My husband and I recently purchased a diamond at Helzberg. We went with a customized mount and band.. The staff were so helpful through the process. My requests were very complicated for the design. Alecia went above and beyond to make it happen. She sent me pictures throughout the process to ensure that the design was what I wanted. She even came in on her day off to present the final results. I will be going to Alecia for all future jewelry needs.

You won’t find better service or quality anywhere else!I stopped at all the other jewelry stores in Haywood mall and none of them even came close! Some of the sales people in other stores didn’t even talk to me or offer to show me anything! If they think you aren’t buying that day they mostly ignore you! The people that work at this store actually care about finding your dream ring and not just selling you something.I was just looking and the sales person spent over an hour and made a wish list for me. So we went back and bought my engagement ring. I love it! They even took the time to tell me how to care for it. It has lots of little Diamonds in the halo and band so I know not to wear it when I’m doing anything rough by hand or I may end up needing work done. And even if I do accidentally damage it the lifetime warranty will cover all the work as long as I bring it in occasionally to be checked, and they are super understanding if I’m a little late getting it checked. Most jewelry stores don’t care if it’s even a day late on inspection and will take away the warranty forever. That’s not what the people at this company do!They are the best!

Never had any experience like I did in here. Service was otherworldly. I dont remember her name but this very stylish woman helped myself and my bf find the perfect ring for me. Gave a great price and i am in love with it! She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Didnt pressure us into anything and was all around wonderful! I love my ring!!!! Usually, I have a great experience here. But since my engagement ring was purchased in the last year, not so much. I had my ring resized. It was returned to me and wasn’t even in the shape of a circle. Very sloppy work. So it went back, to be corrected and yes the shape was perfect at pick ups but now the 1 carat stone in the center was loose. so, It went back AGAIN, the ring was picked up after being corrected 2x already. And my center diamond is STILL loose. Here I am 3 weeks from my wedding with a loose stone! 😑 NOT HAPPY

Extremely helpful staff. The employees were very friendly, polite, and professional every time Ive been to this location. This isnt the cheapest place to buy a watch, but if service is an important part of your user experience, you will be happy with the decision to come here. The location is fairly convenient if you are familiar with navigating the nightmares on Woodruff Road.

The folks that work here are extremely knowledgeable about jewelry and will happily assist you without the high pressure to buy something. Theyre more concerned that your interaction with them is positive. They are an established jeweler and have been helping people with their jewelry needs for many years. I trust them to help me and find their recommendations sincere. Do yourself a favor and go visit them the next time you have a jewelry related need. Seems like every time I turn around I’m having to leave my ring with them for repairs. It is super inconvenient to pay for their repair program and then when a repair is needed to have to wait two weeks before you get your item back. They have currently had my two bands and my husbands wedding band for two weeks and just called to tell me they will not have my rings ready due to the virus going around and do not know when they will be repaired and ready. Oh and did I mention we bought my wedding bands about 6 months ago and every diamond was loose! How does that even happen? I will never purchase from them again. My actual wedding/engagement ring was bought from Jared’s and I have had it for 3 years with only needing a repair once .. all repairs at Jared’s are completed same day.Oh and after receiving the voicemail stating my 3 rings will not be ready until sometime in April, I tried to call from more information and they are just not answering.

The store is clean with plenty of sales people. They are not pushy and will not try to upgrade any purchase. They are friendly and professional. It took me awhile to go through all my options but my buying experience was a pleasant one. It was easy to order, cam in on time and the checkout went very smoothly.

Do not ever go to Helzburg! Worst experience you could probably ever have at a jewelry store! I can only name one associate that was helpful and nice which was Lauren. The store manager at the haywood mall location Alisha was very rude and kept talking over me! Didnt care to hear what i had to say! She put me on hold to call my fiance to tell him to tell me they cant really do much and they dont have my refund check i have been waiting for over a month. I just want my refund for the engagement ring that they kept messing up and that is a whole other situation that was horrible. They keep saying they cant find the check currently and that they first sent it to the wrong location and would over night it. Its been almost two weeks! WHERE IS THE CHECK! I just want the money so i can go somewhere else that is going to actually care and give me a ring that will fit my small fingers. My wedding will come and i will just end up not having an engagement ring thanks to helzburg. Y’all have ruined an important life experience for me! Not to mention every time i have seek information from them because they dont seem to want to call. I have been patient but there is a point to where Its just ridiculous! I just want the money so i can never see anyones face in helzburg again !

Excellent service! Enjoyed the sales reps at Haywood Mall in Greenville (Amber and Lauren)! They helped me pick out a beautiful garnet ring with brown diamonds. Very pleased!Westgate mall location in Spartanburg also has good service!

The staff here has always been great. If you get the warranty on anything, make sure to take it in every 6 months to maintain the warranty, they didnt tell me this when I made my purchase and they should have. I was lucky I found out in time.

Never show interest in getting jewelry from there or even give them your number. I bought jewelry cleaner from there, and ever since then they have called me and even went so far to TEXT me today. It is borderline harassment. I got a better wedding ring somewhere else for a better price, anyways. They swayed my views to not get anything from them after they kept bugging me.

This place could be the best diamond place in the world however, I am too poor to afford such expensive items that they sell. If you can afford to shop here you got it goin on.. there are less pricey stores to buy a diamond..

SHOUTOUT TO Crystal and Bettie. These women go above and beyond to make each purchase special. I also have morganite jewelry which gets dirty very easily, and they never make me feel unwelcomed when i come to get cleaned once a week. They know me and my husband and know my taste to help him choose the perfect gifts for me! Absolutely adore them and this store!

Normally, Ive gone to the Helzberg in Asheville, where my wife used to work and almost always still gives us 5 star service. Today, we visited this store in Greenville and my wife was NOT happy. The man (Edward according to the receipt, he never introduced himself, or asked for our names) did an extremely lackluster and apathetic cleaning of my wifes wedding set and other silver jewelry (she cant wear white gold).He told us he couldnt do parts of her earrings because he dunks the whole piece in the ultrasonic. This isnt right because my wife has cleaned these exact pieces when she used to work at the store in Asheville. We know that you dont have to dunk the whole piece and that they have a silver polisher there, that Edward did not have the work ethic to use.Next, he told us her jewelry needed to be refurbished. Cool. Thank you. However, are you going to ask us if we want to do that today? Are you going to tell us how to get them refurbished? Are you going to follow up at all? My wife said this type of interaction would it be appropriate when she worked for the store in Asheville.On top of this, the other three employees in the store were all standing in a cluster, talking and laughing and looking at each others phones in the middle of the store. Thats how you successfully meet your sales goals...I am so glad however that we purchased a silver cleaning kit, because it gave me the name of this less than stellar employee and she was able to successfully and fully clean all of her jewelry in minutes.She also noticed that two stones on her necklace are missing. This may or may not be Helzbergs fault, but that employee should have noticed and informed us.
