Great selection of wine and spirits! I am always able to find wines I like, more specifically dessert wines and ingredients for cocktails without HFCS. The staff is normally helpful and pleasant. Cheers 🥂. My favorite adult store.

They carry Hiram Walker apricot brandy. Not every one does. I got the last 2 big bottles they had. The clerks are also very helpful. Always find what I need!

This place has an extensive inventory. Many rare, hard to find, alcohol. Picked up some fine cigars here and small bottles of alcohol (like they have on planes) that Ive never hear of, or seen. Got some flavored Vodka, to bring home to a friend

Two employees went out of their way for me today to help me find my favourite beer (which is always hard to find). Had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman at checkout as well. I usually frequent a different Total Wine location, but the customer service at this one was great!

Wonderful selection, considering some problems getting some of alcohol. No Crown Royal Reserve anywhere to be found. No longer have a distributor that carries Tia Maria. Do have a wide selection of Bourbon. Have some really good cigars here, very fresh. Bought some different flavored,small sample, bottles of vodka, to take back as gifts. Staff was helpful and very friendly. They actually were giving out samples of alcohol...never do that in Ohio. Lol.

Henderson location is my favorite! They have amazing employees always willing to help you out with anything. One of my favorite is Tony she helped me a lot and she is so kind. The wine selection is great too. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny.

Today was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. I came here specifically to browse the huge selection, but also had intentions of finding a specific beer I wanted to try. A gentleman asked me if I needed help so I told him a description of the beer and he found it for me immediately. I enjoyed browsing and learning what I can find here. 5/5 stars!

I was doing a wine demo.And next Friday I will be back at the Henderson store from 3 to 6 pm so come and join me for a tasting of French wines.

I am bashing this place for good reason. The 1 star comes from the staff that helped me find what I needed and the layout of the store. I hope all Total Wine stores are not like this, but I was totally treated with disrespect by the checkout cashier and front supervisor. I was about to complete my purchase when a bottle was unable to be scanned. After several attempts, cashier went to speak with her supervisor, who searched for the item and barcode. The price scanned was incorrect. The supervisor pulled me over to the customer service desk, and informed me that there are 5 varieties of this whiskey, which are all priced at $84.99. I informed him this was incorrect, and would show him where I found the bottle. He would not allow me to over there, and I had to wait in until it took 5 minutes to acknowledge that it was incorrectly priced in their inventory. He would honor the correct price which was much lower. He did not appear apologetic and was very dismissive, as if this happens all the time. I told him, Do you think I am a liar? Apparently this really set him off, trying to calm me down. I couldnt want to get out of here. I am never ever going back to this location. It is overpriced (and I get it they have to pay these non-sensical employees). Manager/owner: Please correct your inventory pricing to ensure all items scan at the correct price shown. I do not plan on returning here ever again.

I normally have a great shopping experience whenever I go here but today was a little disappointing I went to go grab a 2litre of coke a cola and it was sticky as hell and so were all the other coke bottles like one had exploded and got over all the other bottles, and the associate who put them up didnt even bother to whipe them down total and absolute laziness on that employees behalf so yeah I was kinda pist and complained about it to the cashier

Total wine is the best liquor store and this is the best of the total wines in town. Their whisky section is well organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Kyle would be the reason I would return to Total Wine & More.I’ve been to Total Wine and More on numerous occasions to walk in have questions about products and either no one is around, not greeted or when associate is found, too busy to assist.Today, was different and to be blunt, I was prepared mentally to walk in and spend an hour trying to make decisions on my own for wine and champagne for my upcoming 50th birthday until Kyle greeted me. I’m telling you, it was a whole new experience at Total Wine & More for me. Not only did he ask if he could help, as he could see I was in deep thought staring at all the variety of champagne options, he offered assistance and asked questions, offered me taste testing and even a 20% off coupon. Where was Kyle all these other times I visited this store? He made me feel like a VIP. He discovered the purpose of my visit, showed and suggested me options, asked my budget and worked with me from selecting product to loading the cart with five (5) cases to helping me load it into my car. The best part, he happened to have recently turned 50 himself in August so he could appreciate the effort I was putting forth to make sure my event was perfect with the wines and champagnes selected. Overall, it was the best experience ever and I want to make sure Management is aware, they have an employee worth their weight in gold in Kyle. Thank you Kyle for your assistance and for making me feel like a VIP customer.

We reserved a room for a meeting and wine tasting and it was fabulous! Our hostess was a real somelier and knew everything about wines! Quite a few of us purchased affordable wines after the meeting. You can even pick theme wine tastings like italian wines or Spanish wines, etc. What a great meeting idea and thank you for the fabulous service!

Love, love, love this locations. Its always clean and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I dragged a staff member around for 20 mins looking for gluten-free beer options and she made sure we found them all. They carry the most obscure and expensive alcohols and liquors around. They also have glassware, drink condiments and so much more. As well as cigars too. Great place. Great staff

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable about what they sell, seriously, ask them anything! Sandra helped us for about an hour finding exactly which wine to purchase, which is a level of customer service you rarely see. The selection here is practicaly infinite, if there is a liqour or wine you want, they have it.

I purposely stopped at Total Wine because we truly love the Santa Barbara brand Pimento Olives, however in 2 different areas you had Santa Barbara olives buy NO Pimento types.Lots of other variety of this brand name but stuffed with all types of stuff, but NO Pimento.I settled for another type and hope we are not disappointed.Seems to me if these type of olives were disappearing off the shelves, the Manager and his/her staff would ensure rapid supplies to restock your shelves.Thank you,

I hate the beer selection at most major retailers. Ive really started enjoying microbrews and I like changing it up. Sometimes a port, or an IPA or maybe a stout. I love their selection here and Ive discovered a handful of great breweries. Here are some that I purchased today:

We went to Total Wine for chocolate stout. We found several to choose from. They actually have people walking the aisles to greet you and give assistance if you have a question. Total Wine has an impressive stock of goodies.

This place has EVERYTHING (alcohol) you might want to drink! I love that they had staff pretty much all over the floor. They guy that was stocking helped me find the Trump wine!! Great location, easy access and right next to Sprouts(Cheese and fruit)!!

What can I say! I thought Id see some wine but was surprised at the huge selection of Wine, Beer and Spirits. Would love to attend a tasting or a sommelier class! Good prices coming from a Utahn were our liquor is so taxed that prices are about 30% more in Utah.
