Excellent services and very professional good place to have a tattoo 👍

When to visit this tattoo shop a few weeks back. Alicia assisted me from the moment I arrived. Extremely professional and I felt comfortable getting my tattoo done by her. She’s talented and will be back for more ink from her! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will recommend to friends.

I went to this piercing/ tattoo parlor about 1 1/2 ago. I went in to get a lobe piercing. That piercing never healed and always had irritation bumps. I always took care of the piercing. Would clean it regularly with Neil’s piercing after care, was always careful to not hit it or touch it with dirty hands etc. I decided to take it out to let it close up and after a day the hole was no longer there. Would not recommend this place.

Great staff front desk people are extremely helpful, kind and informative. All together an awesome atmosphere with positive energy and wonderful people. Will return and recommend to a friend.

I just got my piercings done on my cartilage and both of my upper ear lobe. The person who did it for me was Carlos and I recommend he does it for you too. He was nice and made me feel comfortable he also gave me option on whats best for my ear. He really helped me and was overall a good, professional, and hardworking person. I’ll definitely be going here for my next piercings.

I just got a second ear piercing, my aunt got a nose septum piercing and my mother got a nipple piercing. It will feel like and extreme pinch but then right after it doesn’t hurt at all. The guy has a very good and steady hand when it came to the piercings. 100000000/10 recommend:

Ive gotten 4/6 of my piercings here, Carlos is the best there is. I had an apprentice do 2 of my piercings though (conch and second lobe) and he was also great but unfortunately couldnt speak English and seemed incredibly nervous, piercings were great though. The only thing I want to say is that a man sitting in the front of the shop wasnt even wearing a mask with a great number of customers in the waiting area. It made me super uncomfortable and its been over a year now. Wear a mask.

Made an appointment a month ago and on the day of(two hours before my appointment) they canceled my appointment and asked me to move it to next week after I called out of work to get the tattoo. Now im out of money I couldve made and a tattoo. Unprofessional scheduling and management. unprofessional tattoo artists.

Went with a group of girls for piercings and had a pleasant experience. All piercings were handled with the utmost care, cleanliness, and professionalism.

My son got an amazing tattoo here just about a month ago. He tried several other places but they werent able to catch the art that my son wanted on his arm. Brown Soul Tattoo did a great job not just drawing the piece he wanted but exchanging the piece of art from paper to his arm...the detailing was beautiful.

Got a tattoo recently Alicia made me feel very uncomfortable, my tattoo was rushed I felt like it looked sloppy but I was being nice about it She practically begged me to tip her which was unprofessional

I got my piercing done, and the girl that did it had no patients, she also had a lot of attitude and did not explain to me how it works or how I have to take care of it.

Ive been to the Bergenline shop several times in the past and always paid for full sessions. Sadly, TWO sessions that I paid for came out horribly, by two different artists; with tip thats $1100 worth of ink that I had paid that I have to have redone.Antonio ruined my sleeve. He tried to change the original outline of the cross, you can see where he changed the bottom of it.Also, he spent such a long time on my inner arm, a place I couldnt see as he worked on it. It was painful and he spent so much time there, I thought he was putting in a lot of details for the clouds that I asked for to blend in with the rest of my sleeve. After my arm finally healed and I could see what had been done, there were no clouds done, just a bunch of very dark circles that look like splotches where he colored over and over until he used up enough time to charge me for a full session. And to top things off, he colored into the lines of some of my other tattoos ruining them and the ink for most of his work is so much darker than the rest of my arm so that now only the mistakes are what stand out.

I had to get my nose re-pierced and wasnt close to the place I got it done originally. So I searched for the closest place to where I and found these guys. Carlos was so helpful and informative. The piercing hurt a bit but it was quick. I definitely recommend this place for piercings.

It’s alright. Although the place was clean, the piercer was extremely nice and had patience making sure I was content with the position of my piercing. I am not a fan of the method used. When you go to a professional facility to do any type of piercing, you would expect a needle to be used.Instead the piercer told me that the only way to get a midway piercing was with a small disposable gun device which has the same effect as a regular gun. (It causes a lot of stress on your body as the puncture is done with the earring by force. A person is more likely to have their piercing get infected and get scarring).I asked for any other type of jewelry that I can use to which he replied that I couldn’t pick because they only had the disposable gun device. I requested for a needle to be used instead and he said those piercing are not done with a needle. I have gotten my cartilage and second lobe piercing with needles with no complications. So I am in a bit of disbelief and unsatisfied with the methods this facility has.

Went there had my tattoe down 2 weeks ago with David great guy amazing art work i showed in what i wanted and he maded an amazing piece am going back to get other tattoes soon

This place was very clean and the people were very nice. i got my snake eyes and it didn’t hurt not one bit. i recommend coming here the piercer was very precise.

Their piercer is one of the best! He is super patient but very skilled where you can barely feel it. He really cares about his clients

My friends and I went to get an ear piercing here and the man who took care of us was so good and patient!!!

Came here about a year ago and got a cartilage piercing. While he did a great job, he didnt speak a word of English =/ I feel like I couldve taken better care of my new piercing if I couldve asked him some questions about it before leaving.This is close to where I live, but unfortunately, I wont be coming back here for piercings.

The staff were all pretty nice going guys, the wait is long that is true but after your in and get your tat it is great. Very professional and patient people. I felt like I was welcomed and in home .

I had a cover up yesterday. Miguel did an excellent job I’m very happy with my overall experience at this place. Everyone was very friendly, the place is clean, and the atmosphere is very laid back. I research many places before coming here and I’m glad I did, the price was reasonable too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, my husband is already planning to go here for his next tattoo!

I absolutely love this place, I bring all my friends passionate for tattoos and art to this facility . I have gotten several pieces done at Brown Soul from each of their talented + very professional artist, Rose, Mariano, Miguel, Misael, Eduardo and Abel just to name a few and their professionalism is outstanding. They were all very attentive to what I wanted and passionate about bringing it to life. The place over all is spotless and very welcoming, they don’t shy down and always give a 1000% and more to each and every canvas they work on. This place is great Ive gotten a few tattoo & piercing here. Tattoos with different people and theyre all great but for my piercings I only feel comfortable with conejo because he knows Im scared of needles so refuse to look at after its out of the new package but still feel at ease getting the piercing done with him.

Friendly staff, professional as well as down to earth. I was tatted by an artist invited from Cali, Lewis Amaya, but I saw some of the other work done by a couple of them and looked good. Clean stations, and good food nearby if youre in a full session and need a break. 2hr max parking meters got me for a ticket so dont forget that.

Amazing place to get tattoos, Ill only get my tattoos here from now on. The staff is very knowledgeable in their work and extremely welcoming. Without a doubt bringing my friends in to get their tattoos here.

Abel did a great job on my first tattoo. He was professional and it was an easy experience overall.Since my first review, I have gone back to do three more tattoos and I love all of them. Abel is highly recommended.

Tattoo came out horrible, felt like I was practiced on. After it healed it looked extremely faded for only having it for 2 weeks. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and re-shaded in. I recommend asking to see there previous tattoo work before getting tattooed by any artist there.

Good Talent but irresponsable with the timing and appointment dates. I got 2 sesions done, they guy showed up late both times, i was trying to get the 3rd session done for a month.. and couldnt make it happen.. gotta get my tattoo finish somewhere else

I asked for a certain design and the artist completely messed it up.. wouldnt come back
