The staff there is the best. Im technically not their customer, I live 2+ hours away. But they treat me as well as if I were signed up through them!!!! Always a pleasant experience when I go there with any problems

We needed a spare, inexpensive phone for travel. This store had none in stock (private schools in the area keep them busy) and restock would not happen for several days. Instead of leaving it at that, they suggested I check the discount store in the same plaza. I bought a phone and card there but had problems setting it up. When I brought the Verizons phone to them, they offered me excellent service. They were unable to perform the set up but guided me successfully. I was entirely grateful.

Lisa was exceptional. She helped us get our number ported over from another company as did all the work by calling into their customer support, and was just so pleasant and friendly and patient with me and my wife. We will definitely be coming back in to see her for her help. Thank you Lisa!

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They don’t rush me or make me feel less than when I’m asking questions. I will always go way out of my way to visit this store. If I can’t make it in, I can call and they will do everything they can to help me.

Out of stock on the item I wanted. I was invited to travel all the way to Hadley to pick one up rather than one being transferred to a location near me.Helpful hint please start hiring people that are interested in customer service and selling products.

If I could give a no star rating I would. I went in with my kids for a simple password reset and the store owner screamed at my children several times and grabbed one of them by the shoulder. He is so rude and unprofessional, please dont spend a dime in his store!!! My children and I left in tears, Ive never been treated so poorly.

Poor customer service and miss information. I bought a Gadget Guard screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy which was not put on correctly. When i brought it back for them to correct, i was told the screen itself was cracked. They were dismissive and uninterested. I went to another Verizon store and they removed the the screen protector and the screen was fine. I wasted time and money because of poor customer service.

John is the BEST. He always makes me feel welcome and he explains things in a way I understand.

They were great; furniture very uncomfortable for older bodies! People were excellent assistants!

Bought 2 phones 2 days ago was told these 30$ screen protectors would shatter before my screen 100% not true now I have to pay 700 for a broken screen! Dont recommend this place go somewhere they wont screw you over!
