Even though my issue was not resolved, Brian went above and beyond. His attention to my needs and abilities to explain the situation were fantastic. They always do great work. But this is my second oil change, and both times, my $80k truck comes out with grease on it. For it to take an hour to do, the technician should be making sure things are cleaned up.

Ive had all three of my Sierra 2500s serviced at Weston. I drive an hour just to get an oil change there. Theyve taken great care of each of my vehicles, but my pickup left a recent service appointment with some damage. I was disappointed, but Dan made it right and Im a customer for life because of it. Accidents happen, but their willingness to take care of it speaks volumes. I have total confidence in Weston and will continue to tell everyone I know that this is the best service center Ive had the pleasure of doing business with.
Jorge Aguilar was EXCEPTIONAL! He did such an amazing job on assisting us to find the best car that fit our needs. I traveled all the way from California to get this car! Jorge was always so courteous and very helpful. I felt very nervous in the beginning because Ive never bought a car from another state. The easiest vehicle purchase Iβve ever made. I was asked which model & options I was looking to buy. Then a vehicle with all that Iβd hoped for was brought out for me to test drive. The test drive sold me. I was able to drive the freeway and on some winding countryside back roads as well. The folks at Gresham Subaru only offered for me to do a test drive in their lot & they didnβt even have the model I was possibly interested in. All my questions were addressed at the Weston dealership, so they got the sale. Iβm loving my new vehicle.

When I booked my 30 k mile service Gary informed me that it would take several hours and recommended I secure a rental car. No rentals weβre available so I planned my day to be able to wait for the service to be done. I was met that morning with an emergency and was consequently an hour late. Weston was very understanding and took my car when I was able to arrive. They finished my work and still got me out the door in time for my own business appointments that afternoon. It was not easy for them to accommodate my emergency but they did so with kindness and understanding!! I commend Gary and the team if technicians for their attention and understanding of my problems!
Came from California just for this, today had an appointment that was set a week out for a full inspection on a truck I am purchasing. I brought it in on time for my appointment explained that I have not purchased the truck yet and the dealership was letting me get this done before I purchase. I waited 2 hours walked back in to ask how much longer, the service writer said Oh I didnt know you were waiting. Everyone is at lunch we have not started it yet. Maybe around 1. When I asked what was the point of the appointment at 1030. He said that is just to drop off the vehicle????? Terrible service department. The lady service writer did help me get an answer, so thank you to her.

I will say the staff was extremely friendly. I booked my appointment online. I showed up and was waiting in line and the lady in front of me showed up on the wrong day. They explained that her appointment was the following day. They proceed to tell her that they will put her in line anyway. So I get up there and he is surprised I have an appointment and tells me it is going to take an hour and a half and asked if I still want my appointment. Just after I hear them let someone in, I now lose out on my day after driving 45 minutes to get my oil changed where I bought the car. You gave me a free oil change to try and win my business over jiffy lube but that was so frustrating that I lost 4 hours of my day for that.
This is my 3rd or 4th transaction with Weston and each one was easy. Very professional, honest and dedicated people.

I came in for check engine service on my Buick. Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me updated with what was happening and explained what was else needed. The check engine code was resolved, but there was an underlying issue as a result. Another procedure was recommended to cure that. At the end and on his own, Gary gave a discount on the total service since it needed the extra process. It makes a difference when a company looks to take care of client like that!

Iβd like to start off by saying my service advisor Gary was great! Very knowledgeable and communicated great throughout both of my services, a new engine install and front brake service. My new engine was installed and back on the road in a week. After a few days we noticed a leak in my front brakes and took it back to Gary who looked it over and said we would need new front brakes, he told us it would be done the next day. We picked it up and drove it a few days and then noticed a loud noise coming from the right front, I pulled over and noticed a bolt was missing that held the caliper to the rotor, knowing it was not safe to drive any further especially with my daughter and grandkids in the car we had AAA tow it straight to the service dept, we knew it was closed being a Sunday but wanted it there by Monday morning. We called and talked to a sales manager who was rude and not very helpful on how to leave my vehicle there. Gary called first thing Monday morning to let us know that it appears the bolt was not torqued and therefore fell out, he was very apologetic. He said there was a few more maintenance things that would be needed down the road and heβd work with us on them. But now we have a severe transfer case leak that was not leaking much before. I am having serious doubts if I want your service department doing any more work that is going to cost me more money, I have already spent close to $8500 just on 2 repairs in 2 weeks.Sincerely, a unhappy customer

I was told before I had my service done it was under warranty and that there would be no cost to me. If you hours upon leaving the dealership I was called and told that I needed to pay for my parts and labor which cost over $800. I called the dealership and they told me if I wanted to dispute the cost I would have to call GM. I did call them I filed a claim and I never heard back from them like they said and the dealership calls every few weeks asking if it has been taken care of, or if Iβm paying them back for parts and labor. If you tell a customer parts and labor free you send them away with a sales receipt saying parts and labor are on GMC you should not be harassing them to pay for it after youβve already told them on multiple occasions that the service at your location was free.

Iβm grateful for what the technicians did on the vehicle that I had worked on however unfortunately I feel I was ripped off, taken! When I arrived to pay the bill and pick up my vehicle they passed me off to a cashier and at no time what is my bill explained to me. Thereβs no way that a technician could go over what was actually performed to my vehicle with the individual cost for the different repairs that were done and keep a straight face. Basically I was charged over $400 for them to time my engine, 400 bucks for the distributor to be timed oh and to install a gasket at the junction with the oil lines connect to the cooler I would have to say I would not be a return The customer because I donβt appreciate being overcharged what they did Iβm happy with what they charged me Iβm not and Iβm a reasonable guy I was overcharged

If I trusted a less than perfect score would not be detrimental to the individual contributor in your company I would have been honest.It was my first time in for service with the new truck and first ever at a GMC dealer for service. I have no complaints but nothing WOWed me to say Iβd pay money for this service once the free services expire.The nice person checking me in was nice enough, but nothing personal - seemed to be in a hurry with multiple people arriving at the same time.1.5 hrs later (seemed far too long for a service) - after I asked for what was done, the person checking me out couldnβt truly explain anything that was done to my car...not their fault, didnβt seem to be part of their job to know...just checking out - had they been able to throughly explain I likely would have understood the value of the previous 1.5 hrs happily.Valvoline can do an oil change and more, in 15 minutes 20 max, while you sit in the car - and great service - may be you did more, but it wasnβt presented like you did.Not sure what this experience would have been taking COVID out of the equation but hopefully significantly more personal.

Huge shout out to Brad Roe, Dan Schofield and the team at Westonβs for taking care of us and our truck. We were 1 day into a 12 day road trip when our check engine light came on. Five hours away from home we stopped and got a diagnostics code and called Brad to find out what we could do. Within 10 minutes he and Dan had located the ONLY new transmission available for our truck and had it on its way from Reno to Portland. He told us to head home and if we broke down heβd tow us and our RV home no matter how far away. Such a relief! We made it home and our truck was in the shop the next day with a brand new transmission installed so we could be back on the road. We only missed 1 day of our trip! Amazing! So grateful for Brad and team. They made us feel so special. Simply the best customer service you will find! Would never buy a truck from anyone else.

Weston Buick Gmc has been a consistently good provider of service for car repairs. Originally, my Pontiac Firebird led me there when Weston was aPontiac dealership. The thing is, the repairs are actually performed and done correctly. Although I now live one hundred miles away, I return there still. I refer to going elsewhere to straying from the formula. Doing so, always results in disaster. The local dealership in Longview is merely an oil change place for Cadillac owners, old ladies with purple hair. And these days there are these franchise repair places that charge the same prices, but are manned by beginners. The service people in both of those instances, were totally clueless and completely indifferent. Weston put in a new motor in a classic C10 that I restored recently. Every detail attended to. We came from Washington and had the smoothest transaction ever.She was so accommodating as we were hungry from our drive that she had Uber Eats set up on her computer to help us locate food. I searched all the GMC dealers around the Portland, nobody had that kind of a truck, and nobody wanted to order one, or to search one for me all what they wanted just to sell what they had in the parking lot....One day I stopped at Weston GMC to check the parking lot if they have this truck because was impossible to order, when I walked in i told Scott what I want he immediately said that if they didnt have the truck that I wanted on their lot, he would do anything in his power to find it and bring it to Weston...For me was like unbelievable...And he actually ordered one from the factory exactly how I wanted.
