This group of guys at both stores are helpful and knowledgeable about their paints. I went to Arlington store for flat paint and they did not have what I wantedInstead of going elsewhere, the manager gave me a great price for a higher priced paint. They have been good to me for 40 years.

Stopped into get advice. Meet a guy named Jacob. Its nice to meet someone who knows what they are doing and help guide you in the right direction. Ive been in here before. But this is the guy you need to ask for.

This is a good place to purchase the tools I need to get the painting job done. My only concern is not with the employees its the prices there are a bit high compared to Lowes. But there are times when I visit Lowes they dont have what I need but Sherwins-Williams does

I much prefer going to this store rather than the counter at Lowes as the paint chip selection and lighting is much better. The guys here are always very friendly and there to help but dont hover or are bothered by me staring at paint chips for 15 minutes 😂

I recently visited Sherwin Williams in Greenville and the customer service was amazing!. Id recommend this location to those who are seeking a better quality of paint. I will return as I have an entire house that needs to be painted.

Very welcoming crew. They have personalized service and experience with the products. I appreciated the extra attention to detail and enthusiasm involved in generating a custom purple stain. Im definitely going there next time I need advice on picking out stains and clearcoats, and for paint as well when the time comes.

I came to this location, in hopes of finding wall paint for my new nail salon. I have been very tired, and overwhelmed trying to get my new business started and underway. So the last thing I needed was to go in a store, and receive poor customer service. When I walked in, NO ONE greeted me. Everyone just looked at me like I wasn’t suppose to be there. I continue to the paint sample wall, where I look at colors for about 15 mins and still, NO ONE has greeted me, or even came over to see if I needed anything. I grab the samples that I loved the most and proceed to leave the store. It is THEN, when someone asks me if I needed anything. I kindly told the employee no I do not and walked out the door. I WILL NOT be returning to this store.

I am a woman purchasing a small amount of paint in a store where some customers and/or contractors make purchases of hundreds or maybe thousands of dollars. Each time I come into the store in Greenville on Arlington Blvd. some one comes up to me and accompanies me around the store to answer questions and show me merchandise to find what I need. Then while I am waiting for my purchase to be readied at least two other people seeing me at the counter with turn on a smile and make sure I have help. When I am ready to pay my customer rep looks up some coupons and information to get me the lowest price possible. I get treated like the store opened up because they knew I was coming and it is all for me. No Kidding. That has happened to me every time I go in and I hope the other Sherman Williams stores can reach that level of customer service.

Poor customer service. Called twice asking for a specific paint, when I arrived was told out of stock. Called a week later asked Bill to hold 1 gal, arrived next day and Jacob told out of stock again. He sold them all as Bill did not tell him to hold it. I am in from out of town (100+ miles). Not a local run for me.I felt they only care about Corp contracts while individual sales mean nothing to them.Edit to add: Learned later, part of issue was other complexes in area bought out supply.
