This is my favorite store ever. I buy all my gifts for friends and family here. I buy home decor, crafting supplies, my kiddo buys toys and jewelry. Its simply the best. Its locally owned and isnt full of Bible verses and other politically motivated merch. I highly highly recommend.

Kristy in the jewelry area was very helpful. I came in not knowing what I was doing but I wanted to make a necklace and she gave me a very nice walkthrough without hesitation. Thank you!

I truly love walking into Craft Warehouse and looking around at everything. They also carry the prettiest fabric lines. The reason why I gave it three stars is because, what seems to be a common theme among all craft stores, the employees seem to know nothing about the products they carry. I was in the checkout line I had just spent $87 on fabric and I asked the woman if she knew where to find heat resist or insulated.. if she had let me finish I would have said material for making ovenmits or hot pads. (Im in the process of building a quilters ironing board to sit on top of my normal ironing board.) Before I could finish though she just said no, we dont carry anything like that we only carry quilting cotton. I mean its not like I expect people to know everything about every product they have but I would appreciate a response more along the lines of Im not sure let me find out for you or Ive never heard of that but let me check. Theres nothing more annoying than somebody who is confident in their wrong answer. I told her it wasnt quilting cotton I was looking for, what I was looking for would probably be in the batting section and it was like I couldnt even get that sentence out because she just kept shaking her head no as if she was so positive they didnt carry anything like that. This wouldnt really warrant me coming on here and writing this review if it werent for a couple times ago when I was there looking for straw needles for applique and again no one knew what I was talking about and not only that but you feel like youre the idiot when youre asking them a question. They dont seem to be concerned with suggesting where you might find such item. More than likely because they have no idea what it is in the first place. I just wish the employees there( and all craft stores) would have to like take some classes on whatever section they work in. Anyways, thats my only complaint. Otherwise I love what Craft Warehouse carries and I love getting inspiration from the completed projects that are hung up around the store.

Not kid friendly, staff not helpful. As I was sorting through items to purchase my 2 year old son moved some trivets from the shelf over close to where I was sitting. He was behaving very well wearing his mask and being of pleasant mood. I had one staff member come up to me and tell me he couldn’t be touching those because of Covid. I had another staff member come up to me and say the trivets were a tripping hazard. We were close to the shelves and they mentioned nothing about me laying out my craft at the side of the aisle. Nobody said anything to all of the adults who couldn’t follow the arrows on the floor or stay 6’ of distance, while we struggled to do all of these things because of people who failed to go the correct direction. Nobody said anything to the older ladies who touched numerous crafting items and put them back while they figured out exactly what they wanted to have go in their ornaments. No staff members offered help to find items so I could more quickly meet my shopping needs and leave the store. But go ahead. Pick on the well behaved 2 year old. It’s unfortunate I will no longer be able to rely on this store for my homeschooling needs.

I placed an order by phone yesterday and it was very easy to pick up @ the Gresham store. Everything was set up for the safety of staff and customers. There were 2 staff people there and they were very helpful - and one happily went to grab an additional item I needed. And I also grabbed one of the $10 acrylic paint sets for my kids (and me!) that you had displayed at the front. Thank you so much for making this service available! Our family will continue to support your store -- we love your selection and customer service above other area craft stores and we appreciate and admire how you have put safety first for your employees and customers. If i could give them a zero i would. Im in there with my family picking up some things for my 3 year old daughter, i cant wear a mask for medical reasons, 20 minutes in the store the manager rudely requires me to wear a mask or get out. After i calmly explained that i had a medical condition to where j cant wear a mask, she insisted i leave the store. I really cant stand ignorant people that discriminate against people with medical conditions. Ill be filing a civil suit against this company and recommend others to a more tolerant company.

So we parked up front by the store and somebody didn’t put their cart away all the way and it went sailing into our car. It caused a dent in our car so my husband went into the store to tell a manager. They came out took pictures of our car and forwarded our information to headquarters. My husband has spoken to someone twice about it and today they told him that they were not going to do anything about the damage to our car. Their cart caused damage to my car and they aren’t going to do anything about it. Never shopping there again.

Had exactly what I needed

Excellent safety enforcement on 7/3/2020. Door person counting and enforcing masks, currently no cash sales, directional arrows, plexiglass cashier shields, sanitizing after each customer, gloves and face masks worn properly! Thank you!

Anytime I need craft supplies I come here because it just has everything you need for any craft you need to do. The front is always best because if the random fun stuff they have. I bought a needoh ball and its so fun to play with. I also bought a metal retractable straw and its literally the best straw Ive had. The workers are so nice and are super helpful when you need something they know where it is exactly. I absolutely love this place ❤️

The lady Abby whose supposed to be in charge is absolutely rude, and childish. You can tell she needs to be in control. I was having an asthma attack that turned into a panic attack she followed me thru the store because I lifted my mask above my face to catch my breath. She was behind me the entire time berading, humiliating, threatening an beingibeing I told her I was having an asthma attack she did not care. Because of her yelling and screaming I had a panic attack. I will never come here again.

Usually the employee are helpful, but not today. I tried asking for help finding something, the employee i came across was too busy talking with a friend to be bothered, the friend actually stopped talking and told the employee to help me. Before I was even done with my question, her answer was no, we dont have any more.
