I wonder why all of a sudden they really raise the price higher and have the signs up on all the pumps... ding ding ding people traveling out of town for Thanksgiving. #shell or corporate should into the station.

Over charging item... More then 100% for each profit... This people is craze

DONT GO TO THIS STATION(Theres an Arco on the same side of the street about a block away)I figured I would stop here on my way to the casino & get cash back with my fill-up purchase to avoid the casinos $4 ATM fees .When I asked the clerk if I would be able to get cashback, he told me there would be a $4 fee. He said if I wanted $40 I had to type in $44 on the pin pad.I put in $43 and sure enough he pocketed the $3. The receipt did reflect a cashback fee... of $0.60!!! What a crook.

Price for Marlboro says $8.96 but when rang up it was $10.99+tax. I consider this false advertising. Do not shop at this gas station

Be careful with these people theyll rip you off, I stopped to get a 2 liter coke and they charged me almost 5 dollars for it. When i checked my reciept they only named it general merchandise.

The food thats inside the gas station dates back from 2015 and they have roaches

Just had the worst experience from this gas station. The employee here refused selling me gas. I was trying to fill a gas can and he flat out told me to go somewhere else..go across the street he said. No explanation nothing then when I tried to talk with him he disregard me and started talking to another customer like I wasnt there. The other customers was concerned price advertised is not what he paid she he gave him the difference back. How can a gas station refuse service what if my car broke down and I had my kids stranded on the side of the road .. do you think shell would take responsibility for this guys actions if something happens to them. Ridiculous to have someone working that services the public if you call serving anyone by sitting in a chair reading and when you walk in for assistance this employee seems bothered because he had to stand up and do his job. I will never return to this shell or any Shell gas station again. I will also be contacting corporate on this station. Most likely its franchise owned but gee I wonder if shell would like to know how their name is being trashed...Ill take my business across the street!!!

They stole money from my card and now wont return it. Sam the boss is a horrible person. Ive shown all my proof to them and still try to act like nothing has happened. Every time we talk to him he acts like its the first he heard of it. Hes a crook, a cheat, a liar, and will get whats coming to him. Avoid this place of possible, they will steal from you and act like they never did anything wrong.

A bit pricey for my frugal self, but nice

This place is a rip-off and overcharging on purpose. They just charge whatever they feel like. Nothing is priced and the cashier does not use the bar code scanner, just types some random price.I picked out 2 seven ups, each 99 cents as advertised, a bag of Takis and a regular size Butterfinger candy bar. The total came to $7 something and I freaked. I asked for the price of each he said $2.50 for the 7ups, $2 for the Takis and $2.39 for the butterfinger. I asked why is the butterfinger so high? He said to get the smaller one, I said it is the smallest one! So then he said he would give me a discount. Well the new total came to $6 something and I was still shocked. So then I asked why are the 2 7ups totalled at $2.50? He said tax and CRV. So I asked how much is it for 1 7up. He said $1.00, CRV .10 and Tax .10. I know CRV is 5 cents and Sales tax is 8%, so my total should be $1.12. So where does the extra $.13 come from? I asked for that and he gave me 10 cents for both drinks.Now Im not cheap, Ive been to Disneyland and payed $5 for the same soda, its the principle of the arbitrary pricing that gets me. So I left in a huff and then said, screw this, Ill go somewhere else. Well I went back in for a refund and the pointed at the wall NO REFUNDS, what a joke.Stay away from this place unless you want to get charged whatever the guy feels like charging, lol.

I went to use my debit card at the register and the system froze on me. Had to get gas elsewhere.

50 in gas 30 in food and drinks and they want to charge me 50 cents to go to the bathroom
