We had looked at Hot Tubs for a while and discovered Aqua Living Factory Outlet online. I called and spoke with John Bramell. He was so helpful and suggested we come to the warehouse and look at the tubs. We did and he took so much time showing us all of the hot tubs, explaining all of the differences and making sure we got the one that was best for us. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality hot tub!!!! You will not find a better deal anywhere!!!!!!!

Called at 2pm about buying a hottub. Was told we needed to schedule an appointment so were 2 hours away and we asked if 5 pm would work for them. They said a salesman would call us and let us know if 5 pm was good. At 4:15 I called them back and said thanks for not calling, well take our business elsewhere.

I bought our G6 3 years ago. In my opinion great value for the money. I had the local installer Patrick move it. He does it all day everyday.I have had questions or needed little things and John B. In sales has alway taken care of me or helped direct me.Just moved it to another property and all is working fine.If I needed another hot tub I’d buy another one from them. They mainly have USA parts.Yes that pic is my 3 year old tub. Still looks new.

This place is bizarre. No one was in the front area when we arrived. There was a sign on the door with a number which we called and no one answered. We tried calling the number listed on their google page. No answer. The front area had a recliner in it that had huge chunks missing out of it (probably from a dog chewing it up— there was a dog crate near it). It was unkempt in general. Finally someone shows up, wearing no mask. (We’re only in the worst of the pandemic these days but I digress). She said she was new. She led us to the warehouse area, where there were about 4 more people, none of which were wearing masks. The place was unorganized with not much walking space. We heard the young lady say the delivery would be in 6 months.No one wearing masks? Gross front area? Nah. I’m out.

Great experience. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable.I will be purchasing from them,but with such great prices we are considering upgrading to a bigger hot tub.

I have owned the one person hot tub since JANUARY, 2019. This Hot Tub is the BEST one I have ever owned, (I had 4 prior) If you have lower back problems like I do, putting the air bubbler on, you will feel a lot better after only 15 minutes. YES, You probably have to wait because of so many orders but it will be well worth it once YOU GET YOURS

Drove all the way over and they were not open during posted business hours. Sign on the door left a number to call, but no one answered. Call center had no clue. Obviously not a professional operation. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
