I havent had their service but i did have one of their employees come in to my place of work, (gas station) and he was terrible. He was absolutly rude and disrespectful to me simply because his card wouldnt work. And clearly he got off on the fact he was able to talk down to a women.EDIT: its 2 months later and the same employee came back. And i had to force hime to leave.

The worst business I have ever had to deal with!!!!! I paid for delivery of fuel oil and have to wait 3 to 5 days for delivery unless I want to pay extra... I paid on the 30th and called them back on the 7th... Still no fuel.. cant possibly deliver today.. unless I pay extra... Isnt that extortion?

CAUTION!This filling station does NOT accept competitor gas/fuel coupons unless its on a special day!Horrible way to do business in our tight economy.There Mgr, was a real B on the phone when I spoke with her about there policy on this. She even hung up on me after not allowing me to even get a word in edge wise for a customers point of view on there policy.I will not shop, spend money, buy fuel, or otherwise do any business with any establishment that treats customers this way.Mike SmithAffordable Towing.

Caution! You will run out of propane on the keep fill program! Last year we ran out of propane 5 times on the keep fill program!! This year they said it wouldnt happen again they even put a monitor on it to make sure we didnt run out. We ran out AGAIN on a 16 below night. I know the monitor is working because we got a nasty call last month telling us the monitor was going off we were down to 20%. If we dont make a payment we will run out. We are also on automatic payments where they withdraw the money from our account. When I called to speak to the owner I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before the manager came back on to say he was really busy that he would call me back. 24 hours later STILL NO CALL. Poor customer service, poor management! Would not recommend this company.

I Called on a Monday to get home heating fuel delivered to our house. Told them that I was at around 1/8 of a tank and they said they would be out on Tuesday to fill it. Thursday rolled around and no fuel. At this point we are running low and dont have a lot of time left. I called them back and they said there was no record of our residence placing an order. They had to have the store call back and couldnt deliver until the next day. I had to fill up a few cans to keep fuel in the tank so it didnt run out. Horrible service! This was my first time using them wanting to stay local but I am going to have to go back to COMO just due to their better service!
