When I showed up to look in person, Aaron continued to answer my questions and was very attentive. Buying process was very smooth and painless, and they worked with me on the price. Called about a grizzly 90 and Aron Glover answered and did everything needed to close the deal over the phone. Then when I went to pick it up he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Fast and smooth deal.

Poor customer service is an understatement. Damion cannot adequately follow up and became offended when I shut down a tired looking Yamaha that he tried to sell me after I had already asked for a Can Am X3. I will give Power Sports of America my business.

This was our FIRST experience with this business. It definitely wont be our LAST. Our salesman was AARON GLOVER. Terrible customer service. Went in today to look at and purchase a new side by side. Walked around the showroom for over half an hour looking at the selection. Picked one out we wanted to make a deal on today. Salesman showed no interest in speaking with me. One said hello and went on with his day. No one else even looked our way.

Hey guys and gals this place is a great place reasonable prices treated me well. Aaron Glover is the best salesman I have ever encountered. Treated with the upmost respect. I had asked for a soda machine to purchase a Soda they didnt have one and Aaron offers us all a free bottle water thoght that was cool. I will Definitely be back. And I tell ya, if customers get treated the way I was, they must have a significant number of happy regular customers.I was treated with the upmost respect. Bought a 140 kawasaki klx dirt bike Aaron was totally awesome did an amazing job got us preapproval before we got there and was ready to go will definitely go back

They had my 4 wheeler for a month and a half. Closed early knowing I was coming to finally pick up my 4 wheeler. They put smaller tires on than I had. So now my atv is sitting odd. I will never use this place again.

I wouldn’t even give them one star, our raptor was sitting there since the beginning of march, upon reaching close to our 18 day wait I approached Dakota in the service department and was told they would likely get to it by Friday as there where some rather easy jobs ahead of our specifically there where 5 jobs and ours. Today we called at opening. And called again at noon, frustrated we went up there and retrieved our raptor and there WAS NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT WORKERS TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE!Owner came to talk to me and noted he owned SI MOTORSPORTS and OUTLAW. We will not be going to either shops, one management is not ontop of there service department and two you will get lied to by service department over and over and 3 this seems to be a common issue with outlaw and they can’t rectify there employee problems.

Theyve always been able to find any part I needed for my dinosaur and oddball bikes, Ive always got good service from Outlaw, never an attitude, even when you ask a dumb question

Parts department going through an complete change of staff. I order parts there they gave me the run around for three weeks saying they were on back order then after that they told me they were never ordered. I will no longer order parts there faster to order online myself.

Been trying to buy a side x side and yet no phone call. Not surprised! Tried 4yrs ago to buy one and went else where after not hearing back from them. This place is a joke and will not be buying anything from these clowns. Miss the old owners! At least then they had more than one person running the sales department, parts department and service department. Sounds like they need to hire some help.

We were treated so rudely. My husband and I were ready to buy a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe and we were never asked what our names were nor were we told who anyone was we talked with. The sales girl made us get our own accessory list by telling us to go over there and tell him what you want. We were never offered a seat. We had to stand the while time. The sales girl made us feel like were inconveniencing her. I dont think she smiled once. We are taking our money elsewhere.
