Bought a used zero turn from Heartland Tractor today. I had to get on here and tell everybody about this place! Found them on Facebook and had a deal within 30 minutes! Customer service? Top notch! Place was clean, every one (from the top down) treated me like I had just bought the nicest Kubota, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. If you’re in the Harrisonville area and need a tractor, lawn mower, or farm implement, get to Heartland Tractor!

Best experience I’ve had with a car or equipment dealer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service department was the definition of customer service! My tractor needed serviced and even though I hadn’t bought it from them, they treated me like I was the most important customer they had. I decided to have them take my mower there to be serviced as well and they serviced it and found that my noise I had been hearing was a bearing that was not good anymore. The service manager called me and was honest and upfront the whole time and gave me an estimate for everything they did. I have to say they exceeded my expectations with both transactions! I will be back! If you have a tractor or mower, this is the place you need to take it to be serviced!

Kubota 0% financing is awful! mailed payment a month ahead and they charge late fees. Dont Buy Kubota!!!!!!!

Somewhat far out of town, but good, helpful staff. Not the cheapest, but the best quality products.
