My almost 2 year old son needed to have his hearing tested due to a speech delay. The staff here made the whole experience (including scheduling, dealing with insurance, and knowing what to expect) super easy. The staff actually cares about their patients and goes the extra mile to make sure patients are comfortable and there are no surprises. Special kudos to Allie for sharing personal experiences to make me feel way better about what is going on with my son.

Office staff were very friendly, paperwork very streamlined, and Dr Rowan Lang was very kind and professional, and explained in detail the procedure and test results and my various questions. One of the best doctor experiences I have had!

Ive been a patient and a fan of Anderson Audiology for two years now. The Horizon Ridge office is convenient and the staff is outstanding. I recently stopped by for a tune up on my hearing aids and it was done quickly and expertly. I recommend Anderson to anyone even thinking about hearing aids.

The customer service is wonderful. I always get my free batteries and a cleaning for my hearing aids between one and two o clock.

Going into the office I expected a normal doctors visit and that is not what I got. The staff was friendly and talked to me as I waited instead of just hiding behind the desk. The audiologist was the nicest and helped me understand more about how to take care of health instead of just doing the job and sending me out to move onto the next patient.great experience.
