Always great style plenty of staff to help.If you’re going on a hunt for that certain something this shop should be on your list.I do have to say, I feel the friendly staff are a bit too pushy. When I’m on the hunt I need space to curate what my design will incorporate. If someone keeps coming by asking me what I’m looking for, this is not helpful. Prices are good for the quality they carry. If you’re looking for cheap they have great sales worth the look. Parking lot with handicap parking.

Thank you to Erin for your personal service yesterday. I came in to pick up a glass table top you had held for me. You then helped me as I was picking out new pillows and a throw to spruce up my old couch. The time and friendliness you showed me was very much appreciated in a time when so many store personnel are losing their personal touch with customers. Thank you also for figuring out how to fit my new table top into my almost too small little SUV. People like you help to make shopping fun!

Pier 1 is a bit nostalgic for me. I always came here with my mom when I was younger. Its my moms favorite home decor shop. I always love what they have in there but sometimes the prices are just a bit too high. I would definitely recommend shopping here to other people looking for some nice home decor! Also, the seasonal stuff is always fun.

Its a cool store lots of goodies here to look at. There are lots of breakable stuff here so not a great place to bring kids if they have grabby hands. I love this store but the prices are to high on a good portions of things here but I still like this store.

No electric ADA door. Too many products impeding my ability to maneuver my wheelchair. Outside there is a ramp into the sidewalk outside the store. Beautiful good. Disability IS diversity.

There is a lot of merchandise at Pier one, and the staff is super friendly. There is so much you can look at I would wait to go when items are on sale or on clearance. If they do not have something in store, ask if you can get it online. And make sure they give you the sale price.

Good but just low inventory of everything, I was looking for a small decorative 3 drawer dresser and they had I think one.

Dont sign up forRewards... the sales associate told me it wasnt a credit card but it is. She said it was a Rewards Card. I received it in the mail today and magically enough, it was called a credit card with 29% interest AND, it needs to be activated... sounds like a credit card to me! BUYER BEWARE of Pier 1, its a scam!

Pier One in general is very hit and miss. Sometimes the prices are great but often you can find similar items at another store for half the cost. Very pushy about signing up for their credit card but then were not helpful when we declined.

I never write reviews but this has me feeling very very upset. I went in to buy new dining room chairs spent a lot of money and when they arrived they came in a box that was sooo messed up and the legs sticking out and scratched. I returned it but then more chairs came the same way. I ended up closing my account with them and returning everything because they arrived damaged. Then they try to sell me some other ones with a discount but it came up to the same price. It almost felt like they were laughing and discriminating against me because my English is broken and I’m Hispanic. It was total bs.

I bought an item that was on sale for 40% off in a different Pier 1. I then came to this store to purchase more of it and not only did they not offer the same discount they also asked to see the receipt from the previous store and called them and Loss Prevention to make sure their price was right. That was very disrespectful. I will never come back to this Pier 1 again.
