt bother with this corporate store. Go to the one in Brown Deer, I think it is, if you have issues with your phone. It may be an inconvenience to some, to drive that far, but it is worth it.This sprint store is full of a bunch of people who dont know proper customer service skills. First of all, they will lie and do anything in their power not to replace your phone, saying it is supposed to be that way, or that it wasnt notated on your account. I had to literally leave store, call sprint that night, come back the next day, and try again.........and again.When I asked to speak to a manager that afternoon, they would say that the manager is with someone else, and I said I would wait. Then another person tells you the manager has left for the evening. Which is it??Lastly, I had to get my palm pre replaced, and they try to go through hoops and jumps to not replace it, saying that the phone is supposed to be like this or that, like its some feature. Yeah right. I literally had to complain and get my phone replaced through Asurion (Sprint Insurance Co) several times in order for them to see that it is a problem I am facing. Prior to my efforts, they would not budge and saying its not store policy to replace phones after only X amount of replacements. You are here to serve the customer, and if a customer leaves angry (from your store), then there is something wrong with the employees.Im sorry, but this store is not worth the time or effort. Go to any other sprint store, but if it has to be a corporate one, then the Brown Deer one HAS to be better. The blonde chick who is in the back behind the glass (repair area) is evil and is not friendly at all. Excuses excuses.

Well the experience i had yesterday was HORRIBLE! I have been eligible for an upgrade since June my husband and i werent sure if we wanted to stay with sprint (6+yrs customer) so we went to Best Buy just up the block on 76th the ppl there were nice got our upgrade but werent happy with phones 3 days later returned them to Best buy and went to Sprint Corporate store. Bad idea to go there, Had no phones at all the guy there was such an arrogant person he was the worst attitude with me and he said he could not do anything about it. he snapped his fingers at me and said I cant do magic and turn ur service back on or give you your upgrade and he was also getting loud. Well I got loud too, I said your store is corporate, he kept telling me that Best buy didnt do their job right and he didnt know what was going on, I asked him to pleas call the best buy store so maybe he could understand a little better what happened and he didnt, I DIDNT HAVE A WORKING PHONE!!! he also said Ive been here a year and never had something like this so i asked to speak to someone who had been there longer and he said that no one had been there longer than that . I guess what bother me the most was his body language,r the way he was looking at me, his attitude the most and his arrogance i felt like crap i got in the car and started crying. I went back to the best buy store and the guy there Bryan was the most helpful person and he even stayed with us half hour after closing time, he price matched our phone to whatever was online. Do not set foot at the sprint store i filing a formal report with that store! and for obvious reasons never going back !!!
