Had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit at the 1000 E Lake St location. DJ is great to work with, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I chose the right unit for my needs and patiently explained every step of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility if I was asked for a recommendation.

Great place! Lori has amazing customer service experience. She did everything to help me park my vehicles and finding a spot where I can get in an out. Very secure place. Happy to have found this place!

Great storage facility, great manager (DJ). I started the process online (needed a parking spot for a vehicle), and the Public Storage website gave me a spot that was big enough but it was a bit difficult to maneuver into it. I talked to DJ, and he walked the facility with me to look at other spots. He set me up with a similar spot but easy to back in. He took care of the transfer of my contract to the new spot and had me on my way.

The experience of renting at 1000 E Lake St, Hanove Park, IL has been fantastic. DJ, the property manager is wonderful with exceptional customer service. Happily answered any questions i brought up with him. I required two large units. Units and the overall facility is super clean! thank you DJ:)

The store manager was so very helpful and walked me thru the entire process and was able to help me get my unit. Location is great. Very thankful for their nice demeanor!

1000 East Lake St. public storage, one of the cleanest well-maintained facilities I’ve ever seen, DJ the manager is very friendly and very helpful, if anyone is looking to store furniture cars boats trailers this is the location, strongly recommend.

Customer service here is absolutely awesome I love this public storage this should be the only one in the area that I would go to. There are five other locations in this area and I would strongly suggest coming to 1000 East Lake Street public storage.

Needed some space due to downsizing my apartment and this place was close by. Talked to Ashley and she was helpful with recommending an appropriate sized unit based on how much stuff I had. Facility is much cleaner than other storage places Ive used in the past.

I had been looking for a place to park my company’s 14’ dump trailer. Carrie went above and beyond to help find a spot that I could easily pull in and out of daily. She was extremely helpful, and super professional, patient, and friendly even after trying 4 different spots! Thank you also to Nicole who checked me in, setup my account and took the time to show me my spot on a cold, snowy day. I highly recommend THIS Public Storage. Customer service is top notch!

After much discussion with my husband, I spoke with Ashley regarding a unit I may need in the near future. She was very nice and understanding about my situation and was able to help me more than those unhelpful people at the Customer Service Center. I highly recommend talking with Ashley if you need a storage unit.

Staff was super friendly and helpful...... facility is extremely clean, couldn’t wait a few days to rent the space, so I did everything after I had left the facility online as far as reserving a spot online as they only had one last spot available for my purposes. Very pleased!

So we called in order to book a reservation in order to store our Slingshot. Kari was so helpful in helping us find the right option for our needs! Upon getting here, she had absolutely no problem showing us different sizes of units & figuring out which was best suited for us. Anytime I had any questions, big or small, she had all the answers & never made us feel bad for asking so many questions. I 100% would recommend this unit & dealing with Kari. She always has a smile on her face and a helpful hand anytime we come to check up on our unit!!!!

Stopped in a few days ago and spoke with a nice young man, Nathan. He helped me with information on some units and always had a smile. That was nice. My boyfriend and I rented one. And I will definitely refer my friends to him.

After discussing with management the misunderstanding I had with Public storage I have now updated my review of their business. They called me and worked out an issue I had and Im now a happy customer.

I stopped in today to checkout a storage unit as I am moving into a new home. I didn’t rent today, because we aren’t ready just yet. Kari was so helpful and answered all of our questions perfectly. When we are ready to rent we will be back!

Kari noticed my unit was not locked properly and she was very good at explaining things. I have a hard time walking and standing and she opens the door for me and gets a chair out for me. Such a good girl.

It honestly takes a lot for me to write a review, I am typically way too busy to even bother with it, but my experience here was absolutely amazing. DJ and Caitlin were extremely friendly and made my experience painless. When I got there they had my spot ready and they helped me fill out all of my paperwork and answered any questions I had. They were extremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with a few public storage facilities in the past and this was BY FAR my best experience. I would recommend this location and Caitlin and DJ to any one of my friends or family because they were truly salt of the earth people that were a great help in making my storing process extremely simple with no headaches. Bottom line is I would recommend them and this location to a friend or loved one and I will be storing here in the future for any other storage needs I may have. Thank you DJ and Caitlin!

Just started renting here last month, the manager Kari has really worked with me to make sure I have a good experience renting here. This facility is very clean and I definitely would recommend it.

This was my first time using a storage facility, and Public Storage was my first choice. I am very pleased with my service and all my thanks goes to a nice man named Alex, who helped me out with the whole process. It is in a good location, and the prices were great. Were in the process of moving stuff and this is a good place to store it until the summer when we can sort through everything and determine what we want to keep or sell.All in all, great service and good prices. Its good to see that in a business!

This public storage on lake st is always clean and respectful. The two guys in the store always help me out Nathan and DJ. Always offers me a seat when they see me walking with my cane. And calls me to left me know that my payments go through.

DJ thanks for making our first time with Public Storage a wonderful experience! Checking in on the first day was fast and easy and you answered all of our questions and concerns. As I suggested when we were there, I think this facility should have a golf cart to transport customers when showing storage rooms. Its very convenient and saves a lot of time, versus having to walk around the facility. We came around 11am and DJ was the only one there... what if another customer came and had to wait? It would be a faster process with a golf cart.

Rented at Public Storage today with Kari and she was super helpful. Appreciate the help today.
