Everyone was really nice and they did have a wide selection, but never have I had such an awful croissant. Granted it’s not a French bakery or anything, but just take it off the menu!! First off the almond croissants I got (2) are at least a day or more old(shouldn’t be sold for full price), the outside was stale and hard to chew like leather, the inside was under baked and dense, and for sure they use margarine instead of butter. Presentation looked nice and I assumed they were fresh. Really more of a quick Latin bakery for empanadas. Which I will be back to try! Just please tell management that they should either improve the croissant or just call them sweet breads.

Went there for breakfast. It was delicious! Mostly Venezuelan foods but also Argentinian and Chilean. Besides baked goods they also have a selection of Venezuelan groceries and foods like cheese and other delicacies. Good service, nonstop customers coming in and out. Counter service. Self seating inside and outside. Very authentic, totally recommend it.

Amazing. Fist of all, the staff is so friendly. I had been meaning to stop by this bakery and finally had the chance while shopping for Christmas dinner this year.I got to try their Cheese, and their Chicken Empanada and let me tell you! this chicken empanada is exactly what I remember as a child in Venezuela. Ive been looking for this specific something and finally found it, so thanks for the throw back guys! The hallacas were $10, traditional Venezuelan Hallacas, and they were HUGE. The flavor was great, the ratios were on point. I also bought the pernil (pork) and it was very tasty. Def. Recommend for your Venezuelan Holiday cravings!

This is a Venezuelan restaurant made with lots of love and passion, the service is great and the food is delicious. 3 important things to consider, parking can be hard to find on premises, its a little crampy inside and I find it a little pricey for the level of comfort it offers. Other than that the food is great and resembles the Venezuelan food culture very nicely. Enjoy

Moises Bakery in Hallandale Beach is a tiny, but wonderful bakery. The customer area is probably no more than 300-square-feet. The majority of their space is for kitchen use. I was greeted shortly after entering the bakery by their friendly staff. I ordered a loaf of French bread which was $2.50 (I think). It was super fresh and Im looking forward to trying other items they offer.

I went to the restaurant this morning with my family, we were in the line waiting for the cashier named Leo, and she left us standing to the side, while she was taking care of the people with empanadas, she had a rude attitude towards me and my dad. I asked her to take the dough out and they didn’t do it. And she asked me to pick my order up in 10 minutes because she couldn’t take it to the table, 10 minutes passed by and me and my family see her taking orders to the table except for us. Very rude, I asked my arepa with white cheese, didn’t had it, and usually had avocado and it didn’t brought it, very disappointed

Absolutely Underwhelming! I ordered a medium size cake for a small birthday party and was shocked at how disappointing it was. The Tres Leches cake is supposed to be a delightful combination of three different forms of milk like condensed and or evaporated but this this cake was a major letdown. The cake was half liquid half solid and was drizzled with pounds of sugar so much so you could taste each grain of it. Usually this place delivers on small pastries and customer service but on cakes, your best bet is going with a place more reputable. Normally I dont write reviews but this cake was expensive and left me greatly dissatisfied.

I literally live 5 minutes away. I walked into the Hallandale Beach location on Mother’s Day at 1:00 pm. They had no Venezuelan Empanadas, no Argentina Empanadas. Basically no Empanadas. I asked the girl how long before they brought out more and she said 2 hours. I drove all the way to Miami Beach to fill my craving. Of course Miami Beach, has everything. Whoever runs the Miami Beach location does an amazing job. I have never stepped foot in Miami Beach, and they have an empty case. However, this is not the first time in Hallandale. You would think when your running low on empanadas, management would have common sense to make more. Not wait till the whole case is empty and say in 2 hours. The service really sucks, another customer heard my comment and agreed. Its ashame that Miami Beach has it together and Hallandale in a more upscale location doesnt.

This is a really good place to find Venezuelan and Latin food, I really like their tastes but the the reason of this 3 stars is because when the pastry gets old, they keep them and small them, I order a coffee and a pastry to go, and I asked if it was fresh they response that they were good and a I took it to my car, when I started eating it in my car without living the place, It was hard and so dry (old) even the marrasquino cherry was dehydrated, I came back in less that 5 minutes for a refund and they try to sell me another one who had less days in the fridge, no way. By the way, the cortadito was super sweet and milky. So they dont know how to make coffee neither.
