Baskin Robbins 16 flavors??? Not a full lineup of ice cream probably because its half BR and half Dunkin Donuts. Either way staff was friendly and attentive.

I am flabbergasted and I am exhausted. I would give this store a 0 star if I could. I want chocolate chip ice cream, and they are always out of it.. The other day I went to this location at 9pm and they told me that they had no ice cream and it says the store closes at 10pm. If it is not c.c ice cream then theyre out of reeses ice cream if theyre out of reeses ice cream then they are out of snickers. And if not there is no ice cream. BASKIN GET IT TOGETHER..

Ice cream is great but went there and it took 20+ minutes to give me the ice cream, charged me more than said. Took way too long sorry but will find somewhere else to go.

I was the only person in line for about 10 mins before someone helped me. The staff is nice but not at all attentive. One employee took her mask off, wiped off her face with her hands and just kept talking without a mask. Im going to need to find a new coffee place.

We went there at 7:40 pm on a Sunday when we Google it was supposed to close at 10 pm, when we open the door one lady yelled at us the lobby its close!! Sooo rude. Scaring my daughter...She could be nicer specially when they are not supposed to be close!! Worst place ever ...

One if the mist spacious Dunkin donut places. Never too crowded. Great service. Fantastic iced coffee with cream...

The review I posted on the dunking donuts website for this location happened on: 1/30/21. They never fixed or reimbursed me. Not even an apology.

Nice staff, well mannered and very polite. But what ice cream shop doesnt have vanilla ice cream. And didnt have bananas for a banana split.

I honestly suggest you get your coffee or ice cream needs met literally anywhere else. The employees there have the worst attitude. i tried going multiple time because i love dunkin but Im going to start driving further away. they roll their eyes, and almost every time they get something wrong with your order and make you feel like you were the one to mess up. Do not go

No ice cream for you is what they just told me and my wife. She told us, Im the only one here in the store and Im not making any ice cream.... But there was no-one in the store at midnight!?! 😕😡😂 Just horrible. Open24hours but no ice cream for us. Great customer service 👍😉

My experience at this baskin robins was one of the finest I have ever had in all of my years as an Ive cream lover. All of the employees, especially Lesline, was kind, patient, and understanding. Truly a valuable asset to the Baskin Robbins corporation. I cannot thank the employees enough for servicing me on my late night ice cream run. I hope they take their kindness and interpersonal skills to great places. Would give more than five stars if I could. (P.S. Oreo Caramel was the flavor of the month but is so good it should be flavor of the year.)

Never happy going there, must be management problem or corporate.

Waited about 30 minutes to be served. I wanted a warm brownie sundae and she said they didnt have brownies. Then I asked for a snickers layered sundae and said they didnt have it. Stated what you see here is what we have. Mind you I cant see in the back what they have. Its always something they dont have or bother to make. Ridiculous.

They have good employees and bad employees. Recomend you dont go after 1pm, the good one will weekday mornings.

I wasnt able to give ZERO stars for this review, so, here we go; I dont know if this establishment is a Corporate location or if its a franchise and privately owner and operated, but this is an absolute s*** hole of a Dunkin. There is no urgency what so ever, no Hi, Welcome to... nothing, the bum at the counter acted like he could care less about what youd like to order or that your even there. The employees making the orders seem clueless as the whats going on. I was asked 3 times what I ordered... 3 like really, isnt there screen that TELLS you what i ordered.. So much disconnect. I will NEVER be coming back here. If this is a franchise location corporate needs to reconsider letting this location use their name for business.

Yesterday i was driving by and I saw baskin_ robbins so I decided to turn around for it.Went to drive-thru and the person who ask me what i want she was rude. She treat me like if i did something wrong. Didnt like the experience. I dont think want come back there again.

Workers are poorly trained or just lazy. They do have a better selection of flavors but are often too lazy to make what you ask for. I go for the brownie sundae,but was told they didnt have them, then I asked for a banana split and the worker said that they were rotten He then caught an attitude when I asked to see them. He complained about going all the way to the back just to show me the banana! He ended up making it and it was not rotten btw, he was just too lazy to make it. He didnt even put it in a boat he cut it up and put it in a cup with no whip cream, nuts, or cherries. I will not be back.

This place is the best it has almost all the flavors I love this place anybody who hasnt been there GO like now👌🏻The bad thing is the line🙄 but its worth the wait😉

I order the same thing at baskin robins. For some reason this location will almost double the price. $3 more to add extra ice cream to a cappuccino blast and then the person next to me gets the same blast without the extra charge made at the same time in the same blender.No other baskin Robbin has charged but I felt I had to pay it because they had already made it.
