Namely, my husband said he wanted firm, but Chad figured out that it was really additional feedback from a coil that we needed. We got the Fusion supreme, and it was Fedexed within a day. Fantastic customer service! My wife and I were just testing out mattresses on our honeymoon and we just fell in love with one of the MLILY mattresses. If I could give 10 stars I would. We bought 2 mattresses because the prices were so great! A king for our bed and a queen for the guest room. Our salesman was Bill. My wife & I recently visited Mattresses Inc. and we had a wonderful experience. We were shopping for mattresses for the new family cabin that was built to replace our cabin that was lost in the 2016 wildfires. Chad was great as he showed us the various options. We were on a tight schedule to get the mattresses delivered in a small window between getting our Certificate of Occupancy and our guests arriving for Thanksgiving and Mattresses Inc. delivered! Our first guests gave us a 5 star rating and a big part of that rating was the quality of the mattresses! I would highly recommend Chad & Mattresses Inc.!

After visiting several stores and laying on what felt like thousands of mattresses, I went to Mattresses, Inc. in Sevierville. I described what I was looking for and answered a few questions, and Chad directed me to two mattresses. I fell in love with the second one. I got a queen MLily mattress with a cooling top layer. Ive had it for a few weeks now, and I regret nothing. I also have to add that the delivery process was amazing. No vague window of when it might arrive. I was told it would be delivered Friday at 1. On Friday at 12:30 I got a phone call saying they were on their way. They were in and out quickly, and made sure everything was set up how I wanted it to be before leaving. Definitely recommend this place!
