I like this place people who work there were really friendly. I went to see if they had a portable ice machine which they did not. But I think they are over priced on a lot of their stuff. You can go to Walmart get the same stuff a lot cheaper.

Told the cashier I had a coupon but I didnt have it with me. She suggested going to my account. So I did. Still no coupon. She said if you find it you can bring it back in with your receipt to get it adjusted. I said really.?! She would not give it to me... So I was NOT a happy customer when I left. So guess what I found when I got home... My coupon. Grrrrr!

I placed a order with Bed Bath & Beyond for same day delivery. Yesterday. Still have not received my order. The order was placed around 11 am Saturday. I received a email stating that part of my order was cancelled because they were out of stock of the items. No phone, call no email, nothing from the store. I called the store and asked about my order. Gentlemen I assume was the Manager. Oh yeah I have it sitting here, you have to call xyz company, I cant remember the name he said it was, and find out why they did not come in today and pick up the order. Then I asked why didnt anyone from the store to call them. I dont know. When did it become the responsibility of the customer to call the company that the retailer uses. More on that coming. So I am on the phone with him for 15 minutes while he continues to make excuses for everything under the sun. Just forget about I will just come and pick it up. Oh were closed now. My registers are all closed down. This for a order I have already paid for in full via the website. So instead of asking how long will it take you to get here, which is like 5 min down the road, I can meet you out front with your order. More excuses ensued on why I can not get the order I paid for to be delivered on the same day. Then again he says I need to call the delivery company. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!! I paid for a service promoted by your company that guaranteed same day delivery if ordered by 1pm. I wasnt making demands or anything of that nature, I just wanted the products that I paid for and the the service that was guaranteed. This is the last time I every use you company for anything

Great location, helpful staff, and clean facility. The staff helped me location a few items I had trouble finding.I especially like this location because they carry the Happy Wax melts; I’ve been to several of the Bed Bath & Beyond locations attempting to find these. They smell great and last especially long.

Love the store but cashier who was very friendly said her nose was running got a tissue wiped her nose an assured me she wasnt sick. Never used hand sanitzer an rang my items up!! Covid is real!! Why would you not clean your hands after blowing your nose. Had to lysol my items!! Older lady she should Know Better! Only reason i gave 2 stars.

Not my choice of stores. No one offered to help.. items looking for where on line only..of course I almost always shop on line.no shipping and I use coupon on my app.. got a pretty good deal on, 6 piece Wilton duralast bake wear set instead of 34.00 got it for 27.00 oh well back to online shopping...the sales person told me to go to home depo near by and they didnt have it... saving time wasted going back on line..safer and dont consume my time.

It was 6 minutes before closing time and the nice man wheeling items inside I simply asked if he could tell me what aisle I could find the product I was looking for so I could get in and out by closing. He said, Ill do better than that, Ill take you right to the product. I was so impressed. He was so very nice and didnt seem to be in a hurry or rush at all. Asked if I needed help finding anything else. I said, nope and took two items, instead of one, to the register, checked out and left by five after. I recommend shopping at this Bed, Bath and Beyond!! 😁

I love this store. I had never redone my own entire bathroom before and one of the workers spent at least an hour picking out Every piece to complete my bathroom.. Which was everything (the shower curtain, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, rugs, the decorative towels and hand towels, Soap dish, toothbrush holder, and waste basket) she was very patient with my picky self and it looked amazing.. This is my 1st experience shopping at the store. So I bought the beyond plus membership (Which I highly recommend) And have went back many times since then.

A great selection of anything for the home and more. I love just walking through and looking. Good prices even better when you use a coupon that is almost always available.

Little pricey, but I get a lot of great ideas because they have a great selection. Then I buy what I find on Amazon or Wal-Mart. LOL

I have so much fun shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond, you never know what youre going to find, they are always getting unique merchandise in stock. I had two gift cards, the way the cards work is you have to know the exact balance, so the cashier can put that amount in. I had no idea how much was left on the cards. Ben took the time to personally call and obtain the balance for me!! He went over and beyond what I would expect from customer service!! The store was very crowed, every cashier available was working, Ben made me feel as though I was the only one in the store, I never felt rushed or that I was creating a problem. Outstanding customer service Ben, thank you!!

Went in and got what I needed and was out. Lots on sale. Things not on sale seem overpriced to compensate for sales though. I had 20% off so I got a torch for cheap and left. Torch is high quality.

Before I put my experience this time, I would like to let BBB know that I have been their customer for over 13 years and I have never been treated like this before. I went to Bridge Water Fall Location on 06/13/2019 in the evening to exchange the wall mirror we had bought couple of weeks ago. Upon entering in the location, one of the rep saw me and asked me how she can help, and I explained her my situation and she stated that please pick out the mirror of the choice and head to the register to be exchanged. While I was waiting in the line at the register, Manager Ben walked by and asked how can he help. I explained him that we bought this mirror couple of weeks ago and we would like to exchange it with another one. He asked me about my receipt and I mentioned to him that I do not have the receipt, however; I do have the credit card which I used to make this purchase. He nodded and then gave a look and walked straight to the office to check the Camera. While I was at the register, I provided my credit card to the lady at the register and she swiped it and confirmed that the purchase was there, while I am standing there, Manage Ben calls the lady the register and states that I feel like he is steeling, she stated that Ben I see it on his credit card. Not to mention that I was able to hear all this standing there. Other customers including the lady at the register felt embarrassed with me about this whole situation. I demanded to talk to him and when he came to talk to me, he stated that he was only protecting his merchandise and he had no intention. I explained him that he should have atleast waited for me to prove my purchase before making it a big deal. It was total discrimination and I was highly disappointed.

Dinner was good....but my daughter got the half-and-half half ribs, half shrimp -- Her ribs had pretty much NO meat on them. (I had a full rack....plenty of meat on them!)...Wondering if the half slab is like that normally....🙁

Ok so me and my family was in here a while ago an it was late and well by time we made 8t to the front of store to check out the ladies was like its BEEN CLOSED for like 30 mins and they were super rude about it. So I just walked out. They need better employees.... just saying

Its an OK place to shop for household and a few outdoor furniture items... However, it sure would be nice if they carried more items in the flyer that occasionally comes to my house. I know they can order it for me and have it sent to my house or to who Im gifting it to, but most times I want to use the item in the ad that day or the next day if shopping in the evening. Why order if I cant use it right away? Im still going to need whatever it is... So Im just going to check at a different store. Theyll also can check other possible nearby BB&Bs, but if none of them have it, Im going to a completely different place.

Had the exact lighted makeup mirror i wanted. Otherwise a bit overwhelming.

In-store inventory is too low

Absolutely horrible service at the front desk. Nobody could find the product we we wanted, not even the manger. Eventually the manager found it in the back when I told her to check there but she was insistent it wasnt back there.

Overall, I would recommend this store! My experience with this store has been pretty good. My issue with any Bed, Bath, and Beyond is the fact they are extremely cluttered and hard to get around in. Yet, occasionally I would go when looking for home products.

I tried to buy a clearance photo frame for my wifes birthday along w a few other items with my two children. Cashier was Tess and this was at Rookwood location. She started rambling how this had no barcode and I needed to go back to get another one. I then pointed to price tag on front which had no bar code but was clearly marked w BBB and price. She went on to say that was not a bar code and did I know what a bar code was? I immediately left my merchandise at counter and walked out. She was very rude to elderly customer in front of me also but she was only cashier working. I am very disappointed in this customer service. I hope not all BBB are this bad. I also saw another worker try to put away a customers cart full of items as they walked away from their cart. Worker stated they thought it was a return cart. This coupled looked shocked and amazed. I will never shop at this BBB again and explained to children that is not the way customers should be treated.
