Very poor customer service with pharmacy staff. The pharmacist was amazing but staff was rude
Script was called in early morning and went to pick up at the end of the day .Treated rudly and said well have to wait .No MORE CVS
Dorothy, I believe she is a pharmacy technician, went above and beyond with her customer service tonight. She helped me figure out some insurance issues I was having for my sons prescriptions. I was in and out with my prescriptions in 10 minutes! Very friendly, very quick, and will very much be where I go for my pharmaceutical needs from hereon out.
Horrifyingly rude manager. Old and short lady was extremely rude to the point I left her with what, I was going to buy.
A few months ago, I came in looking for something to help force feed/water a sick cat. The staff went out of their way to help me and eventually gave me a free package of syringes (without needles) from the pharmacy. Amazing staff!
Refused to fill my mothers pain medication. Shes stage 4. Not an addict and she doesnt deserve to be treated that way.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has us handcuffed to this company for our benefit. Every time I need to refill it is a complete nightmare and takes at least a week. ! except for a few staff members I would call this a completely incompetent pharmacy. The pharmacist will not call other pharmacies or the doctor for you. They ask you to do that. I have spent many tears and nearly had a stroke at the pharmacy looking at my medicine that had already been filled and they said it had not. I could go on and on of the horrible experiences here but just please go anywhere but here !! WALGREENS OR WAL-MART and I hope Blue Cross and Blue Shield will read this and help us by giving us benefits at other pharmacies !!!!
