There are nothing but great things to say for the Cornerstone team.The granite we selected was gorgeous, and remarkably less expensive than Lowes, Home Depot, or two other smaller companies.The install was timely, and the crew that came to measure and install were respectful, careful, attentive to detail, and when discovering a small blemish that we wouldve easily ignored, Andrew had a piece recut and delivered next day.You just dont see service this good anymore.We will be recommending them to anyone we can, thank you Cornerstone!

Kitchen countertops installed this morning - on time, efficient, disposed old countertop & sink,cleaned everything when they were done! I would highly recommend!

The young men were on time, pleasant and did good work. I was not happy that I had to complete the plumbing under the sink when they were done. I called a plumber and the estimate was $450.00 to put my plumbing back to where it was before the installation. That is why I put the satisfaction number at 6. I have had granite tops installed before and never had to pay for extra plumbing work when the work was finished.

I’d like to do a big shout to Cornerstone Countertops’s they are thee best in my opinion! Angel was wonderful as I changed my mind at the last minute. I felt bad she told me I just want you to be happy and I want you to have a beautiful kitchen. I do have a beautiful kitchen! Now the men who installed my countertops were amazing! I just had Cornerstone granite kitchen countertops installed. The counter top is beautiful. I was amazed at the variety of styles and colors and patterns of the granite available. The process from store showroom to laser measurements to installation was all professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

They have a large selection and we knew to expect a 2 month turnaround time just given the economic scenario during Covid, but they stayed in communication throughout the process and the leathered granite is a nice outdoor addition.

We had a great experience with Cornerstone Marble & Granite. The installers were polite, efficient and left everything very clean. They took time to lay down drop cloths to protect the floors. The finished product looks fantastic. The slab is beautiful and was cut in a way to show off the character of the granite in the best possible way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Trouble free experience! We went into the showroom, we were assisted by a very pleasant young lady, who answered all of our questions. We picked out our granite, they set up an appointment time to come and measure, then a short time later they called to set up an installation date & time. Installers were pleasant and courteous while they completed their install of our double vanity and under-mount sinks. We are quite pleased and will use them again!

After our countertops were installed, I noticed the overhang was inconsistent...3/4 of an inch in some places and less than a quarter of an inch in other places. When the owner was notified I wasnt completely satisfied, he called me and expressed that he wanted to come see it. He never did. Also, a part of our wall was damaged during the install. It would have been nice if they told us about it, but they didnt we saw it after they left.The first part of this review (above) was right after the countertops were installed in August (2017). It is now December and I have changed my original 3 star review to 2 stars. The countertops are as okay as they originally were. The issue is the customer service aspect of this company.I was contacted by them a week ago (late November). They were fairly aggressive about seeing what went wrong 4 months ago. When the owner came out to see, he had no idea how the overhang was so inconsistent. I almost felt like he was accusing me of moving the cabinets after they were measured, but before the countertops were installed.Long story short...I have no idea why this company waited 4 months to address this. They claimed we had scheduled a meeting in August that I didnt show up to. That is not true. A meeting was never scheduled with me. I believe they saw my average review before and wanted to make things right. They sure didnt.

We were so pleased with our experience. Office personnel was helpful and great .The field institution guys top notch. When trying to decide on the Mont Blanc I was concerned about the seams. The seam is great the field guys worked until they felt it was the best seam. Our sink had a dent in the corner. I called the office and they were so quick to fix it. They scheduled for the field guys to come the next day and fix it. We had friends that had went other places and told us do not go anywhere other than Cornerstone Marble & Granite. We are so glad we listened!!!!

We had granite countertops installed in 2016. They did a great job, love the quality and workmanship. Then November 2019 had a spill on countertop that dulled the finish. Matt was so kind to come out and repair. Its good as new. And at no charge.Thank you so much Matt! Appreciate it.

The people here are super helpful! They helped me find the perfect slab for our bath remodel. They were very flexible as our schedule had some unexpected, unavoidable delays. The install was great and I am very happy with our countertops, kneewall topper, threshold, and shower shelf. Would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with our kitchen counters. The installation crew was polite & careful in our home. They showed up on time even though we had a heavy snow with poor road conditions. A piece was cut incorrectly, but they were able to correct it by cutting a new piece on site. Price was fair & everything went smoothly with no surprises. Definitely recommend!

The woman that answered the phone when I called was, “uppity“, and very discourteous, it seemed as though I was interrupting her day. And the quote she gave me over the phone was ridiculous. I was inquiring about a piece of material 19”x 17“, the quote was $150. I had to install it.

I was excited because my husband and I put aside some money for new granite counter tops and back splash in our kitchen. We were on a budget so I did my research and cost comparison. I was shocked by how much Lowes & Home Depo charge extra for every little thing. It really added up throwing me over budget. I have passed a shop on US 40 in Greenfield many times and admired all of the beautiful slabs of stone they have out front but never stopped by. My husband noticed a billboard on I70 that said Granite Twins. He suggested we check them out. I was expecting them to be the most expensive because they specialize in granite. My husband and I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and were greeted so nicely. I found the granite we have both loved every time we look (Black Galaxy), We had our measurments with us and asked for an estimate. To our surprise everything is included in the price. We did not have to pay extra for removal, disposal, under mount sink, and we had our choice of edges for no additional charge, which other venders charged extra. They gave us a great estimate which allowed me to get granite for my master bath and 1/2 bath as well.I was having trouble choosing a back splash for the kitchen and Angel went above and beyond her job to help me. I was so impressed. Everything looks great. I am so pleased with the job they did and would suggests them to everyone!!!Sincerely,An Extremely Happy Wife!!

I paid a LOT of money for our countertops. They installed and it looked nice. Then after a couple of months the seam seperated and I remembered them having a hard time getting it in. They came back amd fixed the seam by lifting the tops off the counters and then just left it. Very dissappointed in the service we have got from them. The front counter lady is rude and they still have not came back to fix the gap left after fixing the broken seam. Buyer beware!!

Our countertops and undermount sink look great! The whole process was relatively easy, and the pricing was fair. We had a few questions along the way but were able to get them answered. Andrew and Ryan did a great job with both the template and installation.The work that was contracted out was also excellent. Eric Lewis reconnected our plumbing, and Brian Carlson did our tile backsplash. The tile is beautiful!Cornerstone ordered the tile and grout, and Andrew and Ryan brought it on installation day. We got way too much tile though! They delivered 6 boxes, and Brian only needed 2 and a half! I dont know why we got so much extra.
