I drive 25 miles just to maintain my relationship with this location. I refuse to go anywhere else. Sales Manager Fahim Ali is my person of contact and he does a great job making sure my experience is continuously satisfactory. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. No more then a half hour wait everytime. Highly recommend!

Scammers. I went for a tire repair and they told me I needed a brand new tire so I ended up paying $175 for a tire. 2 months later I found out they only put a patch in my original tire. SCAMMERS don’t go there! Drive around the area and you’ll find cheaper places that indeed fix your patch for $20!!!

Came in to do a Wheel Alignment, spoke to Tiburcio, they were busy but he found a way to squeeze me in. Great customer service all around, kind and knowledgeable. Offered me the best deal 3yr alignment and got it done. Great overall experience got it done in 45 mins. I would recommend the team and the place to get your tires or wheel alignment done. Only left car for inspection, dropped car on 10:00am, called at 2:31, then the inspection no passed, need to change tire and brake, total 700 dollars, when I said I will fix myself later, be told to charge 37 dollars for the labor, waited for almost 5hrs, that’s really fair price and good service,

Fahim, Thank you for the Friendly, No pressure and Awesome Service on a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate tires. Shortly after leaving the shop I noticed a nail on one of my tires, I called Fahim who told me to come right back. They immediately took my car in and this is despite not having bought the Road hazard protection. Luckily it was just a superficial nail.

I regret coming to this shop. Due to the pandemic, getting otherwise normal every day services has become a pain and a hassle. I brought my car here to get new tires and a few other maintenance things done. First thing they did was try to upsell me additional services I didn’t need (like telling me I needed a new battery when my current battery was only a year old). But that wasn’t the worst of it. After leaving this place, my car has not stopped shaking since the installation of the 4 new tires. I’ve taken it to two other places, spent in total thousands of dollars, and no one can tell me why it’s shaking. Or fix the problem. But of course they take my money; making up reasons. Having me pay them for work, that still doesn’t fix the problem.My car was not shaking prior to me taking it to GoodYear. I would never patronize ANY GoodYear again. I truly don’t trust their brand. What kind of brand allows unauthorized dealers to use their moniker anyway? This store IS an authorized GoodYear store, but there is one where I lived in Valley Stream, on E Merrick Rd. that is NOT. I went there as well, got charged a ton of money and the car is still shaking.All in all, I wouldn’t be in this situation and have spent all this money, had I never gone to the Goodyear in Hempstead. I’m going to try a mechanic with a good reputation where I live now instead of these multi-service auto stores.

I contacted this service center this morning, asking if they could repair or remove the plastic splash guard that protects the engine on my sons Subaru Legacy. It had become dislodged yesterday after driving through a huge puddle and was scraping the ground while the vehicle was being driven. I was told to bring the car right in. They took a quick look and refastened the guard. They were friendly, professional, and did quick work. Moreover, they didnt charge me. Thats great customer service. I will definitely return there when I need service.

I live over an hour away. I have tried the Goodyear by me. It is no comparison. David the manger is the best. He is a true professional hands down. Hes honest, doesnt try and sell you things that are not needed. Ive been coming here for over 5 years. I have never had any problems with this Goodyear ever. I have been a customer at this goodyear for several years now. I would not bring my car anywhere else. The people there are amazing. They could not be more courteous or helpful. They always take the time to explain in detail what the issue is with my vehicle. After years of bringing my vehicle there they have really earned my trust and business. The manager especially is always a pleasure to deal with, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate me.

The employees who work at this particular Goodyear Service Station are top-notch: trustworthy, informative, respectful, knowledgable, and know how to get the job done! I went in because my tire seemed to be losing air. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told in easy to understand terms what was causing the issue, what needed to be done and how it could be fixed. Let me start off by saying, I had such an amazing experience at Goodyear in Hempstead. I usually never go alone to get anything done on my car (fear of being overcharged lol) I needed new tires for the winter, I made an appointment. I was greeted by Fahim. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and explained how the services worked.The wait wasn’t as long as I thought it would be. I sat in the seating area, watching tv and before I knew it, my car was all done.I highly recommend anyone who’s gonna get anything done to their car to go to Fahim. He’s friendly and super helpful !From now on, I’ll definitely be going to this location for all my tires, and break needs !!

What a great bunch of guys. Theyve done 2 cars for me this past year . Fist a 2009 Mazda 6 with a damaged wheel. They worked with Geico and we repaired the wheel and put a full set of new rubber - on time on schedule on budget. Then came my beloved 63 Oldsmobile. It was a real headache job but they never complained and we gradually got it all sewn up tight. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I was having problems with my breaks so I decided to stop in at this location for an inspection. It was my first time there so I was on my guard looking for the up-sell or the bait and switch. Well I have to tell you that these guys are straight shooters. I knew what the repairs would be and (Joe) the guy who helped me, was spot on. He even took me into the workshop to show me the parts with the issues and gave me multiple options on how to fix the problem. Money is tight but he worked with me so we could get the right solution for a great price.They say that you shouldnt give up a good job, a good woman, or a good mechanic. So that being the case Ill be sticking with Goodyear from here on out.

I was not satisfied at first because of the delay and some issues. My wheel locks were lost. But they made up for it. They ordered the wheel locks and have me a free oil change for the wait. So I am quite satisfied.

I recently went to. The Goodyear Tire Store in Hempstead. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Manager David Elio to be an honest and trustworthy individual. When he told me that I needed two tires, I was somewhat doubtful.But, he waited to show me both Tires before he proceeded with the Job. Thats what a call a credible individual. He won my business and I will be a regular customer. Give this Tire Center a try !

Parking,clean facilities, bathroom,waiting area with a TV, and experienced, knowledgeable staff like Tubercio make Goodyear on Franklin in Hempstead a 5-star rated destination for automotive repair in my opinion.The prices are reasonable too.***UPDATE***This update, although not required,I felt compelled to write.Service manager,Farhim, is a no-nonsense,super-efficient individual whose is a tremendous credit to the Goodyear organization.Big acknowledgement to Danny who is a great mechanic/technician.They helped me with the task of getting my 1991 Mustang back on the road after a 10 year hibernation in the garage.Needless to say she needed many,many parts.Farhim did a manual search for the items I needed and put together a great parts and price list then Danny spun the wrenches and put a whole new suspension under my 30 year old car.She runs like a new car now.Front struts,rear shocks,tie rods,sway bar end links,motor mounts,air/fuel filters,inspection and subframe connector.Man,these guys got it done.Fair price,detail-oriented,professional and thorough.Goodyear of Hempstead village is definitely the place to take your car.

Ive been a customer for some years now and have received good service for the most part but beware. Most places including dealers will try to get you to replace parts or buy tires when not really necessary in order to make more money. In this one instance today I went to get my inspection which they promptly informed me the car passed. They proceeded to tell me some hoses are starting to crack and a belt is due to be changed but more pressing is changing the two rear tires as they are starting to crack and one has a nail in it (these tires are fairly new). It is urgently needing to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. I ask for them to show me. I see that nail pull it out and it was a tiny flat screw that had not even penetrated the tire! I show the guy who says oh I didnt pull it out so I didnt know I said just give me the inspection for today thank you.

Went in for the annual vehicle inspection. Took 45 minutes and I was in-and-out. Always remember a car that is within a year old its only $10, dont let them get you for the $37.

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Im a Public Servant not that they would realize with my uniform but i had to beg to get help there. This place hasnt changed 1 bit besides for the hood location its in the people who work there are also unfriendly and unknowledgeable. They are trained to steal your money and fix whats realisticly wrong but charge you for other things that arent bad and not fix it anyway. Highway Robbery. Few years ago a Manager named Dave use to work there and didnt see him there last week. I for sure willl never come back !

Great experience. Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Had two tires replaced back in July and had a flat this week. They took it in and fixed up free of charge. Explaining that it was the rim was bent. Definitely recommend and will do business with them in the future.
