George Biester was great to work with. He was great at explaining the differences that make a Bullfrog Spa a quality product. We ended up being interested in one of models on the floor. Its a big decision to make, so my wife and I needed to think it over. George did not pressure or rush us. I decided I didnt want to purchase a floor model without getting a wet test, and we were able to do so. A very short time later, our spa is in our backyard and I feel like a million bucks coming home from work, taking a shower then hopping in a hot tub in my own backyard. The best part was that because the model was at their showroom, the spa was delivered the same day our wiring was done. The delivery guys were courteous, make sure you tip them especially in this heat! George also recommended the electrician who did a good job. Our spa purchasing experience couldnt have gone any better working with George.If you read this far, know that we did a lot of research into the spas and this was the third spa dealer in Vegas that we visited before deciding to purchase. Sunset spas was rude and didnt work with us, they even had a binder full of negative reviews of their competitors to pressure us into a sale, thats a pretty poor business practice. Then we tried Liquidators, who had a nice but pushy salesman, and none of the hot tubs were too our liking, and he was trying to push a spa we werent interested in onto us. Our best experience by far was with George at Bullfrog. 10/10

Our search for a new spa ended when we were introduced to the Bullfrog product line. We were impressed with the construction and design features as compared to other brands. I have owned two spas over the years and this is by far a superior product. We chose a floor model A6 and could not be happier with the purchase. We did have some technical issues upon startup but George was quick to respond and actually did a major part of the repair remedy himself. I would highly recommend the Bulldog brand as well as the Henderson NV sales team.

My husband and I did quite a bit of research for our new spa. After doing the research online and via telephone, we set out on our journey to do more research in person. We visited several different dealers and learned quite a bevy of information. All the dealers told us it would be months before we could enjoy our new spa because of delivery issues as a result of Covid19.Fortunately, we visited the factory showroom for Bullfrog Spas in Henderson, Nevada. Jim was so kind to give us information on the phone that was open and honest. He invited us down for a wet test and thats exactly what I did. My husband elected to just stand by and observe. By the second set of jets, it was all over. We knew we found our spa. We purchased the A7Lounge edition and we could not be happier. With the extensive medical issues I deal with, the therapeutic aspects were the most important part of a spa. This design delivers it in spades. With so many jet pack options, every person will be happy. We love the shoulder jet pack. WOWDelivery was simple and quick. They rolled it right through our gate. No crane was even needed, but they do have that option for you if required.We have had a couple of tiny issues with our cover since purchasing our spa and the customer service couldnt be any better. George has taken care of us professionally and quickly each and every time.I cannot recommend George and Jim at Bullfrog Spas enough. We will be returning to get our electric cover / gazebo soon! If you havent seen one of those yet, you need to!

After stopping in at 4 different stores George and his bullfrog spas won us over. Fit and finish is superior to the other spas in the same price range. We ended up with the A8 and couldnt be any happier! George was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. We did the water test and by the second jet pack I was convinced.

So happy we decided to buy a BullFrog spa! George helped us and was really patient and informative without being pushy. We didn’t really know about the JetPak technology when we walked in, but being able to choose what packs were best for us has been the best thing ever. My partner and I looked everywhere in the valley for a spa. The common theme we ran into was either we had to wait 3+ months and each sales person was pushy, that was until we went to Bull Frog on Stephanie. We were greeted by George who was extremely helpful from the start. He was very knowledgeable of the product and eventually we found the spa for us that could be delivered in a week vs. months. So far the spa is everything we could have wanted it to be! We also want to say ask for George when you go, hes awesome! Overall 10 star service and product.

Jim and George are savvy guys that know their stuff when it comes to hot tub. Do you guys need a time machine? Make sure you get a hold of them when you are in the market for such a cool way to relax in your home or airbnb rental. Whats even better, they also support their own products backed by tehcs that will not only set it up but also repair them!

Worked with George Biester at the showroom. I liked that he answered all of our questions and did not try to pressure us into buying. We actually visited a few times over several months before finding the best spa to fit our needs. These guys also support after the sale. The cover lifter was not available when the spa was delivered. The service team called me to setup an appointment. They called when they arrived on site and called again when they were ready to leave to make sure they answered any questions. We are very happy with our purchase.

In jan 2021 George Biester sold me a Bullfrog spa .Due to covid-19 it wasnt delivered til June.George kept me informed on construction and delivery throughout the process.You dont find this type customer service anymore,again thank you George.

My wife and I have been talking about a Bullfrog Spa for about 2 years now. Well we heard that Bullfrog opened a company store here in Las Vegas so we went to check it out. George greeted us as we entered the store but let us look around and check things out. We talked about the special that was currently going on and he explained everything to us. When we first walked in I saw the spa we had been looking for to complete our backyard. It is an A8L and was even close to the price my wife was willing to pay.George is the guy to see if you are looking for a premium spa for your home. He knowledge, professional, listens, and has great customer service. We have already exchanged several emails and he is on top of them even on his day off. Thank you George for everything, Our spa will be delivered and set up next week, it was a floor model otherwise it was a March delivery. So we went with the floor model.

Let’s start by saying my husband does his homework on large purchases, and buying a spa is definitely a large purchase in my books. My husband wanted me to check out the spas too to really see if we would or should purchase one. He finally came down to purchasing a spa from Costco or from Bullfrog. This COVID pandemic didn’t help with checking out either spas. We already have a pool and during the summer it’s temps get pretty high, so why get a spa and would we even use it? The stores opened after Memorial Day, I decide to check out the Bullfrog spas. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by George, he didn’t leap out and try to grab my attention, instead he told me to take my time and browse and if I had any questions to just ask. George was perfect, I HATE it when a sales person pounces to get a sale, he wasn’t pushy, he didn’t trail along like a lost puppy, he took a seat at his desk and let me look at my leisure. George if your reading this, that was one of the sale points to go to Bullfrog, why we picked your store. Anyways, I had questions, George had answers and still wasn’t trying to sell me, just keep me informed on the spas. So long story short, my husband and I returned to the showroom, we chose to go through George for the purchase, an other salesperson was there, but we waited for George to help. He explained everything to my husband about the spas, confirmed my husband’s opinions about purchasing from Bullfrog. Yep, we now have a Bullfrog A7 lounger. We had to have a patio poured, and electrical run for the spa, Bullfrog stored our spa for us. When they came to deliver and install it, it was quick and easy, the crew explained how the spa worked and how often we needed to check the water and chemicals.Bullfrog spas is the way to go, yes they are a little more expensive than others but well worth it, I love how I can change the seat pods to different locations within the spa, how easy it is to take care of it and especially how convenient it is to have a spa right outside the back door. It’s an investment, and it’s a well earned and getting used investment.

It’s great that there is now a Bullfrog showroom in Vegas. We went in and met George and Jim who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best spa for our lifestyle (lots of kids in our backyard, especially now). I had been considering getting a spa for the last couple of years. I did a lot of research and finally pulled the trigger on a Bullfrog A9L. Bullfrog quality can’t be matched. I am a huge fan of less plumbing lines. I also like that you can change the back jets to any configuration. The spa is very easy to maintain compared to others. There are cheaper spas out there but this is truly a case of you get what you pay for. I look at this as an investment in my health as well as a creating great family memories. My only regret is I didn’t get it sooner! A big thanks to George and Jim who made this a great experience with great customer care and no high pressure sales.

If customer service is as important to you, as the product you are buying, go see George! He demonstrates outstanding professionalism and his knowledge of the Bullfrog Spa’s is exceptional. George even gave me his personal cell phone number and answered each and every text I wrote him without hesitation. Okay, to be honest, I do love the Bullfrog Spa too. The jet pack feature makes the spa personal and unique.

He recently helped me on ordering to fix panel on my side. Great customer service that Jim provides makes me enjoy my soaking even more satisfying!!

The folks at Bullfrog spas provided amazing service in selecting my spa over the phone. I live about 300 miles away and was able to get everything I needed done by phone. After I placed the order and the tub arrived ahead of scheduled, they offered to store it in their warehouse until I was ready to have it delivered. To save myself money, I planned to pick it up with a Uhaul trailer. When I arrived, they helped me get it loaded. Unfortunately, the trailer I rented was slightly too small, but thats didnt deter them from trying. Nor did they seem perturbed. I had to abort the pickup and they put it back in their warehouse until I could figure out another way. Once I secured a larger trailer through Uship, they helped the driver load it again. Now I have it in my garage for when my new house is finished. I dont plan to buy another spa, but if I did I would do it all over again with these guys, expect Ill be better prepared with a larger trailer. Cant say enough good things about their service. cant speak about the spa yet, but I am sure it will be just as good.

I cant say enough great things about George, Todd, and the team at Bullfrog... as well as their SPAS!!! I love the jetpacks and how we customized our jets/seats. When we were shopping and trying to figure out the difference between the other spas we tried, they let us do a wet test by getting in the spa at the showroom. We immediately noticed a difference and felt like we got a true customized experience! Then, George helped us with financing and Todd delivered the spa. Best customer service weve received by far!!! (considering all the other spa places we went... Renees, California Patio, Hot Tub Liquidators, Marqee Spas). Seriously, this is the ONLY spa place you should go to! I had decided on another brand spa, until I met George at a Costco Bullfrog event, where I learned about this totally different way of building a spa. The JetPacks and the reduced spaghetti of hoses sold me instantly and working with George, Drew and Jim made closing the deal a breeze. Todd did the installation on a Saturday as that was the only day we could have it done. The unit (A7L) has been installed semi-in-ground (see photo) and the Bullfrog team worked with our contractor to make sure everything was done right and delivered as scheduled. Its been two weeks since we filled it up and have enjoyed it most everyday. I highly recommend the Bullfrog spas and the Henderson team in particular.

I purchased my Bullfrog Spa in October and have used it everyday since. Not only is it beautiful but it is so easy to take care of. The FrogEase system and the Ozone is the key. All you have to do is change the cartridges and I add Protect Plus and the Natural Clarifier weekly. The features that sold me on this spa is the unique plumbing technique used in its construction that eliminates so many connections that have a potential of leaking and of course the jet packs. There are so many configurations to choose from that I strongly recommend that you take advantage of the showroom spa and try them all to decide which ones will work for you. As you can tell I LOVE my spa so check them out.
