Best experience in this store. Every staff member was eager to help but Meital was the one that went above & beyond for me. She answered all of my questions & didn’t take up too much of my time either. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Very friendly & welcoming atmosphere. It was a very clean store, as well. Great service. 10/10 recommend.

Very friendly staff. Store very clean and organized. Went in for a bill payment and came out with a phone. Ana made me feel comfortable of the purchase and helped me transfer all my information to my new phone really fast.

I think anyone who is looking for a Metro in the Bergen County area should come to this store. The first thing I really noticed when I came in was a young girl cleaning the store and making sure everything was organized. I asked her a bunch of questions about the plans and services and she was very polite and patient, ultimately that convinced me to switch over from Boost. Thank you Ana for all your help!
