I called C-Shore about my mother in laws dryer. They came in, looked at it and got it running. They called me and said it was probably to expensive to fix and to replace it. I then asked how much we owe them, he said nothing. What a great company . I plan to use them for all our repairs.Amy and Jeff Waterhouse
Have used Marty at C-Shor Appliance Repair since moving to Portsmouth in 2006! Makes every effort to fix an appliance vs having to purchase a new one! Never over charges despite fixing a complicated issue!
Mike the owner is a very honest, knowledgeable and fair priced repairman. Weve had him service our appliances for many years now and hes always done a great job and been a pleasure to work with.
My experience with C Shore appliance is the polar opposite of the one review posted. I came home from a business trip to find washer not draining or spinning and a load of laundry in it. I called around on a Sat. morning only to find closed shops or appointments several days away. I called the company ( Fisher Paykel ) and they gave me a couple places to call that work on their brand, C Shore being one. These guys showed up in 30min already knowing what a code 37 was ( the error code displayed on washer). They sucked the water out with a shop vac and got right to work underneath. They corrected the problem in 25 min. I though this was going to be EXPENSIVE for the quick service on a Sat. It cost less than what SEARS would charge just to come out and look at your appliance. These guys didnt have fancy uniforms or a fancy rig. They came in with a tool bag and the knowledge needed to take care of the problem. Their number is stored in my phone to be the first to call when another appliance problem arises
They are quick to respond, fix the problem or let you know that the repair is not worth fixing due to cost and you should replace the appliance. Have used their services for 30 years and have been very satisfied.
