Today KAREN was made aware that I was shopping for two separate orders, I asked Karen to not mix the two orders together and she became combative insisting that she was still going to place both of order together on in the cart, I asked her to give me just a moment to differentiate the items that she had already bunched together so that way the items wouldnt be mixed up together, once Karen decided to proceed with the second order she began to SLAM the items into the bottom half of the cart, I was so shocked that I didnt know what to say, I ended up still un-mixing the items after being checked out it took me at least 20 minutes of undoing. I told the manager on duty only to find out that she felt like she had no authority over the matter because of a prior issue between the two... Needless to say I have never had a bad experience at this location until now, I am a regular shopper and would like to continue to do so but this type of unconscionable behavior is simply not good, needed and should not continue to be condoned or accepted no matter how old or long a employee has been with the company it is never alright to be this rude to a customer. I have never meet a cashier with such a nasty attitude just because she wanted to do things her own way.

Love this store!! Great prices and unique finds! The lines at checkout can get backed up really quickly, but the staff are relatively quick to jump in and open another register! I would give it five stars but as the saying goes theres always room for improvement somewhere.

I love me some Aldi! I buy most of my produce here. I bought a 3lb bag of honey crisp apples for 3.49, Harris Teeter was asking 3.99 PER LB!

I shop here when I want to get more for my money. Perfect store for fresh fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. If your family buys a lot of snack junk or healthy snacks this the place plus youll save money. My only complaint is the selection of meats are not that great but overall a great place to shop. Also, most things are not familiar brands but in my opinion just as good if not better than familiar brand names.or

Amazing store! Extremely clean, staff is fast and helpful as well as very nice and kind hearted. The store manager was a one of a kind person in a great way. Almost all items were available and organized perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!!

Its a pretty decent ALDI location by most standards. It was clean, well-stocked, and had the typical prices. I like that ALDI is green and doesnt give out plastic and paper grocery bags too. The only complaint is that there are usually only one or two cashiers, and no self-checkout.

It’s an interesting experience shopping at ALDI. You bring your own bags you bag everything yourself. The selection is priced perfectly for college students and their produce is extensive. All of this is always accompanied by great service!

Clean store. Great prices on everyday items. Fast checkout.One of the things I love the most is finding things not at my regular grocery store. Things often change seasonally, so its a bit of a bummer when you find something you love and its only a temporary item. (Side note: stock up when you find those items! 😉)

Great prices on merchandise, though the produce always seems to have a shorter shelf life than other grocery stores. We certainly dont shop at Aldis in order to socialize, however the cashiers attitudes are generally hit or miss. The few times we have visited, we have encountered either a friendly individual at checkout, or an individual that appears to have been forced to work there by court-ordered appointment.

On a Tuesday afternoon, I came to shop here for a few items. There were plenty of parking spaces available close to the store entrance/exit. The restrooms were clean and functional. The store was not crowded. The employees were nice. The isles were clean and organized. The prices were relatively low. The check out was quick and easy. Also you can use Apple Pay and Google Pay at check out!

I love the low prices on almost everything. I like how the packaging is done and how they keep up with their shopping carts. Its a great place to shop and save on your hard earned cash!

Just ok. The Aldi in winterville is better in my opinion.

Aldi has a pretty good selection of general items, and what Ive tried has been very tasty for the most part. But, if youre looking for a lot of name brand things, you wont find them here. The store is clean and the people who work there are generally pretty friendly.

This store has a large selection of grocery goods at very fair prices. There are a lot of non known name brands and every item I have purchased was just as good or better than the well known name brands you would get from larger chain grocery stores. If you havent been here before, you better bring a quarter for the carts, when you are done with the cart you get your quarter back.Oh and bring your own bags if you have some, using your own bags helps keep their costs down, which keeps prices down as well.

Low prices and great food

ALDIS is inexpensive compared with the big name stores in the city. Fresh produce, inexpensive, great quality products, helpful employees. I spent my money on fresh farm produce, foil packages of German coffee, veggies. Store is always clean.

Our familys shopping experience was fine, as usual, until we reached checkout. Our cashier, Emily, mustve been regretting her career choice that day as she neglected to greet us, failed to acknowledge our greeting to her, and was quite rude when an item she attempted to scan failed to register. My wife and mother-in-law have now decided to shop across the street at Wal-Mart for a few months after this experience...

Very affordable food here. Aldi does not break the bank, and they have a vast selection. . My only suggestion would be that they open more registers. The lines tend to get pretty long, and only one or two registers are ever open.

Quality produce, great service with very pleasant employees. Found what I needed quickly. Savings all over the place. Go with your grocery list and youll be amazed!!

LOVE Aldi. Great foods at super low prices. Some of the non brand names are actually better than the select brand named food. This is where I do most of my shopping. Only a few things I cant get here. Single bell peppers and frozen yogurt.

Unfortunately I had to leave this Aldi to go to the Aldi in Winterville, the customer service here is terrible, there are always long lines and only one cashier working and when you request another cashier you get a really bad attitude. This is very unfortunate.

Best Aldi we know of. Weve tried a couple in different states and there are 2 here, the one on 10th is perfect. Extremely friendly and helpful, very clean new store. Nice cold temps on their cooler/freezers

This location is always well stocked and clean. Aldi has the best prices on the necessary items you need and special finds reminiscent of Trader Joes.

Best grocery store for so much less!

Aside from the cantaloupe they have fresher fruits and vegetables than Food Lion and Walmart combined. Not only that but theyll replace anything you buy that isnt fresh without hassle.

No membership fees, good prices & a very good selection of grocery items. Yes they are mostly off brand name products, but we have been pleased over the years of what we buy there.

I had my own grocery bag and know how the system works. As the cashier checked out my groceries and puts them in the cart. The cashier gives me the cart. I take the cart to the stand inside the store to put my items in my grocery bag. The cashier yelled at me to not take cart outside and I looked at her while putting my items away. I replied you gave me the cart. As I left the store with my items in the bag she yells at another set of customers with a sweet Hispanic family. They seem frighten at her with their own bags too.My advice is to go to winterville aldis a better quality customer service experience without assuming every customer is trying to take a cart. I had no need to use a cart for my items were milk, bread, and avacodo. 😕

Love the prices and can get in and out fast. The biggest downside is they use Fabuloso to clean. Its way too much smell. Im sure the workers get used to it. But people with sinus, allergies, and asthma Its far too much.
