Just amazing is all I can say. They have crazy good customer service. Ask to speak to Dakota if you want great advice and the painters they have here are phenomenal.

Vehicle was in for a collision repair that was expected to take about 9 days to complete. I was called on the 3rd day and told that the technician determined that a repair could be made instead of replacing the entire lift gate. The price was less that half the original estimate, and the quality of work is outstanding. Paint match is perfect and the repair looks as good as new.

We had our BMW repaired with Caliber. They did have to take to BMW for some of the mechanical components, but the work done with Caliber was superb. Dakoda was informative throughout the process, great communication skills, and customer service that is most pleasant. I would recommend this Caliber center to friends and family.

I may change this to 5 stars once I see my car. If everything holds true to form I will be adding that additional star. Dakota has been outstanding - honest and helped me to understand things - his integrity thus far has won a customer for life.

Absolutely the worst workmen’s ship and repairs. I will be taking the car to the dealership (pay out of pocket) to get an estimate of what is truly wrong with the car, and what wasn’t repaired correctly, so I can come back with evidence of the problems. Again absolutely the worst company, and I’ll never use Caliber Collision again!! Never!!

I brought my vehicle in for a repair due to a hit & run. My car was covered mostly by insurance but I did have a deductible. When I bought my car, the dealer had to replace my passenger side mirror due to electrical issues, and he bought the wrong color (it was a few shades too dark). I figured since I had my car in for repairs right now, I might as well get the mirror painted to match the car. When I picked it up today, Jamal let me know that they painted my mirror free of charge, and we only had to pay the insurance deductible. I was pretty upset that someone had hit my car in the middle of the night, and didn’t own up to it and pay for it. I was upset that I had to pay for the damages myself. This made the whole ordeal so much better! A little kindness from the company, went a very long way today! My car looks GREAT ~ you can’t tell there was ever ANY damage! The employees were super nice, they kept in touch with me, and answered all of my questions. It was a very smooth transition with enterprise rentals also- they work very well together. So very pleased with this experience, and I will definitely be a customer for life!!

Excellent customer service but it took a long time for the repairs. They did great work and the car looks really good.

Brandon and Jamal were professional and extremely helpful. They made it a priority to complete my car as soon as possible because I was paying out of pocket for a rental. The body work was very well done. They had to replace some panels and matched my paint perfectly. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them.

Incomplete repairs when shop called for pick-up. Bumper trim still havent be replace. No call or emails stating when they will replace the damage trim.Update 6/16/21 Upon arrival they apologized greatly and replaced the bumper trim immediately at no cost. Their quality of work was excellent, it was just a miscommunication issue. Karla and her manager s professionalism was awesome! I look forward doing any future business.

I had our SUV repaired here due to someone on a riding mower backing into the trunk/hatch. Everything was fine with arranging an appointment and dropping the vehicle off up until it was time to pick it up. We received a call stating the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon initial inspection, the vehicle had a bunch of specs on the panel away from where the main repair was done. After bringing it up, we were told that the entire area was cleared over after painting/blending and that they mustve forgot to buff the area. They took it back into the shop to buff it and brought it back. There were still imperfections that you could see and feel with your hand. They took it back in again to buff it. This shouldve been done ahead of time, and if it was brought up as an issue it shouldnt have taken multiple times to fix it. It seemed fine and I went inside to sign the remaining paperwork. I got my key and opened my driver door and there was a gash in the leather of the driver seat like someone slid back with a tool or something on their pants. I went back inside to let them know and a few of the workers came out. One of the employees blatantly stated they dont remember that being there when it was cleaned and I informed them that I had not even got in the vehicle yet! They agreed that it mustve happened by one of their employees during repairs and would call me first thing in the morning after contacting their upholstery/vinyl repairer. Well I didnt get a call first thing in the morning or the following morning after that either. I called them and was told oh sorry I thought you would call us and tell us when itd be convenient to get it fixed. Ill contact the repairer and call you back. I received a call back and now a few days later the repair was done on my seat and Im content with the results, though I wish I didnt have to deal with the unnecessary issues. Its been hours since the repair was scheduled to be completed by and as expected I havent received any follow up making sure their mistake was fixed correctly etc. Ive been to a couple different caliber collisions over the years and this is definitely the worst experience so far. I understand stuff happens but it appears that the general concern was about their reviews and not my experience. I even got a text from them asking to NOT complete their automatically generated survey because things did not go well.

My first time coming here and the experience was beyond A++++++++! Loved the communication before and during the process. When I got my car back it looked amazing, the paint definitely matched and was cleaned from the inside out! Superb job definitely would recommend to anyone!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. Run far away! When they returned my car after repairing damage. It was given back to me with half the job done, paint peeling off and poor quality of what had been done. I also noticed my rim & tire that was my spare was missing. I was told it would be returned to me when I brought it back to be fixed. That they forgot to put it back in the car. The manager said he would fix the paint and body work but not on the weekends because hes off work. The manager then proceeding to ask me several times to please not leave a review. I agreed and tried to give them the opportunity to correct the problem.When they finally got my car in the second time, when it was ready for pick up, I was told the paint wasnt quite finished drying to not wash it by hand for at least two weeks. I still was missing my spare rim and tire. I asked repeatedly to have my property returned and never received a response. The paint job was of extreme poor quality. It looked like someone had sprayed the paint on with a spray can.Currently, my lawyer is handling this situation and he has yet to receive a response either. I would not trust this company or their work under any circumstance.

This is the second time Ive used Caliber Collision on King Street for two separate vehicles. The office staff is professional and friendly. Appointments are honored punctually. I don’t have any comparison but this collision shop has got to be the best! Not only did they do great repairs on my vehicle but they also cleaned my interior for me. They call and/or text with updates, their waiting area has free coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn, and they got my repairs done over a week early! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My chrysler was involved in an accident. I had experience with Harmons in the past. Painted a BMW of a close friend of mine. The car was gorgeous. I figured I would let them work on my car. Everything about my experience with them this work order has been excellent. I have been informed every step of the way. I had Caliber Collision repair a large dent on the passenger side of my truck in early March 2018. Caliber Collision did outstanding work on my vehicle- like the large dent never happened. I found the front office staff to be very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. The repair/paint technicians were also friendly and very talented. Caliber Collision charged me the exact amount of their estimate, completed the work in the 5 working days they said repairs would take and returned my vehicle when promised. I brought my car to this shop a week ago and I was tolf that it was going to take 48 to possible 72 hrs for the estimate to come back. Then once completed I was told that THEYRE still waiting for my insurance to give them a call to find out if they are to fix my car or not. I called days later and this rep. Jessica was the one who answered the phone. She told me then that Im the one supposed to call my insurance and ask them what the decision was. Something that could have been done a long time ago. Its going on 2 weeks that I havent had my car and now Im hearing this..its so frustrating.They did not give me the proper info I needed and now I have to pay more money for my rental car. On top of that, when I told Jessica about how they could have told me all these up front, she had the audacity to raise her voice at me over the phone and give me an attitude. (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & The car will NOT get fixed in a timely manner.) Id recommend you to go somewhere else. If i had a choice and if I only knew I would have never brought my car here)

Got into an accident with Bill, my Pathfinder, and Harmons handled me with extreme care and respect. They finished the work by the scheduled time. They were in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on. The staff was phenomenal. The receptionist is warm and inviting and Justin, my point of contact and individual handling the work was great and professional. Stellar service all the way around!!!!

This isnt a legitimate auto body repair shop. Dont be fooled by the fact that they are in 27 states or whatever sales pitch they throw at you. I talked with the front desk lady about fixing my car there and they said that they would do it. So i had my car towed there only to find out that they dont repair totaled cars. For one, the car wasnt totaled due to severe damage but for the age of the vehicle. I have a 2007 Honda civic. All that was wrong with it was a trunk lid and the bumper. Complete incompetence on their part.I would recommend One Stop Auto for all of your repair needs. They are located in Newport News. They fixed my car for a fraction of what Caliber was trying to fix it for.Its incredibly stupid to refuse service like this. I was wanting to give them money for a service and they refused. This isnt a legitimate business practice. Dont go here.

They did an amazing job repairing my car and kept me updated on my car. They were extremely considerate and made sure that I wasnt left out of the loop in regards to my car. My car was returned very clean and extremely well repaired. They were even kind enough to investigate an unrelated issue alongside of the repair. Accidents are inevitable, but they made the process painless and got my car returned to me ahead of scedhule! Harmon’s did a great job repainting my 98 Dakota. I’ve received many compliments of their work. This took away the new truck fever I was having, and plan on driving my old Dakota for some time. Kudos to Mark and his staff for a great job.

Lady at front desk is rude and a horrible face for the company. However a gentleman stepped up (Justin) to help us and seemed highly knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I would say they seem like a good company but I cant get over the rudeness of the front desk staff. Dont ask like paying customers inconvenience you.

Harmons has done a fantastic job on my families cars over the years. They have great customer service. They go the extra miles and their quality of service is great!

I figured since my insurance company referred me to this place they would be good. I will not make that mistake again. This place takes on too many vehicles than they can handle and they rush to get the work done. My paint job was horrible with paint running down. They didnt even get all of the hail dents out. Some body panels were loose like they didnt really care putting it back together. When I received my car back it was also filled with black dirty fingerprints all over the interior and roof of the car. Im not sure they know what attention to detail is but I will never use this place again or refer anyone I know here. Maybe youll be luckier than me but thats a chance you have to take.

These guys repainted my wifes hood and fixed a couple dents. Price was fair and the quality of work was perfect.

Vehicle was sent there by insurance company. When I got my car back my airbag light was on and we contacted them to notify them and they said I have to get a diagnostic test to show if it came from the accident or from the repair shop. I am very unhappy with this company. They say they guarantee their work but yet want me to pay for a mistake that clearly came from them. I would never recommend them to anyone their work and ethics are questionable. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. Now I have to ride around with my airbag light on not knowing that if I get in an accident it will deploy or not. I think a lawyer needs to be consulted.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Harmons Body Shop for over 15 years. Ive owned several cars in that time and have had them worked on them by only Harmons Body Shop. I cant say enough about the excellent customer service and amazing body and paint work that this shop has provided for me. Ive never had any issues with them, theyre always in constant communication with their customers and always have your vehicle taken care of sooner than expected. Absolutely Amazing!!!!!

Made an appointment through my car insurance, fast and kind help, but for a couple of small scratches on my bumper they wanted to charge $600. 90% of the price was labor, 80% of the labor was physically removing the bumper. I opted out of this one.

Took my honda in for a 4 inch scratch that didnt even dent the door just the paint. We were given a pay out of pocket fisvount of $890, yup $890. Claimed they had to take off everything on that side of the car. 1 hour after they got my car, they called saying, more money, my clips were broke and the dealership would need to reprogram the side mirror camera. Now that simple scratch is around $1500. I picked up my car and took it to the dealership who said the clips were a fresh break. So we had to pay something THEY broke and lied about. Run! they are insurance rip offs and have so many cars on their lot, it looks like a beat up auto repair shop that never fixes anything. I cant see how they give anyone good service or give their car back as promised with such a cluttered lot and a nasty receptionist. UNBELIEVABLE
