I had an amazing experience! Anne was awesome with each customer in the growing line. It was one if those days when almost nobody had come to the UPS Store until 2pm and they closed at 3pm. Anne was extremely patient with everyone and I was having issues. She took the time and never rushed any of us. She is a BLESSING to her customers! Thank you Anne!♡!
Charged me $3 for computer use when all I did was forward them an email to print out, then sold me some stamps total came out at around $8. I feel ripped off. Would not recommend.
Crowed the day I went, but line moved pretty fast. Courteous staff. Very helpful and ready to assist. What I didnt know was that this small UPS store has an Amazon return area. Lots of returns that I saw. Try Kohls in Redlands.
Really should be a half star review: Made a reservation for the notary on the UPS website. Took off work the day of the appointment. Showed up at 9am like the reservation said (I received several reminder emails from UPS about my reservation throughout the week up to and including 20 minutes before my appointment). Got to the front of the line and told the lady I was there for my notary appointment, she told me the notary doesnt come in till 10am. I said, Then why was I allowed to make an appointment for 9am then? I need to be at the escrow company at 10! The rude response I got back from the lady was: The reservations dont work for us! Lovely and what great customer service! No sorry about that, no I apologize for you having to waste your time thinking an appoint made through the UPS website would be honored once you took time off work and drove all the way over here. Just reservations dont work for us! Thats all I got. Well your business doesnt work for me so I will NEVER go back to this location.So why the half star review? Floors seemed cleaned.
It seems every time I go in there,They always seem to have problems printing out things from my emails,Their computer is always down.Besides that,the staff that works there is always very quick on their feet and help you weigh out your packages and or sort your mail and they have it all taken care of from there every time.

There is a very rude, heavy set woman that works there. She needs to be retrained in customer service. I cant believe they allow that type of rudeness. If she doesnt like her job, she should go work somewhere else.

Me and the wife went here to do a live scan. Haf an appointment set for 5pm.Got there before 5pm and they said that the owner left and that they couldnt do anything.There has to be a process.To be a business owner or manager you have to make sure that your affairs are in order that day. As long as there is an opening and closing time, make sure to check all your affairs.If there is an emergency, let someone know. Dont leave your workers clueless.So yeah. It may not matter to you but time is important for some people and wasting it isnt good.So yeah, please improve in this regard. Thank you.

ITS NOW THE 12.Im filing for an investigation on this locationI have the receipt and a number this store gave me for my package. By the look of reviews the customer service and care of packages is low starting to think they stole my package.

I came in the store the supervisor at the store asked me if I wanted to put both of my packages in one box I said “yes that will be fine” she gave me my receipt told me my page will be there by Friday. That early morning Tuesday 25, 2020. Tracked my package on Thursday and the page wasn’t coming until Monday. When the page was delivered only one part of my page was delivered. I called the store talk to the supervisor. She said “I did put both of the pages in one box” with a attitude very disrespectful. I asked her to file a claim that day on Monday 08/31/20 I asked how long does the file take she said 10 days. I called to check on my claim it was never filed. Worse experience ever. Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful the supervisor needed help with customer service very rude. Would never spend my money there ever again.
Went online and location stated OPEN.. other locations stated closed.. drovebdown to drop off a usps package for shipping.. SIGN ON DOOR..CLOSED.. wasted my time..
Horrible customer service yesterday from an employee named Jordan. I asked for help when trying to figure out an issue with my Amazon return and it was like talking to a dead person. I cant explain it better than that. Absolute lack of customer service skills. Ive had bad customer service before, but this was so devoid of any kind of care at all, that because of this employee, I will not be back at this store. I will drive to another location further away to avoid dealing with him. I saw in many other comments that this person has a history of bad customer service going back months and it seems that this store has done nothing to train him better. Which tells me that this place simply doesnt care about customer service. They are obviously ok with this employee driving away customers.

There is a guy named Jordan who doesn’t deserve to work thereHe is EXTREMELY RUDE and doesn’t know how to talk to people and all I wanted was to know where my package was and he hangs up the phone on me.. so I call back ask for a manager and than he tells me a manager won’t be in for 2 days and than he tells me he doesn’t care if I call corporate or talk to his manger and just laughsI do not recommend this location.. I’ve worked customer service for 6 years and I’ve NEVER experienced someone so rude and disrespectful!

If I could give this store a zero, I would. An elderly minority woman having a hard time with the copy machine and in need of help was directly in front of me in line when I watched a young man by the name of Jordan litterally snatch the paper in need of copying out of the womans hand and then later litterally throw her money on the counter. Jordans abrasive manner and non existent manners convinced me he is the son of a store manager or something?
Was there for a cousins farewell party and bday last night, customer service was very nice. i Left them my card info for any cleaning they need to do, they only charged 100 bucks. its a lot of puke
As a customer of over 10 years, we are very dissatisfied at the way we’ve been treated at the Highland location the past three months. We have a personal box that we renew on a quarterly basis and normally get a courtesy letter to inform us that we are up for renewal, sometimes placed in our box late, but were always willing to reverse our late charge. Kudos to the professionalism with employees in the past. This isn’t the complaint.They recently hired a new employee, Jordan. In April, we got our notice as usual, and it was placed in our box late. No big deal, I’ll go pay it and have the late fee reversed. I politely explained to Jordan that this has happened in the past, and if would please reverse the fee. He wasn’t having it. Immediately puffed up and attitude kicked in and said call the manager if I had any issues. It wasn’t his wording, more so lack of any disregard to his customers, like I was wasting his time. I was obviously irritated with him so I said I will call the manager (Heidi) and tell him what a poor attitude he has with his customers. He smirked at me and said “whatever”. As we were leaving he made it a point to laugh and wave at us at the front door as we were walking to our truck.I called Heidi the next day and she politely listened to my complaint and told me that she would talk with Jordan and get back to me as to reversing the fee. I was never contacted again and fee never reversed. I decided to drop it as times are tough on all of us at the moment and felt like maybe it was a one time incident.Fast forward to yesterday afternoon:We had a FedEx package delivered that afternoon at 12:29 PM signed by Kkylie. There was no card in our box when we got there so we thought maybe they hadn’t sorted yesterday’s mail out even though it was about 5:20 in the afternoon now. As we were waiting in line, we saw him get snippy with an older woman who seemed to be a bit confused. We got up to the counter and explained the situation to him. He asked if we had a tracking number (which I would have to call a friend to get) and we replied no. He asked for our mail box number which we gladly gave him and he quickly rummaged through a few packages and came back and said without a tracking he wouldn’t be able to get it. So we get out of line as we retrieve the number, no big deal. As we were once again waiting (which all their employees would have called us next as we had already waited) Jordan took it upon himself to help the person behind us next. Now we were really getting irritated. Okay now it was finally our turn again. Once again he was going to pull a woman behind us up next who was there for notary. We quickly jumped to the counter as we weren’t going to be disrespected again. Gave Jordan the tracking number and once again looked through a few packaged and told us it wasn’t there and that it was probably left on the truck. How was it on the truck when it had been signed for? He obviously didn’t look very hard for it as we must have been once again wasting his time. His response was “call the manager tomorrow.” Had enough and left. Well we called today and were told the package had been delivered yesterday like FedEx said it was. He just didn’t care.I’ve seen several other negative reviews specifically pointing out Jordans poor attitude with customers. How can Heidi keep an employee with so many complaints? Can no longer recommend this location anymore.
Everytime I come to check my mail or to mail something or to fax anything they are always friendly and helpful especially Heidi she is very professional. Keep up the good work.

Great service, but a word of caution for holiday shoppers. Although UPS insures packages up to $50,000 in value, this store will not insure above the default $100 value unless they wrap the items themselves. If you are shipping a non-fragile but high value item, you are much better off going to a UPS Center or the Postal Service and insuring for the full replacement cost.This store works best for dropping off small non-fragile packages or if you have an item that needs careful wrapping as well as shipping.
I dumbfounded by the lack if professional courtesy this company shows. I would give no stars if I could. I drove 15 min here and arrive by 532 after calling and asking this lady if they did USPS as well as printing and she told me to come here and when I show up the lady ignores me and all the customers waiting outside for over half and hour. I am outraged and I cant believe that this blatant disregard for customers is accepted by the company. I would think that with the fact that traffic dictate when people get here that the company would consider this when they decide to close early
I shipped a package through this store about two months ago, and the package was lost in transit. The package was not found and a claim was initiated through this store, by the manager, Heidi. I have contacted Heidi several times regarding my claim, and each time I call, she has a different excuse about how busy she is, or that her internet or phones aren’t working. I have yet to receive any type of reimbursement for my lost package. Each time I call to inquire, Heidi never has any answers about my claim, and she promises to call me back, but she never does. This whole process has been extremely frustrating, and I will probably never use UPS again because of it.
The Girl in here is what good employees are all about...fast efficient and friendly...we conversed no more than a minute while she took care of my needs...absolutly great!!!
My visit today was just one of several in the past year. They always have fantastic customer service. Professional and friendly. They even gave me a tip on how to save money on shipping when sending books. The experience is so much better than the post office :)

Two issues with the same employer lying to be and being so RUDE. My receipt says Jordan, but i think the manager said his name was Brent. This is includes tossing a box on the counter at me because I would not come back in a few hours (when they would of been closed) and he had to find my UPS package that was delivered to this location hours prior. The other was being lied to when a package with payroll would be delivered and it was 4 days late. I sent a complaint to UPS complaints twice now and tried to contact the BBB but sadly it seems this store is not registered with them.
Worst customer service, very condesending attitudes, both the manager Heidi & her minion Loni. Me and my fiancee had a mailbox here for 3 months. My fiancee received her mail but i never gog anything for me. For the whole month of January ive came in askin for mail under my name and box to no avail or help from them just responses like are you sure you write down the right address? as if i dont know how to read or write. Still no mail. I had mailsent with a tracking number from usps just to see if it was the shippers not delivering my mail or if it was just them. And it was in fact just them tampering with my mail. The usps tracking definitely said it delivered to this address, i even requested a service request from there carrier that day who forwarded me a screenshot of the location. Its been a month and they still deny ever having received my mail. Total federal offense and i will be filing a suit againt this place along with the manager and owner. Very unprofessional and lack of respect for other people and their mail. When we went in a final time to try to request they look again, with the proof of my tracking number, they closed our box without any attempt to find my delivered lost mail. See you in court.

I have a box here and i usually go in and show my id to pick up my mail and packages. Overall good cutomer service, however ive had had a package lost for about a week and they sent me to other facilities only for them to tell me they had it all along. I have received wrong packages from other boxes in my bin aswell and i have returned back myself. This last issue is where i draw the line. I had a package delivered to the adress and apparently someone picked up my things and sign off on it. I have the only key and no one else has my adress information. So i was very upset to find out the lack of attention and security the employees gave to this. I pay them to have a mailbox in which i can securely receive my mail. Whats the point of having it if anyone can walk in, ask for the box mail and receive it no problem? no id check? no name check? key? any proof the mail is theirs? I called to have this issue resolved and only to have them hang up on me twice. Their final response was to tell me well someone picked it up and i dont know what to say, call the company you ordered from and see of they can help. So i lost money on things i ordered because of lack of their security and im just supposed to deal with it? Fortunatelly i contacted the company in which i ordered my stuff from and they resent my order and will file a claim on the office themselves. I will take my business elsewhere after this. Especially with the holidays coming up, this is cause for great concern.
Usually, this Boulder Ave. store provides good service and effective packing. However, I once asked them to make a photo copy, and was asked to fill out the address form while I waited. The clerk then helped another customer with a fax, and when I was finished, the copy was no where to be found. Accidents happen, but the clerk never admitted the copy was not returned to me - in fact, all the clerk continued repeating was that they no longer had the copy. It was an extremely important original document, irreplaceable, and I never received an apology. I was generally disappointed with the attention to detail and customer service, and I wont be back to that store.

I needed a mailbox quickstyle and getting a PO Box from the post office was a real pain. I went to inquire about renting one here, and while it was a little more expensive than USPS I had a new mailing address and keys for my new box 15 minutes later. The employee who helped me was very articulate, professional, and polite. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Do not go to this UPS store in Highland off of Boulder. They do not have Notary Services like they advertise. Spoke with Katie the girl who works there and she said they don’t have anyone on staff that is Notarized.Wasted my time & gas!!!! False advertising shame on them!!!

Was there for 20 minutes and every employee was giving every customer attitude... the Latin girl I dealt with was super nice to me but borderline cruel and impatient with every other Latino she dealt with.... her disdain was very evident with her body language and a few smart under breath remarks... a real toxic environment

I was sending two packages back to Amazon. A staff detected a critical error in my packaging and corrected it. Though the encounter was brief, I experienced the staff as attentive and professional.
It had very bad service, and the lady asked for my amazon password and I dud not give her it, so then she did not give me my package, and yet the only thing she needed was The drop off package receipt

I insured a television to be shipped it was damaged when I received it. I put in a claim in December and I have not received a check for my insured television. Hedi the store manager is awful she does not know how to speak to people terrible follow up or follow throughI will never use this store again
I had the carco fingerprint appointment.The lady who assisted me asked for a bunch of forms which were not needed and wasted a lot of my time.She was rude and non-cooperative on top of being ignorant. The other lady overheard and told what should be done. I then eventually got the fingerprints done which was a matter of 10 mins.
I used the notary here and she messed up my escrow papers. She acted like she knew what she was doing a wouldnt look at the instructions required to notarize 1 document. I also had to send the document UPS to another state and payed for the service.I asked for a total refund as I had to get all the documents sent to me again and resend back to the bank. They refused. These people are RUDE and incompetent.. I will never use this place again!!!!

The store clerk miswrote the information I had written on the UPS store form for sending a critical overnight letter costing us a lot of money. When I had finally discovered the mistake and called to file a claim I was rudely told by the clerk that it was my fault for not catching their mistake. Ironically the manager, Heidi, had always just left for the day when I asked to speak with her.
UPS both workers are worthless lazy people just sitting on their a??es talking. I waited for customer service while the big one gossiped to the so called manager as they would not ask what I wanted until they finished talking. She tried to claim she was waiting for me to get off my phone, a sorry excuse for a worker. I always put my phone down or get off until business is complete as it is very rude. I have a business myself so i know what not to do. Needless to say, I asked for my paperwork back with information, she threaten to call the police, I replied go ahead and I will not leave until you give me my personal information back. Been going there for years 7 wont give them another penny of mine worthless Manager and big girl. And in this case, she wonders why shes big, cuz she dont want to move.
Disgusting customer service. I walked in on my lunch break and observed Aloni arguing with a customer, being incredibly rude. Had to wait more than 30 minutes only to have Aloni tell me in a very condescending and confrontational way that she couldnt help me, called me a liar and refused to work with me through my issue. Aloni, I fear for your sake that your ghetto mouth and attitude will land you on skid row with no front teeth, pushing a shopping cart someday. You look and act like that is where you belong!
