Great place to get your Japanese groceries. It’s small but still so nice to find some staples in Greer SC

I love this little store! Ever since all the BiLo stores closed down, I cant find my favorite curry cubes! They have them and other fun Asian food staples.

This place is amazing! I just moved from Washington State. One of the hardest things was I had to give up Japanese bread and many of Japanese food I found at the Japanese store there.But, this very small Japanese grocery store has mostly everything I want including my favorite Japanese bread! You cant find this bread in any Asian store except Uwajimaya in Washington state (I dont know about other states). Fortunately or unfortunately, this place is not so far from where I will be working from. I have to be careful not to blow my budget there 💕😅

If you need some nori or maybe a broiled eel, Tanpopo is your one stop shop. This family owned and run business is pleasure to have in our community, and one that has been around for far longer than most realize.

I love going to Tanpopo. The staff is always helpful and friendly + I can practice a little bit of Japanese! Highly recommend if you gain an interest in Japanese cooking

This is such a cute little place. They dont have as much options as Im used to but the owners are so friendly that I make a point of coming here whenever I need to stock up on things like drinks and snacks.

Small Japanese grocery with good selection for the size and friendly service. I am always happy to stop in whether getting dinner ingredients ( another stop is usually needed) or just the special must haves like Pocky or Kewpie
