We wouldnt have been able to get what we wanted if she hadnt put the work in. Ive bought more than 1car in my life and I understand how it works. My thanks to her, and Kyle from the financial department, they both did great for us. I got a lease 3 yrs ago from here also and things didnt go nearly as smoothly as they did this time. It wasnt bad, it was just an average and plain day 3 yrs ago. Nothing memorable much except the car. This time I will remember the nice young lady that rolled her sleeves up and was willing to fight for us. Thank you Taylor! Youre efforts did not go unnoticed! We had been in contact with Jason for 24 hours preceding our 1.5 hour trip to this location. Though we were given the impression that all the paperwork had been completed prior to our arrival, this was seemingly not the case. Quite the telltale sign of a sleazy deal, we were not given the final price but rather, monthly payment amounts. As we sat with Jason, pieces of paperwork began making their way across his desk for signatures, all of which we denied until after given the opportunity to read through the paperwork in its entirety. We had to clarify this statement twice before Jason quite abruptly and with what seemed to be anger made his way back to the finance department to gather paperwork that was supposed to have been prepared and awaiting our arrival. While he was doing whatever he does back there, we noticed that the sale price was roughly $4,000 more than MSRP. We brought this to Kyle’s attention and were told “supply and demand.” We pointed out a very similar vehicle being sold $500 less than MSRP. Ultimately, after encountering several of the stereotypical sleazy used cars salesperson tactics that are apparently employed in full force, we realized that this was not the right purchase for us. After spending a few moments demanding our paperwork be returned to us, we traveled to Lakewood NY and bought the same vehicle for $500 under MSRP. Additionally, Lakewood found us a cash incentive as well. It was a wonderful, smooth, respectful transaction and not once did anyone mention “talking to my manager” to determine what they would be doing. Connie spent so much time with us explaining the features, going through the manuals, ensuring we were connected to the app, and answering our many questions. Though they were very busy, we had one-on-one attention the entire time. We couldn’t have found a better salesperson. We drove home with the make and model we wanted and without having to endure or support poor salesmanship and bad business. While this was a waste of time, Lakewood was conveniently nearby, relatively speaking, and the extra drive was well worth it to be respected and accommodated. Be sure to look into all your options and watch for tactics used to confuse you, omit necessary details, and efforts to undermine your ability to make an educated decision. Actually, just go somewhere else.
Test drive their vehicles not around the vehicle but put 15 miles, its your investment and if they dont allow it take your buisness somewhere else . My personal experience you choose if you want to listen to me or not . Sold me a Silverado with the known Shudder Problem. Cant help me because due to year which is a 2016 Silverado LTZ the factory warranty does not cover yet only has 25,000 miles. Yet they have a Dealer warranty for Powertrain & Lubrications that .. somehow won’t cover yet .. Torque Converter is part of a vehicle Powertrain & a Transmission Flush is a lubrication . Then they wonder why i dont purchase aftermarket warranties . Brandon in Finance you should have a more Professional attitude even your shift is gonna end and Joshua Salesman make sure your techs test drive the vehicle before its you who have to deal with us Customers

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and especially my friends and family. My husband found a vehicle at this location that he really liked. The dealership is 5 hours from us so he began negotiating the purchase over the phone with Paul. This took several days but the purchase was set. We made the trip 5 hours away. Once arriving, the vehicle was ready to test drive. We took it out for a spin. The first thing I noticed was the tire air gauge was on and then as my husband drive we realized the truck was pulling to the right. I drove the vehicle to see and sure enough it was pulling to the right. We returned to the dealership and told Paul about the two things we noticed right away. Paul said he would have it looked and to come back in an hour to allow them time to address our concerns. My husband and I thought at the time well that is good that are willing to fix the issues. Paul text us about 45 minutes later and said the vehicle was ready for another test drive. Before we left out in the test drive Paul said to let him know if the problems were fixed. We test drove the vehicle again. The sensor for tire pressure was still on and the truck was still pulling to the right. We went back and told Paul the issues were still there. He proceeded to get very upset and storms out of the dealership and gets in the drivers side. Before I could get in the passenger back seat he had the truck in reverse. I had to tell not to back up yet because I was still getting in the vehicle. He drove the vehicle with us present and he was arguing with my husband about the truck pulling to the right. When my husband asked me to check and see if the steering wheel was straight, Paul the sales guy let go of the wheel and vehicle went hard to the right. He told my husband he had no idea what he was talking about. Once back at the dealership we politely got in our car and left for home. About 30 minutes after we left we received a text from Paul stating we would be more than happy to deliver the vehicle to us if we were still interested. One other thing we found out after the fact was that the dealership switched the navigation/stereo system completely out and put an old one in its place. I have never been treated so badly.

Our purchase of our new-to-us Toyota Tacoma was very quick and simple. I text about truck the morning prior. We made an appointment for the following day. I had a few questions via text that were answered promptly with pictures. Our appt was right on time, our salesman, Anthony P., was very nice. He wasn’t over bearing or pushy. We did our test drive, agreed on a deal, and had financing finished up in just under two hours. All on a busy Saturday (the last before Christmas). My husband is happy to finally have a truck again. It’s hard to be a tradesman in a Camry 😉
Have been coming to this dealership for years for sales and service. Took my 2018 Toyota 4runner, that I purchased there, in for the free inspection, and they missed that both license plate lights were burnt out. I didnt realize this until I got pulled over by the police. When I called, they agreed that they should have caught it during the inspection, and to bring it back in so they could fix it. Then they charged me $53 to replace 2 bulbs (and fix their mistake). Mel would be very disappointed in his successor, and we will not purchase or service a vehicle there ever again.

So, imagine a soldier leaving the army in December of 2019. No income, no job, and then the coronavirus happened, so life was harder. I had my debts from the military, I left as a disabled veteran, so I had limitations on finding work, topped with jobs closing from the pandemic, so I filed bankruptcy last year. I couldnt find a dealer willing or able to get me a loan for a car. I started recieving a housing allowance from the gi bill so I could make payments, but still no one could help me after trying 6 dealerships that specialize in bad credit financing. I ended up buying a 17year old car in cash for 5000, then spent an additional 5000 fixing it over the course of only 4 months. I was depressed, and going through hard times, but I was married and needed to support my family.Then by chance I filled out an auto loan application online with a toyota dealership (again) but I had little to no hope of actually being approved. Moments after I recieved a call from Joshua that I was pre-approved, and had a bit of hope. Until I realized, the dealership was in Pennsylvania, and I live in texas. My hopes were dashed, but Joshua didnt give up on me. We tried for a 2018 chevy, and things were working until I noticed the high monthly payments. I told Joshua I wouldnt be able to make the payments. He didnt try to force the loan on me or force me to sign, he worked with me. I found a 2015 Tacoma that had great miles and a solid history with acceptable payments. He really came through despite being 24 hours away. He worked with me on everything and looked out for my interests, not his own.Then the loan process had some hiccups. I had an error on the loan that I hand corrected, which made the process even more complicated. Oak, my finance guy worked with me and the bank until it all smoothed out. He negotiated with the bank for about 5days until the loan was approved. I lost hope, but they pulled through. Now, my loan is official, and I am waiting for a transport company to bring my truck home. Thanks guys!

I have been to many dealers in my life, but this was by far the worst, most sleezy experience I have ever had. The sales man LIED to us 3x just to get the sale. When we called them out on it, during signing, they couldnt have cared less. They called the manager in, who stood on the other side of the room, arms crossed, not saying a word - total intimidation move. We still bought the vehicle but would never recommend this place to our enemy. They need to train their sales reps better to not just say yes to everything.

I have a 02 Corolla with a broken handle which I purchased the replacement part off EBay and made arrangements with Shane to have fixed. We settled on a day and after me dropping off the car within an hour they had it fixed. Had an issue with key tumbler and he said to fix that would require cutting a new key. When I went to pick up car the next day Shane walked out with me and tried new key on all locks to make sure it worked which they all did.Makes a customer come back when they treat an 18 year old car like a 2020.Thank you Taylor Toyota

My journey for getting a Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO with a manual transmission started in late 2019. Well who knew that when I started my search it was going to be this long to acquire one of these Tacomas specially with manual transmission which are not an easy thing to find, they sell fast and not many are made as they do with their line of automatic transmission. Let me just say that I called so many leadership in the east coast and put in orders but at the end they were not able to deliver. My luck changed when I got in contact with Hermitage Toyota in Pennsylvania.I can’t say enough great things about Beckie Sakonyi, the sales representative that made it happened and helped me to eventually get the Tacoma TRD PRO in a manual transmission. Her great oriented customer service and prompt phone calls and email responses made it easier to get everything in order and have a quick sign in day when I finally was able to get the keys of my truck.If you are looking for a dealership that is friendly, professional and really go out of their way to make sure you purchase the vehicle of your dreams, please get in touch with Beckie Sakonyi. Please can someone update the opening hours of the branch, this really made me stranded after struggling for weeks to have a schedule for my maintenance, finally was given a timeframe to choose (either Morning or afternoon) which i went with morning, when i checked the opening hours online, i saw 9am only to arrive at 9am and was told i am 1hr late and maintenance can only be push to about a week ahead. I am forced to go pay somewhere meanwhile it was suppose to be my free maintenance here.
I cant stand their commercials. Their theme song is so probably the most annoying thing Ive ever heard. Please for the love of God get this off the radio!!!

So I purchased my car from here in June of 2020, I scheduled and appt for my inspection for Jan 2, drove a hour and a half from Pittsburgh. Get there to be told they can’t do my inspection, because I live in Allegheny county and they gentleman who made the appt should’ve told me that. Well, here we are, a waste of gas, wear & tear and tolls. So I reached out to my sales person. She called me and I expressed to her my frustration, she was apologetic and offered to send me a gift card from Get Go. I accepted! 3 weeks now, no gifted. I call/text no response. I called and left a message twice for a manager, no call back. Super disappointed in this dealership after this and to think I was going to refer people!

Ive been here a few times, each experience worse than the previous. ive had two or three alignments done and this last time they said i needed new control arms and a tie rod and wanted almost $900 to do it. so i put the parts on and take it back. they aligned it but said the rear is siezed so in effect i was charged $85 for a front toe alignment.

I was told by my salesman that my car would be detail cleaned, filled with oil, emissions and inspection, and gas tank filled. They only changed my oil and put stickers on my car. They filled my tank up to half way even though my tank is only a 13 gallon tank and the car was still just as dirty as when I bought it. It still has stuff all over the window and crumbs and dirt throughout the car. I was very disappointed in my experience. I would be fine with them only doing the oil change and stickers if that was what they told me but they told me much more and didn’t deliver.

I purchased a car from here a year ago. Today I sit here for the complimentary free inspection. Which would be good if they didnt try to charge me $ 700.00 for brakes and rotors. The sales staff was nice enough. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for repairs. Made one call and now it will only cost me $230.00 for the inspection and repairs.

Air bag recall . I added inspection, oil change and a new battery all of which i usually get elsware for less. It took about 3 hours. They had several weeks notice I was the first appointment in the morning. They had no loaner for me so I had to inconvenience someone to pick me up and someone else to drop me off when done .
The staff was courteous and friendly. My car was fixed in the time that was assigned to fixing the torque converter. The service department was very knowledagble about my Toyota’s recall.
