Weston Kia is the place you want it to be when it’s time to get a new car. I can’t stress that enough.After having shockingly bad experiences with car dealerships in Washington. Between unprofessionalism, dishonesty, inconsistencies. Paired with the current car shortage I felt completely discouraged. Also I waited until I NEEDED a car to go car shopping. I don’t recommend that at all.Back to my experience with Weston Kia. This Tuesday I was told the Kia Seltos I had been looking into buying was available and on the lot at a car dealership here in Washington state. I gave the lady on the phone all my information and we arranged for me to sign the paperwork that day after work. I had already taken test drives of this car and I’ve been researching for weeks. I was a serious buyer and the only thing stopping me from getting my car was that I couldn’t find it. (This car shortage is the real deal) if you’re looking for a car right now and find the one you’re interested in, do not hesitate because it will get snapped up from under you right away! Anyway, this lady told me she had the keys and I started filling out my application etc. etc. only to be told shortly after that they sold the car to someone else. This was the 3rd car I had lost and it was looking like I was going to have to wait at least a month to get what I wanted, but the problem was I needed a new car.Out of desperation I decided to search for the car in nearby states and saw that Weston had 1! I wanted to make sure this car was actually on the lot because I had dealt with more than one dealership keeping sold cars on their website implying to me through email that they are still available. Trying to get me in for a test drive and being completely misleading. Little did I know the bad fortune I’d been experiencing was about to change.Not 1 minute passed when the absolute angel Jennifer (the internet manager at Weston Kia) called me about my inquiry. Right away she was different from the others and that just continued throughout my entire experience.She was extremely prompt, professional, kind, genuine, informative and beyond helpful. She bent over backwards for me and went above and beyond. The following are just a few of the reasons I’m thrilled to have given my business to Weston Kia and why I’ll be HIGHLY recommending them to anyone I know who needs a car in future.Jennifer got back to me about price right away and the price was fair for sure. She arranged it so that I was able to travel to Oregon the following day to purchase this car. Originally it was not thought possible as certain specials were to end that day. She arranged for me and my friend to be picked up at the train station when we arrived in Portland and taken over to Weston Kia and so much more.Everyone I worked with yesterday once I arrived to pick up my Seltos was great. I discovered a new (to me) great dealership. No high pressure sale, in and out in less than two hours (one yesterday, one today). They let me put a deposit to hold the car, plus just all around great service. Most surprising of all, after the salesman Denny took my daughters s photo, he asked if it was okay to bless her and her new car. He prayed for her and her safety... nearly brought me to tears. Went to look at a new car today. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he was the one who walked me through everything while we were there. I was alone with my toddler son and Daniel made best friends with him immediately. I’m also pregnant. Daniel went above and beyond to help a mother out in so many ways. This was, by far, the BEST dealership I’ve been to, and the BEST sales person I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I wasn’t “taken for a ride,” no false promises, no trying to get me into a car I don’t like. Seriously, if anyone is looking for a car, go here. My husband and I stopped in to check out the cars here and a super nice guy named Nikita helped us. He was super knowledgeable and we ever felt that awkward car salesman pressure. Scheduling the service was fast and easy, and they were able to get to my car within two days. My car was ready sooner than I was told to expect, which was a welcome change from other places! They didnt try to upsell any parts or services. They even told me that something that I thought was going to have to be fixed didnt have to be. The cost was very reasonable, and I would certainly deal with them again.
Tried calling just to ask what time they stop test driving cars...was put on hold forv5 minutes from a receptionist that then sent me to LISA. She was so rude I will never buy a car or let any friends of mine buy a car from this place. Nicholas tried hard to Apologize but its not enough. You are the worst dealership Ive ever encountered...and thats just by a phone call. Get rid of your rude sales gals that dont know how to answer phone calls. I will call back

Hello ~ Yesterday, my reason for visiting Weston Kias Service Section was to get a first oil change to the car I bought last year. As a staff member there, Angela said that other areas were checked within my car. Of the 2 air filters, one of them was shown to me before I agreed for it to be replaced. As my car ages, I intend to look here first for my next one -- they just showed me a neat fully-loaded Kia Niro that has promise. We can to get a lube and oil change.--Everyone was nice and greeted us.We waited in a nice waiting room. It took a little longer that most times but they did have quit a lot of business at that time. I was all set to buy our new car from Weston but then they increased their additional dealer markup on the vehicle and wouldnt budge... So I just called up the other 10+ Kia dealers in the 100+mile radius and ended up buying from Kia in Bend.The dealership has to remember that the consumer is much more mobile these days with a recent cool invention called the internet.Aside from that, the sales team at Weston was great and pleasant to work with.

I had a good experience when I bought my car 6yrs ago, and until the last year I would say the same. Ive had some concerning experiences with the service department that has left me not feeling very trusting of them. Three oil changes ago they told me my oil pan was leaking and needed to be resealed and said they could do it that day at the cost of $300-$400. When I asked if that was covered in my extended warranty I got with the car I was told no, that was considered wear and tear. I grew up in a family of amateur mechanics, Im by no means a professional, but it didnt seem right that a (at the time) 5yr old car with ~70k miles on it already needed a complete oil pan reseal. I turned it down and called the main Kia Customer Care number about a week later. They patched me in to a service manager who told me that it was absolutely covered under my warranty. I was then rescheduled to go in and get it done. At that point, they told me the tech didnt see any leaks so they tightened the oil pan and put dye in my oil to check at the next scheduled oil change. Next oil change, no major leaks were found, the tightened the oil pan again and put more dye in. Had another oil change a couple weeks ago, no leaks and they said Im all good.Obviously this is concerning because, if I hadnt questioned it, they would have GLADLY taken $300-$400 to do something that theyre now saying is unnecessary when it is on them to pay for it. Needless to say, I really dont trust what they say my car needs now. This left a really sour taste in my mouth about the trustworthiness of the service department, which is sad because until this I had nothing but good experiences with them. 3 stars for past experiences, but could have been 5.
Thus far I have been very pleased with Weston Kia! Our purchase experience was flawless and we are very happy to be driving our new Sorrento.We have only had one visit to the service department for scheduled sealant and it was fine, very efficient and nice staff. We live in Tigard so its a drive and a half to Gresham but well worth it!!

I had my oil changed yesterday and paid $31.95. I received a coupon today for $24.95. I called to see if Weston would credit me back the difference. They said no. They also wanted to change my cabin filter for an additional $46. I can get a filter for less than $20 and its very easy to change. I cant justify paying $26 for a five minute or less job. I would have been happy to buy the filter, if they would have installed the filter at no additional charge. I feel like Ive been fleeced! The dealership is also a bit of a distance from where I live.

I recently purchased a Sportage from Thomas F. at Weston Kia. He was great to work with. Made the process super easy and I didn’t feel pressured. Chris in the service department was also great and had suggested the Sportage to look at as well as the Seltos because it had more space which is what I was looking for. Thomas helped me find my vehicle and kept me up to date on where my car was since it was being shipped. The application process was easily done online. They broke my car!!!! I took it in the have them look at the ABS light and get a tune up. They broke the oil sensor, didnt change my oil filter, didnt fix the recalls(no parts) and I drove 4 blocks and it died in the middle of the road. TWICE!!! Asked for a refund until to work was complete correctly and the gal who took the money didnt know how to give it back. No Managers with any authority on duty. No go there.

I had a very extensive repair performed on my Pontiac G8 by Weston. Cost came out just a touch under budget which is a plus. I did have to bring it back in due to a radiator hose not being secured properly, but they handled it well and at no cost to me. (Replaced hose, detailed engine bay) Brian was solid the entire time, though I would have like to get an update when my car fell behind schedule because of a parts shortage. Would rate the experience 4 stars everyday.
Went in for a software upgrade (after going to my mechanic) for my engine light. The computer was indicating a manifold issue. 3 hours later they came back with a list of repairs that needed done and a $1200 estimate for repairs. Mind you the check engine light was still on. Went back to my mechanic to understand exactly what needed done as I’m a novice with cars. He explained and gave me instructions. I went back told them the situation again Was more insistent about the software upgrade and that was all that needed done. They had my car in and out in under a half hour. No more check engine light. Staff was polite but I will never buy a car or take mine in (unless it’s a recall) from Weston.

Service was performed timely.The dealership needs to dentify where customers should check in. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me check in.Staff need training on how to properly wear masks. They either had them below their nose or placed them below their chin to talk on the phone.
We had a wonderful experience with Scott. I loved the fact that no one was rushing up to me and bombarding me as we walked around and looked at cars on the lot. I felt no pressure. I live in VA but knew I would be in the Portland area during our cross-country road trip and found Weston Kia on line. I called a couple of weeks out for an appt to have an oil change and tire rotation. During our trip fro. VA to ORa crack developed in the windshield of our car. We were able to get the glass replaced but needed to have it re-calibrated. When I arrived at Weston for my appt I asked if they would be able to help me with the re-calubration so I would not have to drive all the way back across country without those safety features. The service personnel could not have been nicer. They took care of me and my Telluride even though we were not customers and would never be returning there again. Their waiting area was comfortable and every aspect of my experience there was first rate.

Brought my car for and oil change and they left something loose . It kept on leaking oil and left my drive way stain. Call and told them what’s going on and made my appointment until the next day. They need to be careful and make sure everything is tight.

Went there to get service to my car, tall black guy always with an attitude like Im there asking for money or favors, supposedly they did a rotating job on my car, get on the highway and my car starts to wiggle when I hit the tires... Waited 2 hours with no other cars in the shop.... Oh I asked for a shuttle too, does this come in the contract?
The gentleman who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable. And apparently my appointment was the day before I actually went but he didn’t even think twice about saying it was fine and they fit me in.

I usually give them 5 stars, this time they REALLY let me down. Took car in w/ check engine light on. Took a wk and husband talking with mang to get me an apt to drop her off. Told them husbands code reader said it was an expensive repair. They had it mast of day they call and say $130. diagnosis fee as was nothing wrong. Take it home park for 9 days vaca. Drove pms mon and tu Wed had an am hit Def lights back on. Code reader says same problem. No I didnt call them right away as swearing is still frowned upon. Sat had hubby try to get somewhere with them. Hell be calling dealership manager Monday. Im still spitting 🔥 mad.Ok so Hubby and they talked, put me in a rental, they fixed the prob. (under warranty). Now car is fixed, but Im now out $164. I wouldnt have been if theyd fixed it right the first time. Petty maybe, but $ is why I bought a Kia in the first place.

Daniel was amazing! He was kind, generous and genuinely a decent human being. We ordered our Telluride and it was only 5 days later than the original estimate. Not bad in the era of COVID. All other timelines were met or exceeded favorably. The only negative, among tons of positive, was the exterior detail finish on our new car was a little lacking. It is black and really needed a good polish to remove the whoas of car transport. Daniel jumped to the rescue and arranged to have the car detailed again at a later date at our convenience which we felt was acceptable and very professional. Thank you Daniel! Thank you Weston Kia!
Very frustrated with the service department however I will say that the managers do pretty well at rectifying the situations. I wish I could avoid the service department at all costs.I will say the sales folks are always a joy tho. They have their “salesmen” ways however they have always been very friendly and very helpful. One bought me water while I was getting my car serviced and another gave me great advice when I complained about the service department. Now if only the folks in the service department were that eager to please/provide excellent customer service, I’d actually enjoy this place.
I recently purchased a new 2020 Sportage. My sales rep was Tim Fredericks. I have made several auto purchases throughout my life !! This was the best experience that I have ever had ! Tim did an excellent job. He needs to be commended for a being a quality sales person ! I am sure that his occupation is not an easy one. It takes a certain level of dedication and knowledge. Westin Buick GMC has always been a great place to shop. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and Non-pressure sales and service. I’ve never been to a automobile dealership that is as customer oriented as Weston is.I simply wouldn’t shop any place else. They are absolutely the best at what they do.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone and when you go please ask for Camille to help you she was amazing! I went into Weston Kia two weeks prior to my purchase and explained to her my situation and what my price range was and that I was only there to look at that time. Not only did Camille not pressure me about buying that day she showed me two cars in my price range and test drove both of them I kept waiting for the common you should buy this today or whats stopping you today from buying questions but it never happened.So when the day came to purchase the vehicle roughly 10 days later Camille was ready for me and the whole process was painless and a great experience and even gave me a ride to the bank to get the check for my down payment. Ive taken my vehicles to the Weston GMC service center a few times and have never been disappointed. Service is timely and theres always been good communication as to what was happening with the vehicle, which to me is just as important as the work being done.
