Its ok, also depends on time of day if its to packed with people youll think you are in a third world country like cuba or puerto rico. Or you might just want to drink rat poison and die would be faster than getting to the register.

I dont understand how so many people complaints about this store. About customer service reps not greeting, not saying good morning, etc. We the hispanic people have always the chip on the shoulder. We come to this store to shop not to socialize, do we? I always say good morning or whatever the case may be. We are always complaining, complaining, complaining. I love this store, its nearby my place, I always find my kittens food, detergent, and many other household items at very low prices. Its so helpful to have a Family Dollar store every where. Thanks.

Disappointing customer service today. Cashier at 6 pm was on her phone with the speaker on blast on a personal conversation without any type of acknowledgment or service to the customers in front of her.

On this changing times where you visit a store that proclaims on its commercial name dollar store, hardly you ever find products priced to $1.00. But love and behold Family Dollar still has products priced at$1.00. WOW!😍

They do not answer the phone on Saturday if you call them.

Omg, where to start...horrible low class service!!!The lines are long and they only have 1 register open.Its so hot, their A/C is either turned up to high, doesnt work or its turned off, the cashier even has to use a fan.They dont have a speaker system so they have to yell out for another cashier/manager to come and assist, its so tacky.There seems to only be 3 to 4 employees including the manager on shift but only the main cashier working.The customer service is the worst Ive ever seen anywhere and its not just this location, other locations Ive been to in Hialeah are just as worse. The cashiers work at a snails pace, they dont smile, they are not friendly and seem to not want to be there.I try my hardest to avoid shopping here and only do so if necessary and because its in walking distance.I dont recommend it. If its because of the price your better off going to Dollar Tree👎👎👎

B- | Great place to save a few dollars, but the selection is hit or miss. With Wal-Mart and several Spanish stores its really easy to lose this store in the mist.

Nice employees, Store aisles tight but fully stocked. Not the same items available as in other stores but still alright.

Only One cash register was opened with a long line then the system went down. The lady at the cash register kept yelling for help like she was in her backyard. Finally, the system came back and then the lady ran out of receipt tape and didnt know how to change it so more yelling across the store at the top of her lungs. Not going back there

My experience in this place was terrible. Since I bought several things and they were large and heavy packages. The young woman who was at the checkout very kindly allowed me to take out the cart with the purchases, but when she returned to leave the cart the other employee was upset and began to argue with me she told me that no one can take out the carts. I explained to him that I HAVE problems with my spine and cannot carry weight. And he told me no one can and if I dont say soto the owner.
