I scheduled a test drive but they sold the car before I arrived. I spoke with Chris Meadows and he was able to check on a date when the next (very specific spec) Civic was coming in. The day before he sent a text confirming that I was still interested. I arrived to the car pulled up to the showroom and Chris ready to give me the rundown on it. I test drove it while he did an appraisal on my car for trade in. He was very professional and worked with me on pricing and warranty. It was by far the best experience buying a car Ive ever had.

In a recent service visit for my just-purchased Passport, I dropped it off several days early, leaving the keys in the hands of the person whod sold it to me a week prior, who knew I was dropping it off early. Several days later I received a call from the service department (on the day it should have been delivered to a 3rd party for some modifications) asking me where it was. Since the dealership did not deliver the car in time for the scheduled modification, it pushed the service date back by about 2 weeks because the shop was booked. Don in service was really taken aback to learn the car had been there the whole time and was extremely and sincerely apologetic. Communication problem I guess.... HOWEVER, the folks at Priority Honda are professional and accommodating. Things happen, people are busy. I get it. On the whole, I recommend them. The buying experience was quick and easy, with no pressure. Clean, well-run dealership and very nice folks. Would buy from them again.

Not at all the typical dealership sales and trade-in experience. From the beginning of my test drive visit, Sheldon took care of everything. He knew a ton about the vehicle, to the point where he could tell me exactly which buttons to press from his spot in the backseat. He was considerate, did not harass me with phone calls, and had done his homework on my trade-in vehicle within 24 hours of my first visit. I received a fair deal for my trade, and there was no HARD SELL with the business manager either. Except for one 20-minute wait right before final paperwork, I knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. Even that wait was understandable when I saw how in demand Sheldons services were. Great dealership experience from start to finish. If you want a knowledgeable, courteous, smart salesperson, ask for Sheldon!

I went to another dealership prior to visiting this one and well, they wanted an arm and a leg to get my service done. I was quoted an over inflated price. I was not happy about it. I decided to shop around a little more and wanted to stay away from dealerships in particular. Nevertheless, I decided to try here and I am glad I did. Making the appointment was a cinch. Taking the vehicle to get fixed was expeditiously. They took care of my transportation via shuttle service and kept me informed throughout. I did not get calls about trying to fix additional issues on my car - I know there are a few - which I appreciate, since I had a maintenance and budget in mind to work with. I got a complimentary wash and a inspection done - which unfortunately I did not get the inspection report, but thats small potatoes compared to everything else - I was overall pleasantly pleased. I would definitely take my vehicle here again, the experience was that gratifying to me. Thank you James Comey, you were awesome.

Priority as a company has good customer service their employees are always courteous and prompt but they are beyond backed up every single time I come in for a scheduled oil change. Again I say a scheduled oil change, Ive waited 2 to 3 hours for every single oil change I prepaid for when I bought my truck in 2019. I dont recommend trusting the supposed free oil changes that are actually added into the price of the vehicle.

Originally was not going to buy my car that day but they convinced me to do it without being pushy. I purchased my very first Honda last week. I bought the Honda Odyssey. It drives very smooth - like floating on a cloud. I love ALL of the bells and whistles /amenities that came with my vehicle. Scott Gregorie took me step-by-step on the purchase of my new vehicle. He explained everything about the vehicle in detail and answered all of my questions. Horrible service. No communication. I dropped my 2010 Accord off Tuesday night (8/3/21). Battery kept dying even though only 28 months old of a 5 year battery. Testing show a bad alternator, which Priority installed 27 month ago. This is Friday night and we have yet to ever get a call with a status update - each time we have had to call them to find out anything. They initially claimed that since the alternator is a year old it is time to replace it. I have the paperwork from their install which says 36,000 miles/3 year warranty. Had to sent it to them to get them to accept responsibility. Now they are saying that it will take another 8-10 days to get the part. No offer of a loaner or anything.UPDATE: Spoke to service manager and operations manager ( general manager never returned our call). Car is not driveable and the part in question is under warranty. Initially they offered a loaner for $40/day cost to us even though they said the part could take 2 months to arrive. (They claim that is what the car cost them.) Finally offered a free loaner to us for Friday (8/13) to Monday (8/16) no cost. Finally, the part came in Monday and our car was fixed and returned (8/16).

Priority Honda has been our family dealership for many years. It was time to start looking for a vehicle for my daughter and there was only one dealership I knew would find the right car. I previously bought a car with the help of Anthony Malta. Hands down a very professional employee at Honda. I called him up and told him what I was looking for and at what payment price. Our experience with Bo was amazing! He helped us purchase an amazing vehicle that our family can grow into and we are so grateful to have done business with him. Our vehicle search started as a solo venture when I saw my vehicle on another lot where I first test drove it. To their misfortune, my intention of buying the vehicle wasn’t taken seriously. I wanted time to consider and discuss with my husband, but I knew I wanted that SUV. To keep my options open, however, I went to Priority Honda where I met Bo. I informed him that I was just looking and couldn’t make any decisions until my husband was able to be a part of the process. Bo completely respected my boundaries. I test drove another vehicle, but it was primarily to make sure I really wanted that other SUV. In the end, Bo treated my husband and I like royalty. When we were both present, he had my SUV on the lot ready for a second test drive because he wanted me to be sure. He was excited to meet us and was genuinely excited about the features in our vehicle! He gave us a tour of the dealership and all the amenities we could partake in once we became part of the family. Bought a 2008 Honda Accord with low mileage(Cash) and extended warranty in August 2020 and besides the oil change and inspection I have been in close to 10+ times. Now I have pay another 142 to fix something not covered under warranty. I guess I was wrong to trust the Priority name. This is so not right. I am so furious right now.

I just got my first car and came to priority Honda here in Hampton to get my state inspection done. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful, sweet man. His name is Don Matilda and he is the service manager. I mentioned to him that this was my first time and I was pretty much clueless. Don lwent over everything with me, explained everything to me, answered my questions throughly, and gave me suggestions without making me feel dumb or like an annoyance. My experience was absolutely amazing!! I’ll start with the fact that I absolutely dread making large purchases. I usually go into them having done research and obsessing, so that I don’t feel overwhelmed by a salesperson offering me a million options because I haven’t decided what I want.The staff at Priority Honda Hampton was extremely courteous, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with. Each visit has been a great experience. This time I had the pleasure of working with your amazing Service Advisor, Donna Meeks. I had a long day at work and to top it off I ran over a nail on my way home causing a complete flat tire. I understand your service department was probably closing soon however, from the moment I called it was such a relief and I was able to drop off my car last minute. Donna was knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My insurance company is not the easiest to navigate but she handled the situation with ease and took care of everything for me. Donna’s hospitality and customer service is rare to find (especially at closing time). I highly appreciate the experience I had. Afterward, I was also able to obtain a rental after they were supposed to close due to the other employee that waited on me to get there to get me squared away. Unfortunately, her name slipped from me and I wasn’t able to locate it on my rental contract but I hope you can figure out who this individual was as she went above and beyond for me as well. Thank you for your time and I hope this review makes it where it’s supposed to, both of these ladies deserve it.

Went in with my fiance to look at and purchase a 2021 Civic. Our salesperson, Eric, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. The only problem we had was the dealership adding almost $3k to the MSRP due to covid (they said). We were able to work the price back down by showing them the pricing they had on their website (we had a bit of push-back at first), and after that was smooth sailing; I think we were only there for about two hours. My new car is everything I wanted, she is beauty and grace and I am very happy.

Brought my car in for oil change and state inspection. After waiting for an hour and 30 minutes, they brought my car out. Noticed that someone had taken my mom’s handicap placard because it was not in the cup holder. I went back and told Bethany, a service advisor. They all looked inside my car and the service manager,Don, looked at the surveillance footage. Upon viewing the footage with Don, we noticed that they knocked over a service cart with my car and oiled spilled all over the floor.Also noticed that there were a lot of blind spots that the cameras couldn’t capture. My mom’s handicap placard was probably taken off camera before my car even entered the service garage.Extremely upset and angry that someone would steal my mom’s handicap placard. She has Parkinson’s and can’t drive. A very heartless and callous thing to do.I will not be coming back. They have totally lost my trust in them.

Took my car to the shop.. One person told me one thing about a billed charge management told me another. Tried to charge me for things I didnt want telling me I needed it and proceeded to tell me that theyll wave the fee this time but next time I better expect to pay up... then tried to tell me the mechanic wouldnt get paid because of me... nice try with the guilt trip. To think I was actually even interested in buying a car from here. Dont worry to much Ive already been spreading the word about the situation. I even took my car somewhere else and they actually figured out what was going on and only charged me for what actually needed to be fixed. The shop I took it to really got a kick out of managements professional notes about the visit and laughed at you guys too. WONT BE BACK. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Car is driving worse than when I brought it in. I tried them twice and each time my vehicle drives worse than before. You call up there and they could care less. I can’t get any help. My vehicle isn’t safe to drive since I brought it here for service. I wouldn’t trust them to service your car, unless you want your car to be operating worse than when you brought it in.

Wes was the finance manager and he lied badly and said he could only give us 6% and when we went to priority Honda Chesapeake they gave us 4.29%! He sat there and basically just wanted all the ppw to be done with because he didnt feel like doing all of the work. How can someone say the lowest they could give you is 6%! I am from a different country but I am not stupid!

I’ve gone to multiple dealers on the Peninsula, but none have matched Priority Honda’s service. I’ve also asked a couple of the newer employees about their experience and on two separate occasions both indicated that Priority treated their customers much better than the other dealerships where they had worked.

This was my first time buying a car and it was extremely overwhelming! Sam Diggs was my Sales person and he was wonderful! he was very helpful through the process and was honest and genuine. highly reccomend working with him! one thing to be prepared for is that it is still a car dealership and you might be approached by other people who are a little less easy-going as Sam, but i think thats just part of the industry.Good luck with buying a car!

My wife and I went to this dealership to purchase a 2021 Honda from the very start we noticed additional 2400 added to the MSRP when asked we were told “ it’s because of the computer chip shortages” my wife was very eager to see the red Honda but the salesman didn’t have the keys because the Managers wife was driving it as a demo, so they had to find the keys, during our negotiations I told them we were already approved and asked for cost to be lowered to MSRP but was denied, I explained to them that other dealers were only charging MSRP but they were determined to sell us the car above value and not to mention that Red Honda the Managers wife was driving had 2400 miles on it, they told me that rule of thumb is as long as it’s below 5000 miles they could sell it as new. O yeah and I didn’t get any type of Veteran incentives either but they did thank me for my service.

While the check-in service was great, the actual service to my vehicle was troubling. I brought my vehicle there for a diagnostic and advise. It was driving when I dropped it off. I got the diagnostic and (unclear) advise to replace a part I’d just replaced months ago, paid for the diagnostic anyhow, got an oil change, and left with more lights on than what I came with. Now I am dealing with a vehicle that will not even start. Disappointed, annoyed and even more confused than I was a day ago with regards to what is wrong with my Honda.

This dealership was excellent when I purchased two cars three years ago. I went in December of 2020 to cancel the extended warranty on a leased vehicle I traded. 3 months later, I have received no refund, Honda Finance has not received the refund, and no one will return my messages.
