I have had service done on two CX-5 models over the last 5 years here and have always found the service department personnel professional and courteous. General maintenance, tire repairs, and explanations of the work performed are always given. Wait times are dependent upon workloads so it could very prompt or a bit of a wait (if you wait there) if it’s busy. Overall it’s a good service department.
Terrible. My 2 year old car was towed in due to a battery issue. The service advisor Gian Carlo ignore my calls over 2 days regarding status update. Then they tried charging me a service fee for a battery issue that’s covered under warranty. Great experience with sales but service department has TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This service center is horrible. I’m having issues with my car and the the service manager Alex thought it was appropriate to scream at me and disconnect the call. Stay far away.

Driving from Pennsylvania to NY Long Island I damaged the tire in my new Mazda 3. It was not safe to come back home in Pennsylvania on the damaged tire. I went to this Mazda service and bought new tire .They told me that I could leave the car until the next day, they did to me.There was only 1 tire to be replaced!!! I explained that I was from Pennsylvania and I could not leave the car. They couldnt spend 15 minutes replacing the tire I bought from them. Im happy that in Pennsylvania I have a very good Mazda service. I am the owner of a third Mazda.
