They charged me $10 something for a pint of vanilla ($4 more than at a store) and didn’t even fill it to the top…

I ordered a 2 scoop ice cream 1 scoop of rocky road 1 scoop of pralines and cream. The pralines and cream was bad. I threw it away. After my wife got her shake I paid for the ice cream, I politely told the counter person the icream was bad and he should not serve to anyone else and said that is his favorite flavor smiled and waved at me. Amazing what kind of employee you get today.

Had a great time visiting haagen dazs gulfstream park. was greeted and served very quickly even at a busy time. ice cream was delicious. I enjoyed the irish cream brownie shake, it was delicious. will be back soon.thanks again haagen dazs

The customer service is horrible. They ran my card twice and it declined and let the young lady know that was not the case. She said its a new machine and there is nothing wrong with it. I ended up paying cash. My friend paid with her card and it was declined twice. She used another card and the machine only charged her card for half of the order. She then went to pay the remaining balance and was told she would have to use another card pay the rest. We finally paid and at no time did the employees apologize for the working machine. The lady thatbwas assisting us just walked away and did not say thank you. They customer service help and a new credit card machine

If you are in FL and love ice cream, you must stop here!! Always a fun and delicious time!! There was a bit of a line this week as they were celebrating 100 years of serving sweets, but it moved pretty quickly. Love their ice cream!!

Got through pretty quickly. No complaints with customer service. However, there wasnt a designated place for a line, which did cause some confusion amongst the customers. They just called whos next?. Clean. Typical Häagen-Dazs flavors. Love the peppermint bark!!

Horrible service, stuff is rude

Terribly rude unprofessional lying staff! We came for Christmas & stopped for a treat. Having never been to a storefront, we asked about items on the menu. I specifically asked about ingredients in one item, & was told by a rude young lady, you pick the ingredients you want. So we ordered it. I listed the ingredients we wanted & she said no! You dont pick ingredients, you get whats in it. I told her nonsense shed literally just told me to pick ingredients. She then makes a huge fuss and raises her voice claiming she never said that, that shed told me the ingredients in the item. No she definitely did not tell us a single ingredient, instead telling us to pick our own! This lying employee had MAJOR attitude! She was condescending, rude, caused a scene when we were very calm, and lied! The only reason I didnt walk out was due to my party really wanting ice cream in the hot weather. THEN I asked for water to take my pills. She tells me I have to buy a bottled water shes not allowed to give away free water. What?? Another employee did the right thing & stepped in and gave me a tiny cup of water, and this rude lady saw and nastily said Dont give them any ice or a refill! Wth??? Fire this crazy woman asap! She had a foreign name I tried to remember but cant now. Dark hair, younger, and seriously nasty!! Will never return!

I came by with my boyfriend and two amazing young ladies took great care of me . From the time I walked in they greeted me with beautiful smiles. And we’re extremely to me . And very helpful. I think the names were Jacqueline and sollisa . They were awesome I really appreciated it .

It used to have great service, but the last experience was negative due to a poor service, it was terrible and very expensive. We are not going there any time soon until management do something about it.

Oh. My. Goodness. World grab onto your hats. Haagen Daz has vegan, oh Im sorry, non dairy ice cream and its heavenly. I already forgot the flavors name but it was chocolate with chocolate fudge pieces inside and it was insane. I couldnt even tell it was non dairy. And let me tell you - I have had my share of non-dairy ice cream and most of it has not been good. These guys did it right. So yummy, creamy, and no weird after taste like some have. It was perfect. Besides that, they also had some sorbets? Did not taste them because was too distracted by the chocolate heaven I was shoving in my mouth, but my siblings said the sorbets were equally wonderful. Typical haagen Daz local, made even nicer by being located in the Gulfstream. Has indoor seating and outdoor seating near a nice Pavillion. Great place to walk around eating some ice cream on a date.

An employee named Yaneli was extremely rude mind you its mothers day and Im with my pregnant wife. When asking for the manager she said she was the manager. Terrible service if you see her just get someone else, unless you want to leave upset with no ice cream.

Worst service! The lady was not happy at all she looked pissed off each time I ask her for the next ice cream. Never smile, not even hello, spend $27 on 4 ice creams and this lady lacked costumer service. What a waste of my money.
