Getting 3 stars because they do a very good job of keeping up with the trends and the research it takes to find supplements and offerings that are helpful or currently popular. But their pricing is just way too high and is always been compared to competition. That was fine when consumers valued customer service and knowledge, knowledge in this case. But they maintained their excellent selection and their high prices while it appears that the pay or knowledge and skill level, or both, of the staff has fallen. So that begs the question, why am I paying a premium price if I have to do my own research on supplements? Ill just research online, and pay a lower price online. Isnt that terrible? Because there still is a large percentage of the population, and seemingly a rebound, that will happily pay for service. But as long as the value isnt good or perceived as good in the pricing here verses the knowledge of the staff, itll eventually mean the end of bricks locations for them.
