I was having some major issues with my cellular plan connection & had to visit the store a few times in order to get it completely resolved. The store manager, Briana, is absolutely amazing & went above & beyond to get my issues resolved as quickly as possible & I couldnt be more grateful for her diligence. I highly recommend visiting this store for any of your phone needs. They truly go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied! Thanks again, Briana! You were great!

Sales associates are always nice and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait but its not long at all.

The customer service is great here. It is an At&t store in a mall that is not very busy nothing special.

Came in with my brother to get him and my mother a new phone. I come in i had waited a few minutes until someone came up to me. I dont know his name but it was a Saturday afternoon about 11:15 between 11:45. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to tell me they cant accept trade ins. Which one weird because mostly all att store accept trade-ins. I completely wasted my time coming in that morning

I had the best service ever from Cory Cantanese. He was thorough and took his timeexplaining the old and new bill. He made sure I was taken care of in every detail of the upgrade.Very nice and personable too. I’ve recommended him to my friend and family.

Went to upgrade my phone and we were in the store almost 3 hours waiting for the data to transfer and it kept reconnecting and decided not to have everything transferred because of them time it took. Associate was courteous, but not so sure he knew what he was doing and didn’t resolve the issue in a timely manner. Next time I will insist on having Jose. Took care of us in past and he’s great.

They didnt have the fone my husband was lookin for. The store was clean nd empty.

Went to this store on 12/4. Asked the clerk for assistance, he refused saying they dont help customers transfer data from one Att phone to another. He suggested I go to Best Bye. Terrible customer assistance and I wiil not be renewing my contract with AT&T.

I highly recommend visiting this AT&T store for your phone needs. Jose is very knowledgeable about the products. He took his time and thoroughly explained the products. He is also very personable. He will definitely be my AT&T go to person.

The EastMall store has terrible customer service.

I purchased many things at the AT&T store. We are regular customers. Customer service is great, pleasant and they have good deals on accessories and phones.

Awesome experience, after Verizon said they couldnt match the price or service. Now they want me back, lol

I got here and the manager assigned me to a rep who was already assisting other customers. Literally there were two other reps free, then customers came in 15 minutes after me and got serviced while I continued to wait.

Very helpful customer service. Provided a sim card and connection pretty quick.

So i went in to inquire about a new phone and plan. I expected to get an old galaxy or something. I walked out with a beautiful Galaxy S9+ that im currently in love with. My main man Matt helped me out!
