Our son recently passed, and my wife, daughter and I decided to get tattoos of a Blue Jay, in his memory and which has deep meaning for us. Earnest was very respectful and his artist did a fantastic job. We couldnt be happier with the outcome, as we each used the same design, but in different sizes, and varying detail. Mine was meticulously done, and I would highly recommend these guys. Our daughter also added a couple of ear piercings and Earnest did it quickly, painlessly, and was very reasonably priced.

Just got my nose piercing (stud) not too long ago w my girls they got a smiley. And it was over all a good experience they made sure everything was sanitized. And they used a needle instead of the nail gun (more professional) I forgot the guys name but he was pretty cool. The price was a little more than expected but not over the top which is fine cause I just got paid lol. The piercing healed right with the recommendations that he gave us so 5/5 stars for this place. And my mom rated it that too since she got her cover up here and they did pretty good and succeeded are expectations. 😊

I called Hudson Tattoo around 2pm to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick medusa piercing. I wasn’t even considering on going in till the receptionist said I was able to come in the same day, so I made an appointment for 7 . I love how underground the shop looks and feels. I felt comfortable and safe with the piercer . Pain level for a medusa piercing is around 4/10. Very quick happened in less than a second. The Piercer was very kind and made sure the piercing sat perfectly on my face. I can’t wait to come back to get the rest of my piercing done

Ernest helped me out in a tricky situation when I had to get an MRI and needed my cartilage piercing removed. Not only did he remove it, he was able to replace it with a silicone piercing so the hole wouldnt close!!! Ive had the piercing for 3 years from a different shop/piercer and he noticed it still was not healing properly. He invited me to come back the following day so he could replace the jewlery so that the piercing could finally heal! I am so, so happy with my experience and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a piercing done.

Ernie has been doing all of my piercing since I was 18 years old on my actual birthday. I am now 28 so a decade of piercings.. and just pierced my second nostril, the first also done by him. The first time i got my septum pierced at another place was a nightmare, so when i was ready to give it a try again I was fairly nervouse, Ernest was understabdable and very patient, the procedure lasted seconds, 10 times less painless than the last time, and it looks amazing!! I went and got a navel, I am 17 so he made sure my mom was present the whole time, he was very gentle and nice. Over all the pain was a 4 or 5, after he told me everything on how to clean it, where to buy the stuff and the healing process. I strongly recommend this piercing place.

Got an ear piercing at hudson tattoos about 2 weeks ago and the entire experience was awesome! They made me feel really comfortable with how sanitary and quick they did it! My piercing feels completely healed and it’s probably been the easiest to take care of haven’t had any problems with it!! The staff is super nice and funny, great environment!

The guy was so knowledgeable about dermal piercings, my boyfriend and I came here to get our dermal piercing and his ear pierced. There’s no parking so you’re going to have to find your own parking and you need to make an appointment.

I walked in just expecting a consultation and to see when they’d be able to do it; a few hours later the piece was done. Ernie was very friendly right off the bat and working with Mike was great; he really took his time drafting up the sketch to include the aspects I was aiming for and yet still added the extra creativity to really make it unique. Great guys over there and an awesome experience.

Called on a Saturday to drop in as my nose piercing of 4.5 years closed up due to a bad cold in which I had to take it out.I spoke with the piercer within 2 min of entering. Waited for another customer in front of me, maybe a 10-15min wait.Signed paperwork. Started process, was shown the sterile needle in package, tools, and was even shown different colors that might interest me. That was a bonus! Everything was sterile and wrapped. Had gloves on, and I was done within 3-5 min.Was a little crowded which is expected on a Saturday. Grateful I was able to get in.The shop itself looks maintained and has artwork on the walls. As an artist, this was awesome to see and helped pass the time as I waited.My re-piercing hurt LESS than when I originally got it done. And, is healing wonderfully.

Last week I walked into Hudson Tattoo with my boyfriend. He had an appointment for a new tattoo with Angie while I wanted to get some new piercings on my right ear. Ernie gave me three new piercings, which I love and have healed quite nicely. He has a laid back demeanor, which I like, and its obvious hes a skilled piercer. The whole process was sanitary and took less than 20 minutes. Afterwards, Ernie gave me care instructions and told me to come in for a check-up if I wanted. Overall, Im very happy with my experience and would definitely go back.

I had Stalin who arrived almost right on time and after a very short wait (less than 5) we talked about the concept. At first he seemed a bit rough on the edges but once we started talking about music it was all good. I gave him a concept and I told him to add some more detail which he did, I didnt want to look at it till it was done but once I did I was very glad! Cant wait to go back and get another!

If youre thinking of getting pierced, dont hesitate to go to Ernie. Very chill guy and an total professional. You can rest easy knowing that he knows exactly what hes doing after years of experience. Most recently got my septum pierced and he immediately identified a slight tilt in my septum and adjusted the angle of the needle accordingly. Came out perfectly!

My nose ring fell out early this morning and I spent all day trying to put it back in, to the point that it was stuck in my nose but I couldn’t find the inside hole to put it in, it was a miserable day. My normal piercer was closed and needed something done quick since I heard horror stories about needing to re-pierce noses since the piercings close so quickly. I called up this place and Ernie helped me out. I AM AMAZED how quickly and efficiently he put my nose ring back in without knowing anything about my past experience or what happened. I got my 1st tattoo here 8 years ago . I went back earlier this yeah and let me just say I will continue on going ! Jason is one of a kind .
