I have been to this store several times over the years while visiting family. The drinks, hot or cold, are uniformally good and prepared correctly. They also have a good variety of treats. Attentive, friendly. staff and quick service.

So my review will remain one star until the appropriate changes are made.This location is closing far too early for anyone to be able to enjoy an awesome caribou coffee. 2pm is not a reasonable time for a coffee shop to close especially with summer coming and when there is no other reasonable coffee places within 5 miles. For the love of God go back to normal operation hours

The inside looked great. Coffee was good. Prices where high. Also the breakfast sandwiches are just heat and eat.

Im grateful Im able to pick up coffee for my coworkers and I before work. I always order through the app to avoid the drive thru line, Im in and out within a few seconds. The staff is always super friendly and go above and beyond! Thanks for your hard work and keeping the doors open!

Didnt know what Ristretto shots were, and even though I ordered just a sausage biscuit, I was given a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. My beverage was pretty good, and Ill probably go back in the future.

Love Caribou, the coffee and staff are great most of the time... however the fluctuation of hours is really annoying. For awhile closed by 230 and All of a sudden Closed Thursday, Friday AND most importantly SATURDAY?!? This is ridiculous. Guess I’ll have to start going out of my way to get the awful Holiday coffee

It was a bit slower than normal, Im guessing training new employees or the sort. Still staff was friendly and the coffee was great.

I love love the coffee from here but its really highly priced for a large cup of plain coffee is about 6 to 10 bucks per cup and it will always take a good 10 minute to get your order

Stopped by with my granddaughter for Macha Tea Cooler. I dont drink coffee or tea so didnt order anything. Then I tried a sip of the Macha Tea Cooler and wished I had ordered one. It was awesome! The service was the best Ive seen in a long time. Kudos to the staff!

Was refused of service because of mask but fully vaccinated was treated terrible and all I want was coffee. Very poor attitudes from the workers.

Staff is friendly but every time I got I get less impressed. I ask for less ice for more of a drink but every time end up with the top 1/4 with no drink and not filled all the way or with normal ice. Very unimpressed when I get my drinks not filled all the way when I’m paying $7 for a coffee I should be getting it filled all the way!

Ordered through the app and my order was ready for pick up when I arrived.

A wonderful staff, they really work hard to keep up the pace. This place gets really busy and my order has always been perfect!!

My favorite Minnesota coffee shop. the best customer service and really good coffee. 100 per cent organic and sustainable coffee is served at caribou coffee. it smells so good when you walk into the store! love this place. the rewards program is good and they always send you emails for special offers.

Chai Tea latte was good but when they serve you a bagel it has nothing on it. Butter or margarine is not available. If you pay extra they have cream cheese or nothing.

This is a cute little coffee stop on the main road through Hibbing. The service has always been friendly and dedicated to a quality brew. The prices are similar to any other chain coffee shop.

I cant get away from those Carmel coolers triple moosed and with extra Carmel drizzle! Awesome way to start off your morning!! Customer service is great!!

I enjoy a specialty drink on occasion. I went with my mother-in-law and my two sister- in-laws. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking. I was in Hibbing visiting the family. It was a bit busy at the time, but the service was quick. Theres the little desserts and sandwiches for purchase, also. This Caribou also has a drive thru. I do like the stores that have this feature.

Its Caribou. However i dont think i will be coming to this one again. They screwed up an order after verbally making sure it was what i wanted. This isnt the first time this has happened at a Caribou, but what gets me is Ive never had this happen at Starbucks.

Consistency is key Caribou crew. Everytime I order the same exact thing & for the most part it never tastes the same. Down the road sometime well give it a go again.

I always order the blended mint condition and it never ever tastes the same. Dont know what they are doing, but they need to be more consistent!

Drinks are always better if you go inside rather than drive thru. At certain time seating is very limited because college kids go there to study and use the free WiFi. Employees are always friendly and they only messed up my order once (but they also let me keep the wrong drink, so 2 for 1)!

One of my favorite coffee shops

The staff kept arguing about what size they serve their nitro coffee in and I was trying to inform them that their drive thru stated differently. Instead of stating they were unaware of what the sign said they continued to argue. My intent was just to inform.

It was my first time at Caribou and when I ordered a Carmel macchiato instead of a Carmel hi rise the cashier rudely sighed at me and continued by lecturing me on the difference between their macchiatos and Starbucks’ Carmel macchiatos. The drink itself was decent but because of the way I was treated I will not be returning to Caribou.

A typical Caribou location with comfortable indoor seating and amenities for getting things done or just grabbing a quick coffee to go. Very friendly staff and, in my case, a delicious vanilla latte and a slice of pumpkin bread!
