Made a quick run to this store walked inside and it was a mad house! I literally walked down every isle and things were misplaced or not there at all! The isles were cluttered beyond belief! It was just junky!! Items knocked over and boxes in the isles. I decided to leave and not purchase anything and on my way out the floors were beyond disgusting! It was before noon, there’s no way this store is this nasty after being opened for 3hrs. 😷

So cash app allows you to refill your card at family dollar locations and the cashier refused to scan the bar code called her manager and said they do not refill cards when I have refilled my card here before, she did not even try to put the money on. Terrible service you could have at least gave it a try.

This store is ok for location; however, it lacks with availability of various products all the time....always things in the ails...customer have to squeeze through to get to what they want. I dont particularly care to shop much in this store.

Great will always eat there

Can always find what you need cleaning supplies,snacks,hair care,automotive stuff and even clothes

People are walking in without masses nobody is correcting this this store is slow most of the people work there walking around only one person on cash register when you have a long line of people waiting

The staff was welcoming. I found almost everything I went to the store for, except my wife board.

This is without a doubt the nastiest store in Greenville. Does this store not have a District Manager?It is sloppy, nasty. The parking lot is full of trash. There are crude home made sign about everything. I am surprised they dont have a spitting corner in this awful place.

Questionable neighborhood. Nice customer service oh. A little on the small side and packed with too many items in the iles in the way. Needs more lighting in parking area.

I went in to look for a Happy Anniversary balloon. And even though choices were displayed to choose from, there were none of any kind in stock besides a few graduation balloons. I was disappointed not 1 other kind of balloon was available, no Happy Birthday, a plain smiley face, nothing else.

Customer service is really good! The store is older and the strip mall its in isnt well kept, but its the Family Dollar, I wasnt expecting fancy schmancy.

The Isles are always a mess and the Bathroom is always out of order. Every time I go in which is every Friday and sometimes through out the week.

This location has all the typical items you find at Family Dollar. Many isles and shelves are disorganized or sloppy. The cashier area is cluttered. The cashier tried to hand off a phoney 5 dollar bill to the guy in front of me but he immediately returned it.

Staff is really feeling there but oh my gosh its hard to find things I dont shop there every week but things are just in weird places so if you dont have someone to ask youll never find what youre looking for at least I dont
