The lady at the deli gave me the nastiest look when I asked for my ham to be shaved. Ridiculous.

Weve started using pick up instead of delivery. Great cost-effective alternative. Items are bagged and ready to go when you pull into the designated part of the parking lot. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Stop & shop is a very nice supermarket it has mass regulations and there is sanitizer provided but you do have to clean the handlebar on your own cart now they are no longer doing it for you like most places did and the store has a public bathroom in the back behind the deli they have a lot of good sales and they have a newspaper flyer at the front of the store that you can find out the sales and they have a very good health food like organic selection one whole complete aisle of like organic and you know specified diet food and stop and shop can be more on the pricey side compared to like Walmart or Price rite but they pretty much have everything you need there they have a deli they have a seafood section a seafood fresh jelly with live lobsters and all that they have a butcher Im a vegetarian but Im just letting everyone else know that, they have a florist with fresh flowers and they sell lottery tickets and cigarettes at the courtesy desk so they have a little bit of everything and they do sell plants and sometimes like tomato plants and stuff like that out in the front of the store there is handicap parking and its a good place to go the air conditioning is always high so if you get cold easy bring a sweater or sweatshirt I hope this helps thanks

Stop N Shop is a great market to purchase whatever your family diet needs. Fresh produce, meats dairy, bakery items. Its a clean friendly store. They even have a robot that browses the store looking for cleanups.

Good selection but wont buy meat any more meat being that they dont have butchers any more .It come shipped to them already wrapped and priced.Eaing is kind of scary not knowing where the food comes from.

My Wife and I were in the store this morning at 6:30 AM to do our weekly shopping. A customer came in behind us wearing a mask but did not have his nose covered at all. I asked an employee to ask the person to wear the mask correctly and was told the employees are NOT allowed to ask customers to wear masks correctly. So you might as well take the sign off your door saying a mask is required to enter the store if you dont care that people are infecting others and wont take accountability for your stores safety. Who ever told the employees this should be fired.

They always have what we need and from the meat dept to the deli to the cashiers I find them always pleasant and helpful!!!

Prices are inflated. Produce quality and prices do not compare to Market Basket! After calling to verify they had beef marrow bones in stock for my dog, they verified they had two. I went directly to the store and no one could find them anywhere. Wasted trip

Everything I needed for light shopping was there. I shopped early. No long lines: thats a plus these days! One more thing, to quote the famous lieutenant Colombo... The shelves were fully-stocked! Kudos to Stop & Shop for that one alone!

This store has a poor meat department. Too small of a selection. Too small of an area. The help is friendly. Their self serve check out area is even worse than Walmart if you can believe that.

Well stocked, clean, unfortunately social distancing not being maintained especially around deli and meats people going wrong ways in aisles and wearing masks wrong. All through no fault of store but due to ignorant rude public.

You will never find a shortage of weed dealers in the parking lot. With that said, the only thing more abundant than skunk lettuce, is urine puddles on the bathroom floor. The majority of the staff are very not nice. Yesterday, the cart boy watched me, watch him slam my side view mirror with his cart. And I couldnt even get mad, because, I felt his defeat. Pushing carriages in 80 degrees, tends to make any of us have no remorse. The cashiers like to leave you little surprises too. Like mixing raw meat with your grapes. I would much rather take my chances at Walmart. This is why we cant have nice things.

THIS store has let the consumer down. So many things not available, besides paper towel and toilet paper. Vegetables wilting, eggs broken, boxes in isles that are empty, items messy on shelves, no one that smiles to say can we help you find something. Sad. You need to do BETTER

This particular Stop and Shop is good as far as having a stocked variety of organic products and everything in between..the customer service is very good from my experiences. The store itself I find well organized and clean!! Other than the high SnS prices, this is a good stop to shop!!

Always neat and clean. They have one of those robots that creeps around the store. The Italian bread is always fresh. They carry live lobster. The fruits and veggies are always neat and fresh.

I prefer this one over the one closer to me in Johnston. Larger selection, self scan options, fast moving deli staff. Their selection of gluten free and organic foods has grown recently and I LOVE IT! They have a wide selection of the brands I want and it makes my life easier to be able to do all my shopping at one place. Great recent changes. I hope they keep up the good work.

Cashier could be frienldier

I had two full carriages to bring to my car, not a single employee offered help, one employee was right behind me waiting to go outside as I struggled to push one and pull the other through the small exit, he watched as items fell on the ground.. no help.. so rude.. Ive also bought rotten smelly meat at least 3 times this year

My local food shop, always stocked, friendly staff, quality produce and ready made meals in the deli. Also good selection in the flora department, often times seasonal items out front. Upgraded scanners for the shop and scan customers.

Very busy store compared to others. This particular store is no longer part of the giant chain so its wired seeing the old stop and shop red and green light symbol on some shirts. Management does not seem to want do anything with customer service and basically refuses to help. The regular employees are always very helpful even when they seem overwhelmed. Has a Dunkin and Citizens Bank located inside.

Good salt and vinegar chips shipped straight from cape cod and the diet Cole was pretty good quality

I hadnt been to this store in a long time and needed help finding a few odd items. There were staff everywhere & all were glad to help me. The lady that rung me out was very nice. The store is well stocked, even with specialty items like organic, non-GMO popping corn. I will be going there from now on! It is clean, well stocked, fully staffed (even on a Sunday afternoon) and friendly. I forgot to mention how great the produce was-even my bag of red grapes had not a single bad grape on the entire bag!

Though thier prices have always been 20- 30 percent higher than competitors, thier quality has aways been very good. now that there is a emergency situation going on in this country. They fully take advantage and those same prices are now 40 to 70 percent higher or more. Talk about gouging and thier selection is very limited and quality is no longer any better than even the cut rate stores. Hopefully everyone will boycott this store when things get back to semi normal. So disappointed. Big corporate at thier best to take advantage of desperate times.

Im new to the area, and grateful that theres a familiar supermarket within 5 minutes. They are newly renovated, so thats a bonus! Theyre a little pricey, depending on the item; but they offer an anazing meat section with really good family pack prices. They are definitely worth the time to shop there.

MARTY the robot is a great addition to the Stop and Shop team. Although he is a neat freak and requests clean-ups every two seconds. He is without a doubt employee of the year.

I love their Peapod pickup, though its a good idea to double check your order as occasionally there a few errors. But the staff is nice and they fix it with no questions and its worth it for the convenience.

If you like paying exorbitant prices for sub-standard, generic, genetically engineered, dull-tasting, not-locally-grown fruits, vegetables, and meats, then I definitely recommend this store for you. If you enjoy apathetic, ignorant, and rude employees, then this is certainly the best store you can choose. The ONLY good thing about Stop & Shop is that theyve got a Citizens Bank in most stores that are diametrically opposite to everything Ive stated above!

Great prices

You can usually find what you are looking for. The store is clean. Staff is usually friendly, even during these trying times of the pandemic. Even though they have arrows on the floor no one seems to follow them.

Extremely clean store. Only 2 registers open and since I refuse to use self check out as it reduces good jobs, I waited in line for 10 min. Worth it to say thank you to the cashier and bagger who were appreciative.

It could be 5 stars but there is never enough cashiers. Its one thing for just a few items to self check out but a full carriage...this creates long waits and a real lack of customer service. Besides that all the food is fresh, they have good prices and there is a lot to choose from.

Product in store has been rearranged. Some has been moved to illogical places. Some products they used to carry they no longer do or a smaller amount. They seem to give a lot more shelf space to the lodger corporate suppliers. But prices are still pretty good on most items.

Fair. The selection was average, the produce was average and the freezers were malfunctioning; all of the frozen goods were covered in ice crystals, some so completely you couldnt tell what was in the package. The staff person I spoke with replied, Yeah, I know. and walked away.

Saturday 12-12-20191. Return of pork tenderloin; pkg ballooned 1 wk before suggested date stamp 😕👎2. Poor attitude of cashier while cash out after shopping! As to insinuate. ..bored...uninterested....rude...doing favor ??????Bagger kept giving clues, she was not interactive nor friendly. Possible shy ??Not a pleasant experience.
