Amazing! We ordered the wood over the phone towards the beginning of the pandemic without ever going to Th’ Lumber Yard. It’s absolutely stunning and our order was ready sooner than we expected. I’d highly recommend for any custom projects.

Went in and told the gentleman I was looking for some curly maple and how much I needed. Took to the stacks and found exactly what I was looking for. Price was reasonable, way better than woodcraft, and service was great!

I needed just one walnut board to complete a kitchen renovation and stopped by to see what they had. I was able to sort thru a stack of walnut and found a beautiful board just larger than what I needed. An employee stopped and asked if i needed him to dimension it for me and i gave him the desired dimension. Within 10 minutes he brought the board to me at the register. It was straight line ripped on one edge and the other edge was a perfect 3.5 wide. He offered to cut it to length but I thought it would be best to take a final measurement of the space first. The total bill was about $37 and I was in and out in 25 minutes. Great products, great people and great prices... what more can you ask for???

March 6, 2019. I wanted to repair a 46 year-old antique dresser base without the cost of a furniture repair expert. The crew listened to every detail of my idea and knew exactly what I wanted to make the repair. The measurements of my purchase were perfect and I was proud I had accomplished a DIY project with the patience and help of their friendly smiling faces.

My grandfather, a cabinet maker, died 60 years ago, when I was 10 years old. The smell of this wonderful shop takes me right back to my magical childhood, playing in his shop. I learned to carve toy airplane propeller blades. I marveled at a machine that could bore square holes, and a great stone wheel that sharpened blades!Also, the staff at Th Lumberyard are the finest kind of people.

I got a rough hewn cedar slab for a mantle, an old cabinet door, and now steps for a custom spiral staircase from here. The cabinet door matched the old ones perfectly. They are working with me on the steps as I make changes and adjust things as needed. Great staff, friendly... perfect.

I wasn’t in need of a huge amount of lumber, but the team took time with me to work with my limited budget and relatively small order. They helped cut it down to fit in my car, that’s right, my car. So I’m almost finished with my build and it’s looking great!

Have always had that old piece of trim, or at least the knowledge that the big box stores wont ever have. Even was able to send pictures that they could recognize over text messages and have what I needed before I got there.

Great source for rough sawn lumber. They keep beautiful species in stock like walnut, mahogany, cherry, ash, and oak. Thicknesses from 4/4 to 12/4. They have their own shop too, so if you need anything ripped or cut down, theyll do whatever you need. Friendly staff. I got there 20 minutes before closing and they were happy to lift a pile of walnut for me so I could get to a few specific planks of mahogany. They do not have a good lighting. Their warehouse and their storefront is not lit well.

Probably the only place in the Greenville area where you can find hard woods. If you need something that the big box stores dont have, these guys probably do have it. Also the place smells wonderful compared with the sterile stuff at the big box stores.

They have the materials that a serious woodworker or carpenter needs. This is the only such place in the Greenville area.And theyre great to work with!
