Ian happily walked us through our two mattress and pillow options, let us try them out and then answered all of our questions. I want to thank Nathan, Landon, and Tom for their excellent products and service. I met Nathan at an event at the Indiana State fairgrounds (the Christmas Gift and Hobby show). He was selling the Comfort Option mattress. I had been suffering from hip and shoulder pain for a long time, and I was considering changing my mattress, so right there at the fairgrounds I gave the Comfort Option mattress a test run. Nathan has a computerized quiz which helps determine which “firmness” is best for you. My result was C-10. I tried it and I was hooked. Each mattress is specifically tailored for the customer. They are a local business - their shop/showroom is in Greenfield, IN. It’s a small business, so they do their own deliveries, too. I met Landon and Tom when they delivered my mattress. They were punctual (I mean to the minute), and they installed the mattress and took the old one away at no charge. I’ve been using the mattress for a month now, and my pain is gone. Needless to say I’m very happy. BTW, I also have one of their pillows. I’ve never had a better one. 5 stars to this great little business.

Best nights rest! From the beginning of the sales process to the very end we were impressed with the service and customization of our mattress. Our expectations were exceeded not only with the process but with our new mattress and pillows. All of our requests were met with our mattress and pillows, staying cool at night, not too firm, not too soft, and our neck and back pains are gone! We will no longer return to a big box company nor recommend any one to go anywhere for their mattress and pillows other than Comfort Option. The best part is that they are a local business!

We were impressed with the showroom and the individualized attention that we were given at Comfort Option. Personalized service throughout the entire process from knowledgeable sales persons who really care. Taking the brief comfort test online was easy and self explanatory. However, knowing that you can reach someone and not an automated prompt when you call in with a question is a huge relief. Our mattress was delivered in a timely manner with white glove service. We received an email ahead of delivery letting us know who would be coming into our home...nice touch! Being on the heavier side, I was looking for a mattress that was firm to give support but also breathable and did not hold heat. I am very happy with the Flex 2 which gives the support I was looking for AND is extremely comfortable from a temperature standpoint. This mattress was also much more reasonably priced than other mattress stores...signed, Satisfied Customer!

Wow! Such a smooth and easy process! They came to our house in a truck with the mattress fittings and we were able to choose right then and there. Not only that but, the mattress is so comfy! I am such an over-thinker and suffer from analysis-paralysis so badly. I thought I would definitely be using the 90 day guarantee and ask them back to switch us out, but it seriously is so great I dont even want to try a different one. I am super satisfied and they were exceptionally nice and easy to work with! I would absolutely refer them again!

Comfort O ption has been an Indiana Originals member since 2017. We recently decided to purchase a new bed for our master bedroom, and our bed we bought from Comfort Option is the best purchase we have made in a long time. We havent had a foam bed for a long time, so we were a bit hesitant. Landon from Comfort Option walked us through the process and even after trying out three different comfort levels, the results of the online quiz still ended up being the bed we purchased. We didnt realize how much our old mattress was affecting our health until we still started sleeping on our Comfort Option mattress. Recently purchased two Comfort Option mattresses to replace 15 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress. After three months, I can say my wife and I both feel this is a superior mattress in every way. The price is about half of what all other competitors charge and the service they provide is outstanding. I would highly recommend looking at Comfort Option if you are considering the purchase of a new mattress.

We met these folks at the Indianapolis Home Show. The pillows we bought from them are simply amazing. The first night I slept on it, I don’t think I slept a wink! I was ready to send it back!! You should know that i am extremely hard to please. The second night, and every night since....I have never in my 48 years of life do I recall sleeping so good! We have spent a small fortune on other pillows including memory foam, bamboo, My pillow (lucky they have a satifaction guaranteed.we used it). These pillow are hands down the best, NOT the most expensive but certainly the best. I hope you guys sell lots and lots of pillows so i can buy more when I need them!!!!
