We had the best experience here. Trey was amazing and took care of us from the start. He wasn’t pushy at all and very understanding in what we wanted. He made everything happen and seem so easy. Always available to talk to any time with any questions or concerns. We didn’t expect this process to be simple but he made it that way. So thankful we had him to help us through this process!

Our home was destroyed in Hurricaine zeta and we went through this company to buy a new one and I will suggest NOT using them. We bought a 5 bedroom double wide and it is still sitting on my property for going on TWO MONTHS waiting for them to complete their trim out. The roof is also now leaking and we havent even moved in yet! My kids have been displaced and every week they push back the date of the trim out. Ive never been one to write a review of a company. But this company and theway they DONT HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUES is awful and the next step is the BBB

In March they told my son and daughter in law to be they would have their home done in 6 weeks. Now they are giving them a dateof August 28th. A week before their wedding. DONT USE THEM!!! They have put them through the ringer.

We have sold our home in FL and want to buy our new home here in MS. Money in hand, no financing. As former mobile home owners we know exactly what we want. Sent in a detailed inquiry with all upgrade requests itemized. Sales person promised to send a quote. After not receiving it, we called in 3 more times, each time we were promised the quote. Never received it. Looks like well take our money elsewhere...

The salesman, Matt Bryant, has been great. He has been on top of my needs and questions. A very thorough detailed person with no pressure to sale a home.

Went and talked to Rebecca Nelson about getting a house from them. Put application in and after 4 days I never heard back from her. I even left 2 text messages. I would reccomend going the extra 500 feet to Clayton Homes. They are wonderful and went above and beyond and never left me hanging. Ive added photos for proof!

I was under contract on a home, they turned around and sold the home to someone else, They tried to make it right, they offered to fix another home, gave me a price, went under contract on that home, was told that they couldn’t fix the trailer for the price they told me, so basically they wasted my time for over a month for me not to be able to get a home. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to these people.

My sister and brother-in-law, both having disabilities, purchased a manufactured home 3 months ago from Gulfport Home Center. They have not been able to move in due to many issues: damage under neath the home, missing insulation, electrical issues, damaged flooring, missing outdoor trim, missing window screen, metal roof with screw holes filled with silicone caulking, leaking vent boots, metal roof with no screws, water leaks in the sheetrock ceiling, and multiple areas of mold. They send contractors out to repair a few things here and there, but never gives them the time, resources or materials to finish the job correctly. I am very disappointed in their initiative to do the right thing for this couple. It is shameful to treat customers in this way.

They have a good selection of mobile homes to choose from. I am shopping for a double wide and found several there that I liked. I wont be ready to purchase for a year and when I am I will definitely be going back there to shop again. I didnt look at single wides but they seemed to have a good selection of these also. I would definitely recommend this place if I were shopping for mobile homes.

Rebecca was amazing! We truly enjoyed our time looking at different trailers. They have a great selection yo choose some. She made sure we stayed hydrated in the heat, answered all of our questions, and will definitely get our business!

Dealt with Darren for everything, now it seems he doesnt work there anymore and the rest of the staff cant be bothered.This has to be one of the worst businesses Ive dealt with in a very long time. It has been the worst experience ever. We had a special ordered home. We paid cash money. They tried to pass off another trailer. Once it was delivered and set up we realized it wasnt the one we ordered. They promised it was be made right. It has been 1 1/2 years and still not done. Now they say cant do as promised! Im a heart transplant woman that they have taken advantage of. There word means nothing.

As a contractor I am very very upset with the service they provided for my family they took advantage of my daughter and sold her a $90000 trailer and 5 months later they still havent fixed the electricity or the plumbing its sad that theyre still in business
